Bardzo zawiodłam się na tej wycieczce. Mimo bogatego programu, program bardzo napięty oraz nerwowość ze względu na wymaganie ciągłej uwagi, aby słuchać nowe zalecenia pilota, który informował o noclegach na ostatnią chwilę. Wyjątkowo długi czas przejazdu: przez same Niemcy jechaliśmy 13 godzin.....w Hiszpanii byliśmy po 26 godzinach, co przy niewygodnym autokarze było ciężkie. Przede wszystkim jednak zawiodłam się na traktowaniu klienta, otóż w sytuacji gdy zachorowałam podczas wycieczki i portugalska karetką pogotowia zabrala mnie do szpitala, pan pilot tylko lakonicznie poinformował że mi nie pomoże i mam się kontaktować z ubezpieczycielem co do kosztów. Podróżowałam sama a nie było żadnego zainteresowania stanem mojego zdrowia, moimi rzeczami zostawionymi w hotelu,skąd zabrała mnie karetka pogotowia , jak i zostawionymi w autokarze. Spotkałam się również z arogancką postawą w sytuacji gdy moja rodzina zareagowała i dodzwoniła się do pilota (oczywiście poprzez infolinię Itaki, ponieważ numeru który podał nie odbierał)......Pozostawiona sama sobie w złym stanie zdrowia musiałam organizować nocleg, taksówki, samolot z Lizbony.... Zafundowalo mi to wszystko niezłą traumę....Z innych uwag : mimo wyraźnej prośby przy rezerwacji o miejsce z tyłu autobusu ze względu na mój wzrost i wagę prośba nie została zupełnie uwzględniona : otrzymałam miejsce z przodu z małą ilością miejsca na nogi mimo że niektórzy uczestnicy siedzieli z tyłu sami a tylne siedzenie nie było w całości zapełnione. Jedzenie w niektórych hotelach bardzo skromne, późne kolacje. Dobrze byłoby gdyby dodano Gibraltar zamiast któregoś z mniejszych miast odwiedzanych po drodze. W Barcelonie brakowało odwiedzin Parku Guell, czy też Ciutadella. W hotelach brak takiej podstawy jak czajnik w pokoju.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z wycieczki. Program i trasa,hotele i jedzenie wszystko super. Pan Marcin ,nasz przewodnik w 100 procentach profesjonalny, z ogromną wiedzą i kulturą. Półwysep Iberyjski w maleńkiej pigułce dla zachęty na głębsze poznanie . Polecam z całego serca. Ale na koniec małą uwaga miejsca pierwsze za środkowym wejściem są beznadziejnie niewygodne...może dla dzieci które nie mają długich nóg, dwie dorosłe osoby które muszą tam spędzić dwie noce przeżywają katusze....poważnie. Jedna osoba ok, nogi położy na siedzeniu ,dwie tak jak ja i partner...przeżywała tortury.

Wycieczka bardzo intensywna ale dobrze zaplanowana i poprowadzona przez przewodnika. Ciekawe miejsca, może tylko zbyt mało czasu na dokladniejsze poznanie odwiedzanych miast i zabytków.

Chociaz, faktycznie kilka dni pod rzad serwowanie na obiadokolacje kurczaka z frytkami to przesada. Brakowalo bardzo warzyw czy owocow. Pilot Pan Jacek, uprzejmy, spokojny, z duza wiedza historyczna na 4+, lokalni przewodnicy tez bardzo dobrzy, szczegolnie Pan Piotr, wulkan wiedzy i humoru. Kierowcy, zwlaszcza mila Pani Dorotka na 5. Wspoltowarzysze podrozy zdyscyplinowani, sympatyczni, nie spozniali sie, tak wiec wycieczka przebiegala bez wiekszych problemow. Podsumowujac wycieczka udana, minusem byl autokar, ktorym musielismy pokonac 8 tys. kilometrow oraz Pan, ktory przewozil nasza, kilkuosobowa grupe z Opola do Krakowa i "zafundowal" nam po 33 godzinach jazdy dodatkowa wycieczke przez Jaworzno. Czyzby ulegl"urokowi" Pana z Jaworzna?

