Pierwsze wrażenie hotel zrobił na nas bardzo złe...przyjechaliśmy bardzo wcześnie rano około 7 na lobby nie było gdzie usiąść było brudno, stoliki nieposprztane po wcześniejszym wieczorze, a Pan który nas przyjmował wyglądał jakby nie wiedział co ma z nami zrobić Jedzenie nie było jakieś powalające jednak tutaj zależy od gustu, osobiście czasami lepszy był burger z lobby niż obiad sewowany na stołówce. Pokój był okej, jednak kiedy chcieliśmy przedłużyć dobę hotelową że względu na naszą 3 miesięczną córeczkę nie było takiej możliwości Basen wewnętrzny super, basen wewnętrzny okej jednak około 16 już nie było słońca nad nim i robiło się dam dość chłodno za to plaża była super blisko, szeroka i można było tam spędzić cały dzień

Generalnie pokój nie był najczystszy - pościele, grzyb w kabinie prysznicowej i przy klimatyzacji, do tego spotkaliśmy dwa karaluchy. Jeśli chodzi o utrzymywanie porządku to ręczniki były wymieniane, łóżko zaścielone i łazienka sprzątana codziennie. Jedzenie - dość duży wybór, różnorodne, ale nie zawsze smaczne. Dla mnie osobiście zbyt tłuste. Bar i animacje w porzadku. Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy bo zawsze był zatłoczony. Do plaży 5 min spacerem. Ogromny plus tego hotelu to przemiła obsługa. Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu rano, od razu dostaliśmy opaski i mogliśmy korzystać z baru, restauracji, itd. Na pokój czekaliśmy do 13. Wycieczki fakultatywne bardzo średnie - nie wykupiłabym drugi raz. Formentor i targ w Alcudii w pośpiechu, wszędzie tłumy i kolejki - ciężko było skorzystać ze wszystkich atrakcji tej wycieczki, jeśli chciało się wcisnąć tam posiłek czy toaletę. Jaskinie piękne, wycieczka lepiej zorganizowana, ale wpuszczają tam ponoć kilkaset osób na raz, więc ciężko się cieszyć widokami. Koncert w jaskiniach świetny, ale znów ludzie nie potrafią usiedzieć w ciszy 10 minut, do tego nagrywają mimo zakazów, przeszkadzając tym innym w oglądaniu i słuchaniu.

Hotel ma świetny basen z sauną i jacuzzi w środku z podgrzewaną wodą, a także ten na zewnątrz jest w pełni wystarczający, z dużą ilością leżaków, z ratownikiem oraz animacjami (aqua-aerobik, koszykówka wodna, itd.). Jedzenie smaczne, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Słodkie napoje i drinki niezbyt smaczne, jednak udało nam się znaleźć nasze smaki. Blisko dwie plaże, przystanek autobusowy, sklepy. Spacerkiem niedaleko do El Arenal - miasta imprez. Wieczorem w hotelu są animacje takie, jak np. karaoke, dyskoteka, itd. Nie ma nudy. Obsługa hotelowa i recepcja na najwyższym poziomie, mili, uśmiechnięci, pomocni. Ten hotel to dobry wybór na wypoczynek i zwiedzanie. Biuro podróży zapewnia transfer z i na lotnisko. Polecam <3

Chcieliśmy zmienić pokój to nie było takiej możliwości, jedzenie fatalne i w tak oczywisty sposób odgrzewane i reanimowane na następny dzień ze to aż smieszne było. Dla przykładu. Były Ziemniaki w kostkę obok frytki i Ziemniaki łódki, to na następny dzień było danie z dokładnie tych trzech dodatków w sosie serowym, większość jedzenia była na siłę reanimowana mocno zawiedliśmy się na tym hotelu, na szczęście majorka piękna, wynajęliśmy auto i głównie podróżowaliśmy jedząc na mieście Będziemy składać odwołanie o nieudany pobyt...

Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna, jedzenie smaczne , jednak sam hotel miał mało przestrzeni. Ponieważ położony jest w mieście, wokół są bary i restauracje to do późna wieczór było gwarno. Nie wiem czym to było spowodowane, czy czasem w którym byliśmy, czy miejscem , czy ceną , ale średnia wieku w hotelu to 50-60 + Hotel czysty , ale nie należy do najnowszych.

