Hotel jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie, duży wybór różnych kuchni, dogodne godziny dostępności snack barów i restauracji. Alkohole ultra all in, pokoje czyste, sprzątanie codziennie, mini bar uzupełniany codziennie. Mocną atrakcją tego hotelu jest dużo gatunków zwierząt chodzących wolno pomiędzy gośćmi hotelowymi- małpy, flamingi, jelenie, papugi i inne. Bardzo dużo roślinności, pomiędzy jeździ mini autobusik- można sobie podjechać do lobby. Bardzo duży wybór basenów, atrakcje wieczorne codziennie różne i bardzo ciekawe i na wysokim poziomie. Dostępność parków xcaret i xplor- super! Bardzo nam się podobało show w teatrze opowiadające o historii życia Majów i Meksyku. Bardzo pomocna obsługa, zgłaszaliśmy kilka awarii- od razu były naprawione. Hotel 10/10

Piękny, duży hotel z licznymi restauracjami, barami i atrakcjami. W pokojach codziennie jest sprzątane, wymieniane są ręczniki i uzupełniany barek. Posiłki przepyszne niezależnie od tego czy w głównej restauracji, czy przekąski przy basenie. Nawet o 24.00 można dostać pizze prosto z pieca. Wybór dań sprosta wymogom każdego. Natomiast plaza piaszczysta i czysta. Niezależnie czy szliśmy na plażę, czy nad basen zawsze znaleźliśmy wolne leżaki czy hamaki. Obsługa natomiast zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna.
