Hotel ma 2 część(2 oddzielne budynki). W nowowyremontowanej część, w której mieliśmy pokój, wyglądało wszystko ok. Remont trwał jeszcze na najwyższym piętrze. Natomiast 2 budynek w stanie raczej średnim. Tam też znajdowała się restauracja hotelowa, i jeśli chodzi o jedzenie i picie to takie sobie. W nowej część hotelu basen mały, kameralny, ale nasłoneczniony tylko do 12-13, dlatego max 10 osób na leżakach. Drugi basen w stanie gorszym, ale zdecydowanie większy i słońce cały dzień, co potęguje tłumy na leżakach.

Podstawa to nie oczekiwać Bóg wie czego. Jak na 3 gwiazdki naprawdę godne polecenia. Hotel czysty czasami bardziej czasami mniej. Odnowiony budynek ładny jednak stary pozostawia wiele do życzenia i nie zgodziłbym się na pobyt w nim. Restauracja miała być na dachu, a na miejscu okazało się że jest w remoncie i będziemy jedli w starej, która nie była do końca zadbana. Taka informacja powinna być podana!

Basen przylega do ulicy, mało leżaków praktycznie cały czas w cieniu- woda zimna.Stoliki oraz leżaki brudne.Jedzenie bardzo monotonne- dzień w dzień to samo jedzenie.brak jakichkolwiek animacji dla dzieci. Muzyka w hotelu i przy basenie tylko turecka. Goście to głównie Turcy. Na wakacjach byiśmy we wrześniu- plaże bardzo brudne. Jedynym plusem to piękne widoki. Samo miasteczko przyjemne i czyste.

Hotel bardzo fajny pod warunkiem, że pokój otrzyma się w jego wyremontowanej części. Hotel to dwa budynki, jeden ze starymi a drugi odnowionymi pokojami. Niestety rezydenci ITAKI nie pomagają w uzyskaniu dostępu do pokoi w nowej części. Jeżeli nadal tak będzie stracicie klientów. Wystarczy zgłosić na recepcji, że się chce otrzymać pokój w nowej części i po sprawie, niestety dla rezydenta ITAKI to zbyt duże wymagania. Pan ten w ogóle nie pomaga swoim podopiecznym tylko czeka i nagania na wycieczki. Nic więcej go nie interesuje.

Hotel ładnie położony-blisko plaży. Bardzo mała plaża hotelowa i nieuczciwy opiekun plaży (pierwszego dnia chciał 10 euro za 2 leżaki). Jedzenie smaczne, ale bardzo mało urozmaicone. Bardzo nieuprzejmy manager restauracji-ostatniego dnia przed wylotem nie pozwolił nam wejść do restauracji 5 minut wcześniej, abyśmy zdążyli na autobus wiozący nas na lotnisko. Pozostała obsługa bardzo miła i życzliwa. Hotel wyraźnie nastawiony na Rosjan. Rezydent bardzo słabo zorientowany w podstawowych kwestiach. Pokój sprzątany tylko raz w czasie pobytu, ręczniki też wymienione tylko raz.

Stara i nowa część o czym nie ma w katalogu, stołówka w starej części a nie na ostatnim piętrze - opis katalogowy niezgodny z rzeczywistością. Poza tym extra hotel dla młodych osób, świetne pokoje i czyste łazienki w nowej części. Brak animacji w ciągu dnia, czasem coś działo się wieczorem ale bardzo miernie.

