Hotel nie zasługuje nawet na 3*, a co dpiero mówić o 4*, jak w Państwa ocenie. Brudno, nieuprzejma obsługa, brak basenów (jeden jest na 18 osób, drugi poodbny - oba brudne), brak all inclusive na terenie hotelu, mimo iż zosyała ta usuługa wykupiona - nie ma baru w tej opcji przy którymkolwiek z basenów, jest tylko w barze, obskurnym, przy ulicy, jedzenie niedobre, czasem nieświeże, co wywoływało porblemy żoładkowe. Pokoje tragiczne. Masa dodatkowych opłat, za wszystko.. Stracone wakacje na skutek bardzo złego hotelu i błędnej informacji Itaki o hotelu. Brak jakichkolwiek animacji, także dla dzieci. W tak złym hotelu nie byliśmy, a podróżujemy, po kilka razy w roku, od 1996 r.
