Dużym mankamentem była podróż z lotniska w Heraklionie do hotelu i z powrotem (trwała 3 godziny w jedną stronę, mimo iż drugie lotnisko było niedaleko hotelu; komfort autokaru pozostawiał wiele do życzenia). Porcje śniadaniowe, które otrzymaliśmy w dniu wyjazdu były wyjątkowo marne (po 1 kanapce, w której wędlina zaczynała zielenieć).

W tym hotelu bylismy 3 lata wczesniej. Poprawa bylo to, ze sniadania byly w formie szwedzkiego stolu. Do minusow zaliczam: Pokoje byly sprzatane byle jak. Normalnie by nam to pewnie nie przeszkadzalo gdyby nie raczkujace dziecko. Okoliczni mieszkancy przychodzili na basen hotelowy i siedzieli tam czesto caly dzien robiac spory halas, skoki do wody, branie bez pytania dmuchanych zabawek naszych dzieci. Najslabiej oceniam prace rezydenta. Mam wrazenie, ze pan Pawel uwazal, ze to on jest na wakacjach a nie w pracy. Przyklad. Zamowilismy 2 samochody z wyprzedzeniem. Spakowani z dzieciakami czekalismy w recepcji. Po 0,5 gdodz. syslalismy sms - bo tak prosil zebysmy sie z nim kontaktowali. W koncu zadzwonilismy do wypożyczalni skad bralismy wczesniej auto i okazalo sie ze samochody nie zostaly przez rezydeta zamowione. Firma stanela na wysokosci zadania i w ciagu kilkunastu minut samochody pojawily sie pod hotelem. Pan Pawel oddzwonil zaspany okolo godziny 13-14 z pytaniem czy potrzebujemy jeszcze samochody kiedy my juz bylismy na poludniowym wybrzeżu Krety. Samo spotkanie z rezydentem też było trochę żenujące. Nawet nie chce mi sie pisać na ten temat. W kazdym razie jesli kierunki nam dopasuja wybierzemy sie po raz kolejny z Itaka.

The route of the tour runs along the northern coast to Kissamos (Kastelli) Port, where the cruise begins around the gorgeous bay. After an hour arrival in Imeri Gramvousa. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there. The tour includes the charming little village of Ano Vouves, where the oldest olive tree in Greece is located. A pleasant end to the day is the visit to the local wineries.
