Zdarzało się że trzeba było czekać na stolik naprawdę długo. Jak na hotel tej wielkości basen jest też tragicznie mały- fakt ten rekompensuje bliskość przepięknej plaży. No i momentami spore kolejki do baru - ale jak człowiek spragniony to poczeka :P

Niestety praz pierwszy jesteśmy rozczarowani hotelem. Nie jesteśmy bardzo wymagającymi klientami choć przez myśl nie przeszło nam , że na Majorce pokoje w hotelu mogą być pozbawione klimatyzacji co potwornie utrudniało nam funkcjonowanie w pokoju hotelowym!!!!!!! O spaniu do godziny 2 w nocy nie było mowy. w pokoju można było wytrzymać tylko po otwarciu wszystkich okien i drzwi balkonowych a za oknami wiadomo odgłosy nocnego życia wyspy. Mimo prób wypożyczenia wentylatora w recepcji hotelowej był on wciąż niedostępny!!!! Na uwagę zasługuje również fakt iż pokoje wymagają już remontu: odpadający tynk, dziury w ścianach, wanna, do której nie wiadomo było jak wejść z powodu zaniedbania, uschnięte , straszące rośliny za oknami , wypaczone drzwi, otwierające się tylko do połowy, potwornie brudne lepiące się krzesła i stół na balkonie, których mimo starań nie udało mi się domyć... Teren hotelu także pozostawiał wiele do życzenia: zaniedbana roślinność, tylko przy basenie można było nacieszyć oczy żywymi kwiatami gdyż w całym hotelu straszyły ohydne sztuczne kwiaty i badyle.Biorąc pod uwagę posiłki nie będę bardo kapryśna w opinii ale śniadania i obiady były bardzo monotonne, nieco urozmaicone menu pojawiało się w czasie kolacji i wówczas można było wybrać bardzo smaczne potrawy. Zdziwił nas bardzo fakt pobierania kaucji za opaski, pilota od tv jak również opłat za telewizję. Ogromnym atutem tego hotelu jest położenie przy przepięknej plaży!!!!!!!!!co rekompensuje nieco niedogodności wyjazdu dlatego też większość czasu spędzaliśmy poza hotelem wracając jedynie na posiłki zresztą nocne animacje dla dorosłych były żałosne!!!

Jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, w formie szwedzkiego stołu , bardzo duży wybór. Dodatkowo kucharz codziennie na stołówce smaży przy gościach na obiad i kolacje- świeże mięso i ryby, na śniadanie naleśniki , bekon , jajka. Animacje sportowe w ciągu dnia bardzo fajne, bardzo sympatyczni zagraniczni animatorzy . Szkoda, że nie ma polskiego animatora. Hotel bardzo ładny, pokoje duże i przestronne. Pokoje bardzo czyste, sprzątane codziennie . Obsługa w hotelu bardzo miła i sympatyczna.

Trochę mały basen , w sezonie może być tłok. leżaków wystarczająco. Nie ma plaży przy hotelu, trzeba iść troche dalej na publiczne. nie sprawia to jednak kłopotu. Wycieczkę kupiłam w ciemno i przed wyjazdem zaczełam czytać opinie byłam rozczarowana i myślałam że popełniłam błąd wybierając ten hotel jednak po przyjezdzie byłam naprawde mile zaskoczona hotelem i nijak to się miało do tych negatywnych opini o hotelu. byłam w różnych miejscach na świecie i ten hotel bedę wspominać jako jeden z milszych.Jest bardzo fajny.

