Hotel nie jest tak czysty i zadbany jak na prezentowanych zdjęciach. Zasłony - poplamione, wszechobecna wykładzina brudna, w łazience pełno pleśni na fugach i uszczelkach. Szczotka do ubikacji zardzewiała i brudna. Sufit zalany. W okresie w którym byłem na wakacjach - koniec sezonu cześć basenów i 2 bary były nieczynne o czym nie byliśmy uprzedzeni. Hotel nie zadbał należycie o wyżywienie podczas wyjazdu wczesnym rankiem na wycieczkę fakultatywną. Serwowane jedzenie nie było najświeższe np. pokrojone warzywa były przechowywane przez wiele godzin przed podaniem w lodówkach. Wiele rzeczy było przerabianych na co innego. Restauracja a la carte nie jest taka jakby się wydawało - dania które zamówiliśmy 24h wcześniej(!) zostały zamienione bo tak pasowało kuchni. Nie uświadczysz parzonej kawy na terenie hotelu - tylko instant. Poza normalnym legarem brak normalnego mocnego alkoholu. Obsługa była generalnie miła z kilkoma zastrzeżeniami, ale to chyba standard.

Hotel wybudowany z rozmachem kilkanaście lat temu, dobrze przemyślany (przestronne lobby, dobrze przemyślane baseny i miejsca do rozmów oraz posiedzenia - moloch a zarazem intymnie, przy idealnej plaży (piasek jak w Łebie), korty tenisowe oraz mini golf dostępne za free ). Jedzenie jak na 4gw i warunki afrykańskie odpowiednie- duży plus za sok wyciskany z pomarańczy na śniadanie. Świetne mięsiwa do obiadu i kolacji, słabe wędliny ale rzadko są OK w Afryce. Surówki i owoce średnia krajowa hotelowa. Gratis 1 kolacja la carte - jedzenie na wysokim poziomie. Minusy to naturalne zużycie stanu hotelu - widać że kryzys turystyczny w Afryce spowodował brak inwestycji i starzenie się hotelu ale to w niczym nie przeszkadza, no chyba że ktoś musi mieć świeżo odmalowany hotel z nowymi meblami... Okolica - brak atrakcji ale rekompensuje to plaża oraz wycieczka do sporych pobliskich miast - warto pojechać samemu ale np w 2 pary dla bezpieczeństwa (ale brak ryzyka bo Tunezja to była kolonia Francuzka i przyzwyczaili się do białych)- przy samym wjeździe do hotelu można zatrzymać na żądanie bus miejski i za max 1dt (2zł) pojechać w 20min do Susse lub Monastiru a tam atrakcji nie zabraknie :) Polecam !

Poprawić należy dbanie o czystość miejsc ogólnodostępnych (toalety, bary, restauracje) oraz stały dostęp do przyborów toaletowych, których obsługa hotelowa nie uzupełniała na bieżąco: mydło, papier toaletowy, ręczniki w pokoju. Na oklaski zasługuje obsługa: starający się o zadowolenie kelnerzy oraz szybko reagująca recepcja. Dzięki tym osobom poziom urlopu oceniam jako satysfakcjonujący.

Hotel jak i teren wokół hotelu bardzo zadbany. Obsługa sympatyczna, uśmiechnięta i pomocna, za wyjątkiem Panów w Lobby Bar. Plaża codziennie sprzątana. Animatorzy zachęcają do udziału w różnych rozrywkach. Wyjazd bardzo udany, pomimo tego, że byliśmy przedostatnim turnusem hotel działał jak w sezonie, codziennie dużo atrakcji, wszystkie bary i restauracje czynne. Godny polecenia zarówno dla rodzin z dziećmi jak i młodych par i seniorów.

