Obsługa miła, uśmiechnięta. Hotel ładny, zadbany. Plaża niewielka, kamienista ale za to intymna z darmowym dostępem do prysznicu, leżaków, parasoli i toalety. Drinki na plaży: wino około 4 euro. Do marketu (Lidk) ponad 5km. Autobus bardzo trudno złapać. Wycieczki fakultatywne w rzeczywistości kosztują prawie 90 euro / os. Odradzam wynajem skuterów w Kalamacie koło portu, skutery zdezelowane 50cc, które mają problem z przemieszczaniem się po okolicznych wzgórzach (a nie ma sensu wypożyczania skutera tylko do jeżdżenia po mieście bo to mija się z celem), za usterkę silnika płaci wypożyczający. Z pomocą rezydentki można wypożyczyć samochód w dobrej cenie.

Gratuluję też rewelacyjnej przewodniczki (rezydenta) wyciecieczek (Bety) - wspaniale opikuje się naszymi turystami.

Powinno to dzialac w druga strone, najpierw dobra obsluga, za ktora dostaliby dodatkowe wynagrodzenie. Troche brakowalo sklepow oraz atrakcji w poblizu hotelu, a dojazd do centrum Kalamaty komunikacja miejska, badz rowerami utrudniony. Powinno byc wiecej busow, badz mozliwosc wypozyczenia rowerow przy hotelu. Poza tym wszystko w jak najlepszym porzadku. Generalnie na duzy plus.

Kasia bardzo sympatyczna. Pani Beata opiekunka z Itaki 'równa babka', z poczuciem humoru. Do pokoju wprowadziły nam się mrówki, więc radzę zabrać jakiś specyfik na ich tępienie.Pościel i ręczniki zmieniane codziennie, wszędzie czysto, posiłki dobre.

Pieknie położony hotel z przyległymi domkami typu bungalow (piętrowe po 4 pokoje na parterze i na piętrze) . Pokoje wyposażone w tv, klimatyzacje indywidualna, bezpłtny sejf, lodówkę, aneks kucheny (troche brak choćby czajnika) Wszytko to na terenie palmowego parku bardzo ładnie zaprojektowanego i utrzymanego. Sporo zacienionych miejsc i basen zapewniają wytchnienie w upalne dni. Urocza kawiarnia na klifie nad plażą. Mała, ale czysta plaża zapewnia doskonałe miejsce do kąpieli morskich. Okolice Kalamaty to dobre miejsce wypadowe do poznania zabytków jak i bardzo urokliwych nadmorskich miejscowosci Peloponezu (Mistra, Messini, Olympia, Mykeny, Koroni, Methoni itp.) a i podróż autostradą do Aten nie jest za bardzo męcząca. Plusy miejsca to spokój, typowo greckie klimaty, brak typowej dla znanych grackch wysp komercji. Małe minusiki dla hotelu to brak polskiego kanału w tv i słaba komunikacja do Kalamaty 'skazująca' na taksówki (8 euro), niezbyt wydajne WiFi. Generalnie jednak miejsce godne polecenia.

Przy plaży bar Costa Costa w którym można zamówić napoje i przekąski by dotrwać do kolacji, która podawana jest dość późno bo od godziny 20.00 do 22.00. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie dla siebie coś smacznego. Niestety w menu brak owoców morza. Dla ich miłośników polecam miejscowe tawerny (pyszna ośmiornica z grila, pieczone kalmary, krewetki). BP Itaka w ofercie ma tylko bungalowy, które są niewielkie i skromnie wyposażone, ale czyste (pokoje sprzątane codziennie, wymiana pościeli i ręczników co 2 dni) z dużymi balkonami, klimatyzacją i sejfem bez dodatkowych opłat. Hotel i bungalowy położone w pięknym zadbanym ogrodzie.

Cała reszta SUPER! Pokoje BARDZO czyściutkie i zadbane. Fantastyczna obsługa hotelowa!!! Rewelacyjne jedzenie!!! Bardzo przyjazny, miły hotel. Można zdecydowanie polecić. Chętnie byśmy tu wrócili :)

Hotel jest świetny, ale nie dla każdego. Ja szukałam spokoju i relaksu i to znalazłam. Hotel ma wiele zalet: miła obsługa, dobre jedzenie, piękne widoki, dużo zieleni, poza miastem / dla mnie to ogromna zaleta, a nie wada /, przecudowna Pani Kasia, która jest Polką i pracuje w hotelu w obsłudze, a pomaga Polakom jak rezydentka. Dla nas to był mile spędzony czas i chętnie powrócilibyśmy do tego hotelu, gdyby Itaka miała w ofercie pokoje w budynku głównym, bo bungalowy są, niestety, słabiutkie /ciche i kameralne, ale słaby standard z dostawką, na której nie da się oka zmrużyć- ja spałam na samym materacu na podłodze/. Poza tym hotel prowadzi taką politykę, że z basenu mogą korzystać osoby z zewnątrz, co czasami nie sprzyjało pełnemu relaksowi. Ogólnie- hotel klimatyczny, z dobrą obsługą i pięknymi widokami, dla turystów lubiących góry i morze w jednym oraz wycieczki w antyczne miejsca. POLECAM- Agnieszka.
