Hotel zdecydowanie zasługuje na 5* (część stricte hotelowa, a NIE domki na terenie hotelu). My mieszkaliśmy w budynku głównym więc bardzo wysoko oceniamy pokój oraz cały kompleks hotelowy. Przy wykupieniu opcji w budynku głównym dostaje się dodatkowo barek w pokoju uzupełniany codziennie (piwo, woda i inne napoje bezalkoholowe, chipsy, orzeszki, toblerone) oraz dostęp do basenu VIP (polecamy). Przy wykupieniu najdroższych opcji hotelowych ma się również dostęp do wyznaczonych stref TOP VIP (basen i leżanki na plaży) i dodatkowy serwis. Do dyspozycji wszystkich gości ogrom atrakcji (różnego typu baseny zewnętrzne jak i wewnętrzny, kręgielnia, salon gier, dyskoteka, sklepy, restauracje, spa, sporty wodne, molo na plaży, itd.). Tydzień w tym hotelu mija błyskawicznie. Chętnie zostalibyśmy na drugi :)

Wspaniały hotel. Spędziliśmy z mężem wspaniałe 8 dni. Pojechaliśmy do tego hotelu na 25. rocznicę ślubu. Byliśmy gośćmi budynku głównego, pokój z widokiem na morze. Genialna strefa VIP, z uroczym basenem, gdzie wspaniale można wypocząć. Właściwie tam spędzaliśmy większość dnia. Uroczy ogród, przemiła obsługa. W tym roku chcieliśmy do niego wrócić, ale niestety w Państwa ofercie był nieosiągalny. Mamy nadzieję, że wróci do ofert Itaki.

1. Osoby przylatujące we wczesnych godzinach rannych muszą kilka godzin czekać na pokój ze względu na ustalone godziny odjazdu innych gosci (w większosci Rosjan). Mozna jednak od razu korzystać z posiłków, plaży, basenów etc. 2. Przydzielony pokój club superior o nr 5232 nie spełniał kryteriów oferty Itaki – jest to bardzo mały pokój, z pewnością nie o powierzchni 31 m2 (po otwarciu drzwi szafy, brak przejscia między łóżkiem i szafą), braki w podstawowym umeblowaniu - brak szafki nocnej, niefunkcjonalne meble – biurko z pięcioma małymi szufladami, dwie małe szuflady w szafie i ani jednej półki na ubranie! Łóżko double w pokoju o tym numerze jest dużo mniejsze (krótsze i węższe!) niż złączone łóżka w innym pokoju o standardzie twin bed. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy po zmianie w pełni odpowiadał opisowi w ofercie Itaki. Stanowczo NIE polecamy pokoju o numerze 5232!

hotel na wysokim poziomie, jednak w niektórych sytuacjach zauważa się widoczny brak organizacji. Przykładem jest tworzenie problemów przez pracowników recepcji w sytuacji, gdy gość hotelowy zdaje swój pokój po zakończonym pobycie do godz.12-tej z transferem zaplanowanym na godz.22:00. O ile w tym przypadku nie ma problemu z jedzeniem i piciem, tak ręczniki plażowe mogą pozostać u klienta tylko za kaucją w kwocie 10 euro za ręcznik (rodzina np. 40 euro) płatną wyłącznie gotówką. W Hiszpanii i innych krajach nie mieliśmy tego problemu.

Gośćmi są jednak w przeważającej ilości Rosjanie - co niestety nie wpływa na jakość pobytu :( Głośna muzyka przy głównym basenie i wieczorny hałas - raczej dla młodzieży. Strefa ciszy w głębi ogrodu jest ok. Duże i zadbane baseny, świetny aquapark dla najmłodszych i nie tylko... Kuchnia oferuje różnorodne jedzenie, pycha. Obsługa miła i życzliwa.
