Obiekt spektakularnie położony, w pięknym ogrodzie, z cudną plażą w zatoczce z szmaragdowym morzem i miękkim piaskiem. Jedzenie świeże, proste, lokalne, smaczne, gównie ryby i owoce morza. Sam obiekt w części Village wymaga gruntownego remontu: pokoje i łazienki są zagrzybione, czuć zapach stęchlizny, brak słuchawki prysznicowej (tylko deszczownica), stare, zniszczone i zużyte sprzęty (okropna szczotka toaletowa, pożółkła suszarka do włosów, archaiczna klimatyzacja), brak czajnika, brak telefonu w pokoju (więc z każdą sprawą trzeba biegać osobiście do recepcji). Sprzątanie bardzo powierzchowne, niedokładne, ale ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. W obiekcie zauważalny brak kadry zarządzającej, pracownicy tymczasowi działali w dużym chaosie (są to głownie imigranci). Bardzo głośna muzyka przy głównym basenie do godz. 24.00, uniemożliwiająca spanie w pokoju (musielismy zmienic pokój). Na plaży również głosna muzyka, brak możliwosci schronienia przed muzyką (plaża nie jest dość duza). Ogólne wakacje ze względu na wspaniała przyrodę i czas spedzony z rodziną oceniam na udane. Natomiast nie nalezy tego obiektu oceniac w kategorii hotelu 4*.

Plaża trochę oddalona od hotelu ale można podjechać hotelowym meleksem. W restauracji każdy na swój przypisany na cały pobyt stolik. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Trochę brakowało spokojnego miejsca bez hałaśliwej muzyki, gdzie wieczorem można byłoby usiąść. Aż się prosi aby zrobić dodatkowa restaurację, tym bardziej że bywały wieczory gdzie nie było miejsca żeby usiąść. Niezwykle głośna muzyka w ciągu dnia na plaży i basenie trochę zabierała uroku - może Włosi tak się relaksują. Wyżywienie bez zastrzeżeń - śniadania typowo włoskie, pozostałe posiłki z dużym wyborem dań. Bardzo dobra kawa i wino. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża i woda cudowna.

Prostředí hotelu krásné ,pokoj takový standart,koupelny se nám nelíbili čekali jsme za ty peníze lepší. Pláže krásné dostatek lehátek. Jídlo jsme čekali lepší snídaně byly za ten celý týden stejné bez změny a studené akorát teplá káva, obědy opět studené kromě těstovin a dvou jídel na grilu pokud přijdete včas, večeře byly nejlepší každý večer jiné něco i teplého. Bazén krásně čistý uklízeli pravidelně.Při odjezdu se nemáte kde převliknout leda na záchodě a sprchy venku a pokud chcete pokoj tak je to problém nechtějí ho dávat i když si ho chcete zaplatit.

Posiłaki z pustymi półmiskami nie donoszone, notorycznie od początkowych godzin wydawania zimne. TO NIE JEST STANDARD ALL INCLUSIVE! *** i 3 posiłki + BAR - to wlaściwa klasyfikacja hotelu Rezydentka [...] - ziezaangażowana, nie koordynująca wyjazdu, nie czulismy się zaopiekowani , podobnie jak reszta poilskich gości z Itaki.

Forma allinclisive troche meczoca przez odleglosc baru od plazy , ale zato wyjezdza sie w tej samej wadze :). Pokoje poprawione i to znacznie do zaakceptowania . Jedyny mocny minis to muzyka na plazy , oj za głośna i disco. Plaza ten stracila swoj szmaragdowy kolor , chyba dno przykryły wodorosty . No i generalnie jest drogo , za drogo za ta jakosc .

