A fantastic proposition for sunny holidays for families and all those who like to relax actively. The hotel is located only a few steps from the well-maintained beach, it has lovely swimming pools, including a pool with three slides. Watersports on the beach and courts let you keep in shape. Very liked for the excellent and always helpful service, as well as friendly holiday atmosphere. The all inclusive programme offers not only buffet meals, but also drinks 24/7, snacks at midnight and two à la carte restaurants to choose from. There are shops and bars near the hotel, you can get to the vibrant Alanya conveniently by a free hotel bus.

Hotel jest dobry, a nawet bardzo dobry. Obsługa na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne - dla każdego coś się znajdzie. Animacji jest trochę za mało w porównaniu do wcześniejszych hoteli jakich byliśmy. Jedyna nieprzyjemna sytuacja to zauważalna wyższość obywateli Niemiec, która niestety daje się odczuć jeśli chodzi o kelnerów zapominających o reszcie gości w obecności Niemców.

Hotel czysty i zadbany, chociaż sprzątanie i dostarczenie czystych ręczników, pomimo zostawiania bakszyszu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Na ręczniki plażowe czekaliśmy 3 dni,po kilkukrotnej interwencji w recepcji. Denerwujące było zajmowanie leżaków przez gości (położenie ręcznika nawet na kilka dni - powinny być sprzątane by goście mieli miejsce na plażowanie). Dobre i smaczne jedzenie w ogólnej restauracji, napoje oryginalne. Obsługa w restauracji czasami przysypiała, ale może wynika to ze zmęczenia. Często wracając do stolika już siedział przy nim ktoś inny i był posprzątany w połowie posiłku. Stanowczo odradzam restauracje a\'la carte - włoską. Fatalne, zimne, pomieszane dania klientów. Kubki wielorazowego użytku w barze przy basenie mało higieniczne i nie eleganckie jak na hotel 5*. Brak przekąsek w ciągu dnia, długi okres czasu od lunchu do kolacji (od 14:00 do 19:00). Na plaży przekąski wyłącznie 2 h. Hotel godny polecenia, ale nie zasługuje na 5*.

Zacznę od jedzenia, ponieważ było najgorsze. Mało zróżnicowane po trzech dniach prawie wszystko się powtarzało, brak świeżo wyciskanych soków na śniadanie za dopłatą 3euro. Pod 13 dniach jedzenia tego samego spotkała nas miła niespodzianka. W Turcji było święto narodowe więc menu było zupełnie inne typowe tureckie potrawy. Nie polecamy restauracji a\'la carte przystawki ciepłe reszta jedzenia zimne. Plaża brudna, nie sprzątana. Bardzo głupi zwyczaj ręczników plażowych. Każdy miał swój własny ręcznik, który dostawał w pokoju, zajmował sobie leżak na basenie na cały wyjazd, jechał na jakąś wycieczkę i przez cały dzień leżak stał pusty. Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane. Duży minus to brak klimy na korytarzach i w windach przez co było bardzo duszno. Dużo zróżnicowanych animacji. Przez dwa tygodnie animacje się nie powtórzyły. Ogólnie za tą cenę można wybrać lepsze hotele (nie wiem czy w Turcji). Hotel nie zasługuję na 5 gwiazdek.

Pomijając niewystarczającą liczbę leżaków przy basenie, odległość od lotniska (prawie 3h jazdy autobusem) i odległość od miasta hotel warty polecenia. Ostatnią niedogodność rekompensuje nieco darmowy bus hotelu, który wozi chętnych 8 razy dziennie do miasta i z powrotem. Obsługa miła, jedzenie dobre, do plaży bardzo blisko, czysty basen, oferta all inclusive jak w opisie (nawet trochę ponad - wyjeżdżaliśmy na wycieczkę o 3 w nocy i zaproponowano nam specjalnie śniadanie plus mini barek bez ograniczeń, włącznie z alkoholem /piwem/ ). Animacje dość słabe. Kolacja a\'la carte bardzo popularna, więc trzeba się spieszyć z rezerwacją, bo potem nie ma miejsc. Gdyby nie leżaki (obsługa mogłaby zabierać wieczorem opalające się cały dzień ręczniki) byłoby blisko ideału. Nie dostaliśmy pokoju z widokiem na morze, ale sam pokój bez zastrzeżeń, spory, z dodatkowym łóżkiem w bardzo dobrym stanie. Bywało głośno, ale po 23 imprezy na zewnątrz się uspokajały. Do pobudki o 5 rano ze strony imama z pobliskiego meczetu można się po dwóch dniach przyzwyczaić. W pobliżu hotelu nie ma za wiele do zwiedzania (restauracja i parę sklepów). Ogólnie polecam, choć osobiście w przyszłym roku będę celował w hotel z płatnymi leżakami, żeby uniknąć porannego cyrku i próbami zajęcia zwalniających się raptem kilku leżaków.