Hotel w skansenie hotelowym z prywatną plażą, blisko portu lotniczego w Monastyrze i autostrady. Można powiedzieć, że jest to dobra baza wypadowa - wycieczkowa, bo blisko jest linia kolejowa z wygodnymi pociągami, miejscowymi autobusami, jaki i taxi. Chyba jednak przede wszystkim jest to miejsce dla osób potrzebujących relaksu od atrakcji dużych miast, w których żyją, na co dzień i na 100% taki relaks można mieć w tym hotelu zapewniony- duży pokój umysłu|) One Resort Monastir posiada bardzo duży, zadbany ogród, w sezonie działa Aquapark z basenem odkrytym (poza sezonem też, tylko z zimną wodą w basenie|) ). Jest też dodatkowy basen odkryty na terenie głównym Hotelu plus basen kryty z ciepłą wodą i z dużym jacuzzi. Pokoje przestronne z dużymi łazienkami i balkonami z widokiem na Morze Śródziemne albo ogród. Wystrój pokoi jest współczesny z europejskim, zadbanym stylem. Opinia o kuchni i wyżywieniu rozpoczyna się od dużego plusa za codzienny świeżo wyciskany sok z tunezyjskich pomarańczy - dla każdego, kto chciał kieliszek soku z miążem. Posiłki smaczne, z możliwością skomponowania własnych atrakcyjnych talerzy. Hotel zapewniał też smaczną kawę z expressu i nie było skąpienia na wodzie zarówno z gazem jak i bez. Do każdego posiłku można było mieć zaserwowana lampkę wina. Między głównymi posiłkami były też dodatkowe przekąski: standardowo różne rodzaje pizzy, sandwichy, pączkowe obwarzanki z cukrem itd.... Oczywiście drinkowanie bez ograniczeń|) Hotel przywitał i pożegnał nas obiadem ( przyjechaliśmy przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej a wyjeżdżaliśmy po jej zakończeniu), nie we wszystkich hotelach jest taka gościnność. Nie brakowało animacji hotelowych dla zainteresowanych a dla zmęczonych leżaków z materacami i ręcznikami za kaucją|) Plaża zadbana, codziennie sprzątana i co bardzo ważne z security od rana do wieczora. Dodatkowo plaża była też patrolowana przez miejscową policję, chyba każdy dzięki temu czuł się bezpiecznie. W recepcji hotelu można było bez problemu wymienić euro i dolary na dinary tunezyjskie ( miło widziane euro, z względu na kurs), mając na uwadze zalecenia, aby wymieniać gotówkę na bieżąco, czyli tylko ile potrzeba, to kantor w hotelu jest bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem. Serwis sprzątający ok. Podsumowując, warto czytać opinie, recenzje, bo dzięki temu można wybrać hotel właściwy dla siebie w danym momencie życia. Hotel na pewno zasługuje na swoje posiadane 4 *

Spokojne miejsce bezpośrednio nad morzem, przy piaszczystej plaży. Czysty hotel z dużymi pokojami i balkonami. Dobra infrastruktura. Baseny, ogród bardzo sympatyczne. Ładna plaża, choć nieszczególnie zadbana. Niewielkim dla nas mankamentem były napoje z posmakiem perfumowanego środka czystości. My piliśmy dostępną w barach, restauracji butelkowaną wodę, niezłą kawę oraz tez niezłe tunezyjskie wina. Duży plus za świeży sok pomarańczowy na śniadanie, wyciskany przez obsługującego urządzenie. Udane wakacje jak na listopad nad M.Śródziemnym. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Hotel zasługuje na 4*. Niestety obsługa jest bardzo niemiła barmani, recepcja, ratownicy, manager hotelu. Ładne baseny niestety woda bardzo zimna. Sporo komarów na terenie hotelu warto zabrać coś na komary. Plaża może tylko poza sezonem brudna niesprzątana. Blisko do stacji metra aby odwiedzić Monastyr oraz Sousse.

Friguia Park — visit to Friguia Park, one of the largest zoos in North Africa. Berber day — a trip to Sidi Bou Ali and a visit to an ostrich farm. Opportunity to see many typical local pets, take part in preparation and baking of local bread and tasting of olives and olive oil. Then take a ride to Takrouna - a Berber village on a hill with a view of the coast. Then, the programme includes Zaghouan and Nymphaeum - Water Temple. In Roman times, Zaghouan was an important urban center, providing water supplies from local sources to Carthage. A trip to Sidi Jedidi.