Hotel położony przy pięknej lazurowej zatoce, zlokalizowany na dość dużym terenie i tak, jak opisano w ofercie, położony na uboczu. Z uwagi na odległości nie orgnizowano części wycieczek, ktore były w ofercie. Teren wokół hotelu zadbany z piękną roślinnością. My za dopłatą korzystaliśmy z pokoju z widokiem na morze, wiec do plaży mielismy blisko, ale na terenie hotelu można bylo skorzystac z podwiezienia melexem. Jedzonko smaczne, myślę że każdy mógł coś dla siebie wybrać, zawsze podczas obiadu i kolacji bylo mięso i różnorodne owoce morza. Samo poruszanie sie po hotelu stanowiło początkowo problem, gdyż posiłki serwowane były w różnych restauracjach i uzależnione chyba od rodzaju pokoju. Goscie i z pokojów z widokiem na morze zjadali posiłki na trasie z widokiem na zatokę. Każdy pokój miał przypisany numer stolika podczas obiadu i kolacji, co bylo fajnym rozwiązaniem, ponieważ nikt nie musiał szukać wolnego stolika. Ogromnym minusem był brak wody w butelkach, którą mozna zabrać ze sobą na plażę lub do pokoju. Wodę można było dostać tylko do kubka w barze, a na plaże wodę musielismy kupować w prywatnym barze przy plaży. Plaża bardzo ładna, piaszczysta, jednak nie ma na niej toalet, co jest jakimś absurdem. Pierwsze trzy rzędy leżakow są płatne dodatkowo ale raczej z dostępnością leżakow nie było problemów. W hotelu większość gości to Włosi, Polaków było tylko 11. Bar w formie on inclusive funkcjonował do godziny 23.00, pozniej za wszystko pobierana byla opłata. Przy barze nie można płacić gotówką tylko wydaną w hotelu kartą, na którą nabija się określoną przez siebie kwotę. Animacje, porównując hotele w innych krajach były słabiutkie i prowadzone po włosku. Hotel na pewno nie zasługuje na swoje gwiazdki, ale cudowne widoki wszystko rekompensowaly.

Mówiąc szczerze o samym hotelu. Jest to z pewnością hotel idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi lub dla osób, które są nastawione na leniwy wypoczynek. Hotel posiada fenomenalne widoki, zarówno morza i terenów górzystych, piękne wschody słońca. Architektura hotelu jest typowo włoska, co tworzy fenomenalny klimat tych wakacji, ponadto architekturze towarzyszy wspaniałe zadbana roślinność w hotelu i mięciutka jak puszysty dywan trawa. Lokalizacja super jak chodzi o dostęp do plaży, na której możemy rozkoszować się białym piaskiem i krystaliczną wodą. Hotelu nie polecam osobą, które lubią eksplorować okolicę, odbywać długie spacery, bo okolica jest trochę uboga. Duży atut tego hotelu to na 100% kuchnia. Jako, że wraz z mężem kochamy owoce morza, w tym hotelu odnaleźliśmy swój kulinarny raj na ziemi! Potrawy są przygotowane jak w dobrej, drogiej restauracji - zarówno bardzo smaczne, jak i estetyczne. Wielki wybór makaronów i obłędny smak - ja się zakochałam. W dodatku, podczas każdego z posiłków towarzyszył nam, zapierający dech w piersiach, widok na morze. Obsługa hotelu miła, natomiast nieliczne osoby znają tam język angielski, także trzeba mówić głośno i wyraźnie, a najlepiej gestykulować :). Animacje w języku włoskim, ale i to nie była bariera: występy taneczne, pokaz magii i akrobacji, coś co każdy chce oglądać bez względu na język.

Piękny hotel w fantastycznej lokalizacji. Smaczne i urozmaicone posiłki serwowane w restauracji z oszałamiającym widokiem na morze i okoliczne wyspy. Wystarczajaca ilość miejsc do plażowania, zarówno przy basenach jak i na plaży. Do dyspozycji gości nieodpłatne kajaki oraz SUPy za symboliczną opłatę 10 euro. Polecamy szczególnie pokoje Superior z widokiem na morze. Bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna i cały czas uśmiechnięta obsługa hotelu powoduje, że każdy czuje się wyjątkowym gościem.