Wycieczka ciekawa,bogaty program. Pilot posiadający ogromną wiedzę.Jednak są pewne minusy. Dużo czasu wolnego w mało ciekawych miejscach, natomiast, gdy chciałoby się coś więcej zobaczyć dodatkowo zobaczyć w bardzo interesującym mieście, to wtedy czas wolny bardzo krótki. Za mało przewodników w miastach.W większości pilot opowiadał,a przewodnik tylko pojawiał się własciwie podczas zwiedzania wnętrz. Kwota dodatkowa 250 euro zbyt wysoka na to, z czego skorzystaliśmy. Mam porównanie z innych biur. Posiłki makabryczne, o wiele za mało, nie urozmaicone, brak warzyw,owoców.

Znakomity Przewodnik o ogromnej wiedzy, ciekawie opowiadał o kolejnych atrakcjach i doskonale zarządzał czasem. Przyzwoite hotele i dobra kuchnia (z jednym wyjątkiem).

Trzeba żywić się na mieście lecz Hiszpania i Portugalia do tanich nie należy.

Ogólnie polecam tę wycieczkę dużo miejsc odwiedzanych szkoda tylko że przewodnik tak mało opowiadał o oglądanych miejscach. Mogłam porównać zaangażowanie naszego przewodnika a innych przewodników, ponieważ w tym samym czasie co zwiedzaliśmy obiekty trafiliśmy na inne polskie grupy i w tamtych grupach przewodnik był o niebo lepszy, opowiadał ciekawostki, legendy a nasz rok budowy i jedno czy dwa zdania. Szkoda bo uwielbiam wynosić wiedzę z takich wyjazdów i do tej pory zawsze byłam zachwycona przewodnikami którzy prowadzą wycieczki objazdowe w "Itace". Hotele przyzwoite, zresztą tylko spaliśmy po jednej nocy i z samego rana znów wyruszaliśmy dalej, to nie spodziewałam się luksusów. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Jeśli chodzi o autokar to też przyzwoitym chociaż zaskoczyło mnie, że nie było w nim WI-FI, przy tylu godzinach jazdy byłoby przydatne, zwłaszcza że przewodnik nie chciał puszczać ani muzyki, ani filmów aby umilić nam wielogodzinną podróż, bo zawsze znajdował pretekst to że słońce świeci, to że musi popracować w autokarze itp. Natomiast tego co się zobaczyło podczas wyjazdu warte było i na koniec zostaną dobre wspomnienia, zatem polecam może uda Wam się trafić na lepszego przewodnika i pilota w jednej osobie.

Wycieczka Viva Iberia była super. Objechaliśmy półwysep iberyjski i zobaczyliśmy wspaniałą architekturę , piękne krajobrazy i spróbowali w namiastce kuchni hiszpańskiej. Pilot Pan Marcin to człowiek posiadający ogromną wiedzę z zakresu architektury ,sztuki i wielu innych dziedzin przekazywał nam swoje informacje o danym miejscu gdzie byliśmy. Wielki ukłon dla Pana Marcina. Panowie kierowcy Grzegorz i Bronek też byli super, mieli kawał drogi do przejechania a w między czasie serwowali kawkę i inne napoje żeby pasażerom umilić podróż no i szczęśliwie nas dowieźli na miejsce. Co do autokaru to jedyną wadą była zbyt mała odległość między siedzeniami. Podsumowując wycieczka była super jesteśmy z małżonką bardzo zadowoleni.

Hiszpania i Portugalia w pigułce, ale jakże miłej. Wycieczka jest dobrą bazą do szczegółowego poznania wybranych miejsc. Pilot ok, aczkolwiek w niektórych momentach przydałoby się więcej informacji na temat miejsc wartych zobaczenia w poszczególnych miastach.