Hotel oceniam 8/10, ogólnie hotel jest bardzo zużyty ale czysty. Pokój sprzątany codziennie. Wyżywienie było super, codziennie jakieś ciekawe dania, ale śniadania są monotonne. Dużo różnych drinków przy barze, ale niestety nie było jakichś przekąsek do napojów. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Ale niestety 90% odpoczywających są emerytura, wolny czas spędzaliśmy poza hotelem. 5 minut pieszo od hotelu jest cicha plaża, 10 minut pieszo jest duża plaża z barami i sklepami. Na recepcji można sobie wziąć parasole plażową bezpłatnie, co jest dużym plusem. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony, 5 minut od hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, można dojechać sobie gdziekolwiek. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z odpoczynku!

Hotel, na bardzo niskim poziomie. Hol i rejestracja po remoncie, pozostała część hotelu jest w stanie dramatycznym. Pokoje małe, brudne dostawka dla trzeciej osoby wciśnięta na siłę. Plusem w pokoju są wygodne łóżka i działająca klimatyzacja. Jedzenie monotonne i bardzo słabej jakości, codziennie to samo. Jedzenie niedoprawione opływa w dłużej ilości tłuszczu, trafiliśmy na niedogotowane ziemniaki .Talerze na stołówce brudne, zniszczone. Drinki słabej jakości nalewane z automatu. Basen bardzo mały otoczony z każdej strony murami, leżaki wciśnięte jeden na drugi. Brak animacji, miejsce gdzie wieczorem można było by posiedzieć zamykane o 23:30 . Po wymeldowaniu z pokoju zorientowaliśmy się, że została bluza Kiedy poprosiliśmy o sprawdzenie pokoju, powiedziano nam, że pokojówka nie widziała żadnych ubrań i odmówiono nam sprawdzenia pokoju, ponieważ przebywali tam inni turyści. Są więc dwie możliwości: albo pokojówka nawet nie posprzątała na tyle, żeby zauważyć pozostawioną bluzę, albo znalazła je i zabrała. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, bardzo słaby hotel - nie polecam odpoczynku tutaj.

Hotel jest na bardzo niskim poziomie. Wejście do hotelu oraz miejsce rejestracji jest odnowione i wygląda dobrze, natomiast cała reszta w środku hotelu jest bardzo zużyta i brudna. Pokój 2 osobowy, który dostaliśmy był bardzo malutki i w łazience był karaluch. Pan z recepcji był bardzo zdziwiony nagranym karaluchem biegającym po łazience. Po stanowczym zdaniu, że nie prześpimy się ani jednej nocy w tym pokoju przenieśli nas do innego większego, który i tak rano musieliśmy opuścić i dostaliśmy inny pokój. Pokoje są bardzo mocno zużyte (ściany brudne, meble zniszczone, kinkiety dosłownie z pajęczynami, zasłony okropnie brudne ). Łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja działa sprawnie. Jedzenie również jest dramatem. Niezmiennie codziennie to samo. Ze śniadania stół z wędlinami i warzywami typu pomidor, ogórek, sałata, oliwki, ogórek kiszony itp jest uzupełniany do obiadu i do kolacji. Potrawy niesmaczne. Drinki nalewane z automatu z jednym naturalnym akcentem w postaci kawałka cytryny. Ilościowo serwowanego jedzenia było dużo ale niestety wszystko bardzo niskiej jakości. Hotel przypominał mi bardziej ośrodek kolonijny niż miejsce hotelowe. Basem bardzo malutki z leżakami wciśniętymi jeden koło drugiego (może w celu szybszej integracji gości hotelowych ) a co za tym idzie trudno mówić o czystości i przyjemnym spędzeniu czasu przy takiej ilości ludzi na tak małej przestrzeni basenowej. Obsługa miła i pomocna . Plaża od hotelu oddalona ok 400 m .

Bar oferował drinki bez limitu,oraz różne fajne napoje. Basen mały, dużo leżaków, ale przez to mało przestrzeni. . Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża kilka minut spacerkiem od hotelu, wzdłuż morza przepiękna promenada. Obok hotelu mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji. Blisko plaża, i dużo miejsca na spacery, pieszo do Palmy można iść deptakiem nad morzem. Polecam.
