Pokoje przestronne codziennie sprzątane. Codzienna wymiana ręczników jak i przyborów toaletowych np w postaci szczoteczek do zębów czy maszynek do golenia itd. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna i miła. Do minusów zaliczyłbym słabej jakości alkohole, drinki. W miesiącu sierpniu brak jakiejkolwiek rozrywki dla gości hotelowych brak muzyki na basenach brak animacji wieczornych np mini koncertów w lobby.

Hotel już dość stary, cały czas remontowany w trakcie pobytu zarówno w części wewnętrznej jak i zewnętrznej ale nie sprawiało to uciążliwości. Obsługa sympatyczna ale jest też kilka minusów. W opcji all inclusive - powinno oznaczać dostęp do wszystkich elementów hotelu, niestety obsługa nie wpuszczała do danej restauracji np. na lunch. Po rozmowie z kierownikiem obiektu sprawa się rozwiązała ale nie było to przyjemne dla nas osobiście jak również dla kierownika obiektu. Skończyło się natomiast poprawnie. Na miejscu dużo różnych narodowości, sporo z UK i Rosji. W okresie pory deszczowej - chociaż taka specjalnie nie była - wyczuwa się zapach stęchlizny w pościeli/łóżku. Jednakże obsługa hotelu stara się robić wszystko co możliwe aby uprzyjemnić pobyt. Reszta wszelkich spraw, pobytu na dobrym poziomie i obsługi jak i samej lokalizacji.

Hotel położony w malowniczej części regionu Phang Nga, wokół mnóstwo zieleni, dżungla. Przed hotelem znajduje się mały sklep z kantorem oraz większy market. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocni pracownicy. Do pokoju podjeżdżamy pojazdem elektrycznym (hotel jest dość rozległy - dojście do plaży z recepcji zajmuje ok 5minut). Zaraz obok hotelu mamy restaurację, w której można skorzystać z bardzo szerokiej oferty dań. Nasz pobyt na przełomie czerwca i lipca 2024 miał to do siebie, że zaczęła się już pora deszczowa i z 14 dni - pierwsze 3 były ścianą deszczu, a kolejne już słoneczne. Za to hotel w trakcie remontu dachu nad recepcją oraz wylewania betonu w wielu miejscach na dróżkach między budynkami. Co do jedzenia - niestety duży zawód. Do końca czerwca śniadania w głównej, klimatyzowanej restauracji blisko recepcji w formie bufetu, a od 1 lipca w otwartej części restauracji ogrodowej (muchy, komary itd.) również bufet. Obiady i kolacje miały to do siebie, że były w formie a la carte - 2 strony, biała i czarna. Biała - kuchnia włoska - cały czas to samo oraz czarna - kuchnia tajska - również przez cały pobyt to samo. Na kilka dni przed wylotem zaczęliśmy już jeść w restauracji obok. Mieliśmy dość tych samych potraw i coraz bardziej zmniejszających się porcji. Sam hotel robi wrażenie - jest rozległy, w czerwcu bardzo mało gości, baseny przy pokojach puste (mieliśmy pokój z bezpośrednim zejściem z tarasu do basenu - przy odrobinie szczęścia można), w głównym basenie parę osób, paręnaście na plaży. Beach Bar przy samej plaży otwarty bardzo krótko do ok. 18:30. później pozostaje bar przy recepcji - główny w holu był otwarty kilka dni, później malutkie stoisko przy schodach z kartą all inclusive lub płatnymi. Pokoje były przestronne, duże łazienki i wygodne łóżka. Codzienna obsługa w 10minut potrafiła przejść przez pokój i wymienić pościel, ręczniki itd. Ogólna ocena hotelu - wysoka, choć trochę niedociągnięć było. Głównie związanych z wyżywieniem. Cała reszta - roślinność, woda w basenach, siłownia, kręgielnia, kort tenisowy - sprawdzone, działają i można aktywnie spędzić czas. Morze Andamańskie w tym okresie niestety zazwyczaj z zakazem kąpieli - czerwona flaga. Co 2-3 dzień żółta, więc wejście do wody z ostrożnością. Fale wysokie i silne prądy. Nie dla dzieci, przewracają dorosłych przy samym brzegu. Za to woda bardzo ciepła. Przez 3dni mieliśmy zakaz wejścia do morza przez występowanie meduz. Przy Beach Barze są obserwujący pracownicy i ostrzegają przed wejściem do wody. Hotel jest głównie nastawiony na klientów z Francji. Mają swoich animatorów i Kappa Club. Pozostali musza liczyć na katalog wycieczek przy recepcji oraz informacje zawarte w segregatorze. Włosi, Rosjanie, Polacy, Niemcy i Brytyjczycy po kilka osób w tym czasie. W okolicy hotelu na każdym kroku można skorzystać z salonów masażu i dobrej lokalnej kuchni. Na coś więcej trzeba ruszyć do Khao Lak - ok.30-40min jazdy taksówką (na pace ;)). Jeżeli ktoś szuka wrażeń, to tylko Phuket. W Khao Lak za dużo się nie dzieje.

