Bardzo słaba obsługa hotelowa. Pokoje sprzątane z dużym opóźnieniem mimo wiszącej przez wiele godzin kartki proszącej o to. W trakcie posiłków wiele stołów nieuprzątnientych, obsługa ignorowała osoby na stali rozkładając serwetki i naczynia na pustych stołach. Bywały momenty,że na sali nie znajdował się żaden kelner. Bardzo długi czas przyjmowania zamówień. Pani rezydentka robiła koszmarne błędy w nazwach lokalnych zabytków. Uważam,że na wyjeździe rezydent powinien mówić w loklanym języku na wypadek jakiś trudności lub incydentów.