Najważniejsze jest to, że hotel ten posiada dwa budynki. Jeden nowy, ten którego zdjecia możemy obejrzeć w ofercie oraz stary. Ja byłam w Turcji od 5.07.13 do 19.07.13. Praktycznie wszyscy goście zostali zakwaterowani w starym budynku. Przyjechaliśmy o godzinie 6 rano i w moim przypadku pobyt zaczął się od zgłaszania usterek co było wyjątkowo uciążliwe ponieważ o tej porze i tego dnia były tylko dwie osoby, natomiast żadna z nich nie znała jezyka angielskiego. Ze względu na zepsutą klimatyzację o godzinie 7 rano zmieniałam pokój, następnie po kolejnych interwencjach oraz pomocy rezydenta wszyscy goście z mojego turnusu zmienili budynek na nowy gdzie są pokoje takie jak te widoczne na zdjęciach reklamowych. Po tej zmianie pokoje spełniły nasze oczekiwania. Z jedzeniem nie było problemów, był szwedzki stół i zawsze można było wybrać z pośród rożnych potraw także nikt nie chodził głodny. Gorzej było natomiast z napojami. W tym hotelu nie ma żadnych prawdziwych soków owocowych. Sa tylko kiepskiej jakości nektary o rożnych smakach więc drinki nie smakują dobrze. Wino dostępne jest z dystrybutorów z kranikami, jedno białe i jedno czerwone, czerwone kiepskiej jakości. Whisky nie posiadają, a piwo rozcieńczają z wodą. Z owoców dostępne były tylko śliwki i arbuzy, co jakiś czas wyjątkowo brzoskwinie z puszki i pomarańcze. Codziennie od godziny 14.30 wydawane są hamburgery, a o 17 lody w barze przy basenie w starym budynku o czym niestety nie ma nigdzie informacji. Bileciki na bezpłatne leżaki z hotelu są niedostępne dla gości, którzy przyjechali za pośrednictwem biur podróży. W ofercie widnieje informacja, że restauracja znajduje się na 5 piętrze i ma piękny widok. Możliwe, że tak jest ale w chwili obecnej trwa jej remont więc wszystkie posiłki spożywa się w restauracji na parterze, w starym budynku.

Plaża nie jest piaszczysta jak podają foldery ale żwirowa a to czyni dobry masaż stóp.Ilość leżaków i materacy jest limitowana ale kto rano wstaje to może korzystać z bezpłatnych. Szczerze polecam i wrócę tam jeszcze.W ostatnich trzech dniach pobytu były animacje. Brak wieczorków tanecznych!!!

Trzy gwiazdkowy hotel w Turcji to nie to samo co w Europie, ale spodziewałam się tego dlatego nie przeżyłam rozczarowania. Jest to inny kraj więc ich zachowania są inne, trzeba to zrozumieć zaakceptować i wszystko będzie dobrze. Nie żałuję że miałam minimalny standard, gdyż tylko wtedy naprawdę można poczuć Turcję. Może to nie dla każdego ale dla mnie na 100 %.

Dalyan Tour — discover the Turkish Amazon River! The road, shaded by aromatic frankincense trees, leads to the village of Dalyan. High on the cliff, in a bend of the river, above the fascinating ancient port town of Kaunos, there are magnificent tombs carved in the rock. The Dalyan Delta with its golden sandy beach is a nature reserve and a refuge for Caretta caretta sea turtles and blue crabs. Route: A ride to the small town of Dalyan in the middle of a wide delta, one of the few preserved paradise sites of natural beauty and interesting history. On the way there is a stop in Gokova, time for photos from the viewing point. Then continuation of the trip and exploration of the ruins of ancient Kaunos. The town was founded around the 9th century BC. It used to be a Mediterranean port city, but over the centuries the mud from the Dalyan River cut the city off from the sea and today it lies a few kilometers from the sea. Kaunos is famous for its tombs of kings carved in the rock. Its residents believed in resurrection and were placing there food, money, jewelry and other valuable items, which had later been stolen. Then a boat cruise along the Dalyan River, free time for the famous mud baths. Further along the route there is a magnificent 7 km long sandy Iztuzu Beach, one of the last breeding areas for Caretta caretta turtles, one of the endangered species. Visiting the famous Ephesus, Aphrodisias - the center of worship of the goddess of love and the miracle of nature - the phenomenal white terraces of Pamukkale. Walking along the ancient streets of Ephesus, you can admire such magnificent buildings as Odeon, the Library of Celsus, the Temple of Hadrian, the Trajan’s Fountain and the Grand Theater. The theater had as many as 25,000 seats, it was here that St. Paul preached to the Ephesians. Nowadays, the theater is the place of celebration of the local spring festival. A visit to the House of the Virgin Mary on the hill of Koressos is a spiritual experience. Aphrodisias is one of the oldest holy places in Turkey, the center of worship of the ancient Goddess Mother, identified with Greek Aphrodite. It is here that, thanks to the rich deposits of valuable marble, the famous sculpting school was established. The pride of the city was the monumental Temple of Aphrodite, later turned into a Christian basilica. It is also worth to see the ruins of a large theatre, stadium and other objects, as well as to visit the museum. Pamukkale is a miracle of nature. Springs from the ground with the temperature of 36.5°C run down from a height of 100 meters, forming limestone cascades and pools. Here are creamy stalactites that are formed when water flows through the pools. When strolling along the white terraces you can also admire the beautiful views.