Hotel bardzo ładny, pełny profesjonalizm obsługi, wszyscy uczynni, pomocni i przede wszystkim bardzo mili. Pora deszczowa przyczyniła się, że ruch w hotelu bardzo mały, kameralnie, niestety nie wszystkie atrakcje były w tym czasie w obiekcie dostępne. Plaża czysta, baseny czyste. Masaże w hotelowym spa na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Niestety brakowało nam atrakcji na zewnątrz, totalne odludzie i bardzo daleko do atrakcji turystycznych. To jest zdecydowany minus tego miejsca. Hotel w strefie tsunami, nie byliśmy o tym poinformowani w biurze.

Byłam w lipcu więc hotel miał bardzo małe obłożenie. Jedzenie tylko a la carte. W sezonie pewnie bufet. Na początku Byłam rozczarowana jednak szybko doceniłam jakość i perfekcje z jaką byly przygotowywane dania dla niewielkiej liczby gości. Wszyscy sa tam tak uprzejmi, wdzięczni i uśmiechnięci, że na pewno jeszcze wrócę. Wspaniała lokalizacja. Jeśli ktoś szuka ucieczki od cywilizacji i głośnych rozrywek to szczerze polecam! Recenzja na świeżutko, wczoraj wróciliśmy. Hotel całkowicie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Mieliśmy pokój z dostępem do basenu, co ze względu na obecność naszej uroczej córeczki uważam za dobry wybór. Pokój może ciut mroczny, ale za to wystarczająco przestronny. Sprzęt czysty, nie zniszczony. B.szerokie i wygodne łóżko. Zrezygnowaliśmy z dostawki, nasza trójka spokojnie się mieściła w jednym łóżku. Sprzątanie odbywało się codziennie, łącznie z wymianą pościeli (!). Klimatyzacja w pokoju b.sprawna. Co do kuchni: uważam, że wybór był duży, zawsze mogliśmy wybrać coś innego. Drinki b.mocne :) Obsługa sympatyczna, zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Byliśmy w maju dlatego temperatury być znośne. Zdarzały się krótkie deszcze. I teraz największy plus: hotel może miał z 10% obłożenia, dzięki temu czuliśmy się jakbyśmy byli jedynymi gościmi. Cały główny basen dla nas. Plaża i barek też :) Czegoś takiego jeszcze nie trenowaliśmy. Przy plaży kosz zabawek wodnych, z których korzystała tylko nasza córka. Przy wejściu porządku pilnował ochroniarz. Plaże b.szerokie, z miękkim piaskiem. Woda cieplejsza niż powietrze. Coś wspaniałego. Hotel posiada się poukrywane atrakcje, jak to kręglowy z którego korzystaliśmy co wieczór. Tor jest płatny- 600Bahtów, z piwem, orzeszkami i miłą obsługą. Obok jest tenis stołowy ( w cenie). Dodatkowo wypożyczalnia rowerów, kort do tenisa. Nie można się nudzić. Jedynym minusem to infrastruktura, która wymaga już odświeżenia. B.duży plus za darmowe WIFI. Szybki internet, nawet daleko na plaży ( routery przymocowane do palm). Jak do tej pory najlepszy nasz wywczas. Polecam Graceland.
