ITAKA tour operator was awarded the title of European Trusted Brand for the sixth time in a row. This time the leader of Polish tourism received both statues – the Gold and Crystal Emblem!
The study of the European Trusted Brands carried out by Reader's Digest together with the company Wyman Dillon Ltd. UK is not only one of the largest, but also the most reliable consumer survey in Europe. The title of European Trusted Brand is all the more exceptional, as respondents fill in the blank field of forms with the brand that deserves trust in a given category. The main idea of the competition is the freedom of choice made by respondents, without imposing or suggesting anything to them. Respondents in each category could indicate only one brand which they trust, recommend, and which they themselves use. In this year's edition of the study, European consumers indicated more than 79 000 brands. In the category of "Tour operators", ITAKA tour operator obtained the Gold and Crystal Emblem of the European Trusted Brand.