Tour of the island — the route of the tour leads through farm villages and cities of the fertile Es Pla plains in the direction of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. Further on mountainous hairpin roads to the Marian Sanctuary in Lluc - visiting the church of the Black Madonna. Then a drive with an impressive winding road with turns achieving even 180 degrees to Sa Calobra port on the west coast. The bay is also an estuary of the longest gorge on the island - Torrent de Pareis. During free time, walk through the rock tunnel to the picturesquely situated small beach called the Gates of Paradise. Boat cruise along the cliffs on the north coast of Majorca to the port Puerto de Soller. Ride on an historic, wooden tram to the charming town of Soller. Next, on the historic train through the famous Valley of the Oranges, mountain tunnels and groves of citrus trees to Palma, and on the way back to the hotel. The order of the tour may be changed. Palma and Valdemossa — drive to the south, towards the beautiful and cosmopolitan capital of Majorca located by the extensive Bahía de Palma Bay. A visit in Palma includes a stroll around the old city: La Seu Cathedral, Parc del Mar, the royal gardens of the Almudaina Palace, narrow streets and patios of merchant houses, the Town Hall, the vantage point at Castillo de Bellver Castle. Free time for shopping around Plaza Mayor, the main market of the city. Then passage through the mountains to a medieval village - Valldemossa, the place where in the winter of 1838 the Polish composer, Frederic Chopin, stayed together with the French writer George Sand. The Carthusian monastery, where the famous couple found refuge, is the most Polish accent in Majorca. For monastic aims, memorabilia has been exhibited documenting the presence of the Polish virtuoso on the island, among others. the piano on which Chopin composed the famous rain prelude. In free time a stroll through the narrow, cobbled streets of this picturesque town, and also the opportunity to try local liqueurs. Day trip. Valldemossa — a trip to the most charming, mountainous part of the island. Drive along a road among olive fields to a height of approx. 425 m a.s.l., where Valldemosa is located. Entrance with a guide to the Carthusian monastery where Frederic Chopin lived, the opportunity to listen to the sounds of his music (live concert). Free time to stroll through the narrow streets and charming towns. Half-day trip (organized in the afternoon). Price: approx. 39 EUR, children up to 12 years old - approx. 19 EUR. Formentor Peninsula and bazaar in Alcúdia — drive to Alcúdia where every Tuesday the largest market on the island takes place. Opportunity to purchase local ceramics, handicrafts, jewelry, and olive oil, honey, almonds and figs. After shopping, transfer by coach to Formentor Peninsula, which is considered to be the most beautiful part of the island. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with lush vegetation which is a refuge for many species of birds and lizards. On clear days you can see the neighboring Menorca from there. Next, drive to the port in Polens, then sail on a boat to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island - Playa de Formentor, which offers a breathtaking view of cliffs descending vertically into the sea. Diving: the underwater face of Majorca. Offer for people who want to start their adventure in diving. Descend under the water to a depth of 5-6 meters with an individual English-speaking instructor. The Dragon Caves — drive through the picturesque tourist towns on the east coast of Majorca. The road leads to the fishing village of Porto Cristo, where in the vicinity the of the port French geologists discovered underground caves in the 19th century. In ancient times they were an escape for privateers and pirates, who often tormented the island with their invasions, today they are a tourist attraction, available for visitors. Admiring many chambers that extend below the ground in seaside limestone cliffs over a length of several hundred meters. The bizarre shapes of the thousands of stalactites and stalagmites resemble marble cascade, organs, lace drapes and chandeliers with gems. Additionally, the programme of the trip includes a short visit to the factory of artificial pearls, which there will be an opportunity to learn about the process of production and purchase jewellery typical of the island (for guests from the south of the island) or a visit to a typical Majorcan farm. Aquarium — drive to Playa de Palma, to a modern aquarium presenting a wealth of flora and fauna from all the seas and oceans of the world. Admiring schools of fish, sharks, piranhas, coral reefs, rays, turtles, underwater microcosm, as well as tropical jungle with reptiles. Price: approx. 24 EUR, children up to 12 years old - approx. 19 EUR. For guests from the east and south of the island, after visiting the Aquarium, a drive to Palma de Mallorca, free time in the old town. Price - approx. 43 EUR, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 24 EUR (includes entry ticket).
