Dostaliśmy pokój bez klamki, zamykaliśmy kluczem który się złamał i został w zamku. Drugi klucz który dostaliśmy był sprzątaczki więc żeby mogła posprzątać i wymienić ręczniki musieliśmy na nią czekać. Najgorszy jednak był hałas i remont bloku w którym mieszkaliśmy - równocześnie wymiana stolarki i dopasowywanie drzwi - cały tydzień ? Byliśmy ostatnim turnusem na Margaricie - przecież mogli z remontem poczekać lub przenieś nas do innego budynku, ale nie było z kim gadać nawet super nasza rezydentka też nic nie mogła załatwić. Takie sprawy powinny być zastrzeżone przy podpisywaniu umowy dzięki tym wszystkim zdarzeniom pobyt nie był do końca udany.

Ładny hotel z trzema basenami, kilkoma restauracjami, pokoje przestronne i czyste, bliskość plaży. Jednym z niewielu mankamentów jest fakt, że wszystkie animacje są w języku hiszpańskim więc Polacy (których w hotelu było kilkudziesięciu) niestety nie brali w nich udziału.

Nurek (Wielkopolska) Ostrzegam przed wyjazdem z Itaką na Margaritę. 1. Samolot który miał być polską chlubą to mega awaryjna maszyna - przy powrocie do kraju kilkaset osób czekało bez picia i jedzenia, siedząc często na podłodze, przez 6 h bez żadnej informacji ze strony rezydentów 2. Opisy hoteli nijak mają się do rzeczywistości - nasz Caraibe Resort to zrujnowany moloch przypominający nasze hotele z lat siedemdziesiątych, z fatalnym jedzeniem, paskudnymi lokalnymi napojami i niekompetentną obsługą 3. Plaża leżąca przy hotelu od kilku miesięcy jest nieczynna ale o tym fakcie Itaka 'zapomniała' nas powiadomić 4. Zastępczym rozwiązaniem miał być transport hotelowy na plażę oddaloną o 5 km. Miał kursować co 30 min. a w praktyce PAN KIEROWCA jeździł kiedy mu się zachciało. I to też tylko pierwsze 3 dni, bo właśnie trzeciego dnia na tej plaży utopiło się dwoje dzieci i plaża została zamknięta nie tylko dla kąpiących się ale w całości zamknięta i transport z hotelu przestał funkcjonować. O tym też rezydenci Itaki zapomnieli nas poinformować i kilkadziesięt osób bezskutecznie czekało na busa przez ponad godzinę. 5. Nie muszę opisywać jak wspaniale było na basenach w hotelu - leżaków wystarczało dla max. 60% turystów (reszta miała być na plaży)i polowania na nie co ambitniejsi rozpoczynali o 6 rano 6.

Jeep Safari - a trip to the south of the island, where there is Macanao Peninsula, characterised by a hilly, semi-desert landscape. Here is one of the greatest attractions of the island - La Restinga lagoon, which area is a national park which is home to flamingos, herons, parrots, pelicans and hawks, as well as marine species, such as sea horses and oysters. Along the coast extends the largest on the island 22-km strip of sandy beach. The programme includes a boat trip on the calm, beautiful lagoon, bathing by the beautiful Punta Arenas beach and lunch (in the afternoon hours).
