Hotel położony nad piękną zatoką z czystą wodą i piaskiem. Pokoje skromne i czyste. Sam hotel bez rewelacji, zero parasoli i leżaków nad basenem, który był częściej zamknięty niż otwarty. Infrastruktura hotelu tak naprawdę nie istnieje. Skandalem jest podawanie śniadania na plastikowych talerzach i w plastikowych kubeczkach! Wyżywienie jak na opcję all inclusive soft średniej jakości. Brak chociażby jednego warzywa do śniadania, jeden rodzaj sera i jeden rodzaj wędliny przez 7 dni pobytu to przesada. Obsługa restauracji nie rozumie ani jednego słowa po angielsku w związku z czym komunikacja była b.trudna.

Hotel bardzo czysty,sprzątany codziennie,pokoje dosyć przestronne. Położenie hotelu przy najlepszej plaży chyba na wyspie (byliśmy także na kilku innych plażach). Polecam szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi.Woda bardzo czysta dno bez żadnych wodorostów a co najważniejsze do 150 metrów od brzegu jest wody pod kolana. Tak więc raj dla dzieci i nie tylko. Za tak przystępna cenę warto jechać właśnie do tego hotelu ze względu na plażę. Co z tego, że wybierzemy hotel 4 gwiazdkowy ale za to z kiepską plażą. Gorąco poleacam.

Po przyjezdzie czas oczekiwania na pokoj w Hotelu Castello - ok 2h. Mało kto mówił po angielksu, cieżko sie było porozumiec, oragnizacja w hotelu b kiepska, a co najgorsze wyżywienie było fatalne wręcz skandalicze. Nawet makaron który jest podstawa kuchni włoskiej był fatalnie przygotowany, żadnych warzyw do śniadań- nawet pomidora nie położono na stole. Gdy poskarżylismy sie w hotelu na jakoś wyżywienia dano nam do wyboru - 3 daniowy posilek ze standardowego menu na zamiane na 1 danie- melon z prosciutto. Pomimo oplaconej opcji all inclusive zrezygnowałyśmy z siostra z jedzenia kolacji w hotelu i korzystałysmy z pobliskich tawern gdzie jakosc była nieporównywalna.

Z hotelowej plazy mozna bylo korzystac tylko po wykupieniu lezakow/serwisu plazowego 15€/dzien, jesli sie chcialo polozyc na wlasnym reczniku nalezlo sie udac na plaze publiczna. Brak i formacji na stronie itaki o tym fakcie.

Hotel położony bardzo blisko piaszczystej plaży. Basen miał być dostępny od 10.00 do 18.00, w rzeczywistości nieczynny przez większość dni z naszego 7 dniowego pobytu. Brak leżaków/parasoli przy basenie, wejście na basen jeżeli był już czynny tylko od strony morza, od strony hotelu wejście nieczynne. Jedzenie w hotelu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Można natrafić na bardzo dobre potrawy ale są one rzadkością. Brak warzyw i owoców. Do obiadu zawsze podawana sałata bądź szpinak. Napoje za dodatkową opłatą. Do obiadu podawany tylko jeden komplet sztućców, po pierwszym daniu należy je zostawić na serwetce, jeżeli nie kelner sam to zrobi a jeżeli jakimś trafem o tym zapomni to na nowe się nie doczekamy. Zero kultury jeżeli chodzi o obsługę restauracji. Pokoje hotelowe czyste, nie we wszystkich działa klimatyzacja. Odradzam pokoje od strony ulicy, ponieważ są głośne. Lepiej dopłacić do pokoju z widokiem na morze.Obsługa hotelowa nie komunikuje się w innym języku niż włoski.
