Od początku pobytu nie chcieli mi zamienić pokoju,nawet rezydent nic nie mógł pomóc mimo szczerych chęci.Żenada,po to jest chyba dopłata do pok.1os aby nie mieć jeszcze gorszych warunków jak pozostali którzy dostali standardowe pokoje na 7 czy 10 piętrze z widokiem na morze bez żadnej dopłaty,jedzenie bardzo średnie bez żadnych urozmaiceń,soki z dystrybutorów to zabarwiona woda,pracownicy mało uśmiechnięci jakby pracowali tam za karę,żadnych powitań,gości traktują jak powietrze,hotel bez własnego klimatu,moloch do robienia kasy tylko i wyłącznie. Jedynymi atutami tego hotelu to położenie i dobrzy animatorzy dla dzieci i to wszystko! NIE POLECAM W 100%

Ogólnie jestem zadowolona. Rezerwowałam pokój jednoosobowy, na początku zostałam zkwaterowana na parterze w ciasnym 'pokoju ekonomicznym' z jednym szerokim łóżkiem i jednym dwupiętrowym, czyli w pokoju 4-osobowym. W pokoju śmierdziało grzybem. Na szczeście recepcjoniści okazali się gotowi do pomocy i wkrótce dostałam normalny, czysty pokój na 7.piętrze. Hotel bardzo akustyczny, trzeba mieć dobre stopery do uszu. Jedzenie zupełnie w porządku, jednak największym atutem jest położenie tuż przy pięknej plaży.
