Hotel położony w przepięknym ogrodzie (luty 2014), dopiero zaczyna kwitnąć ale już było cudnie. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, kontaktowa i służąca pomocą na każdym kroku. Jedzenie jak na Egipt dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (pyszne gofry na śniadanie), obyło się bez 'zemsty' - może za chłodno było (około 26 stopni), pogoda gwarantowana. Hotel raczej dla osób bez małych dzieci - brak zjeżdżalni i placu zabaw w hotelu (kids club). Cicho, błogo , pachnąco. W lutym bez kolejek (jedzenie, picie, leżaki na plaży i przy basenie). Można się doczepić do sprzątania w pokoju, szczególnie łazienka była pomijana:( ale za to kobry z kołdry na łóżkach straszyły:). Brak w TV kanału po polsku.

Hotel ten jest niestety dość mocno zużyty, a brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem w pierwszych dniach pobytu wybitnie uciążliwy. Wyżywienie rażąco odbiega od tego co oferuje ta sieć chociażby w hotelu Radisson Blu Warsaw Center.

Hotel położony blisko lotniska, więc dojazd trwał krótko ale startujące bądź lądujące samoloty są słyszalne. Pokój nie zasługuje na więcej niż 4* ale spędza się w nim mało czasu przez co nie jest to uciążliwe. Wyżywienie smaczne lecz monotonne. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła. Animacje - większość odbywa się na plaży, wieczorne w budynku głównym, nie są natrętne. Przy hotelu piękna rafa i mnóstwo kolorowych rybek. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków, które można wyszukać wolne nawet koło południa. Bardzo dobre zagospodarowanie terenu hotelowego, dużo zieleni. Jedynym, uciążliwym problemem był brak dwóch podgrzewanych basenów w sezonie zimowym, które były w ofercie - woda w morzu o wiele cieplejsza.

Pokoje w tym hotelu w typie standard są lepsze i gorsze .Polacy (a może goście z Itaki) otrzymują pokoje na parterze ,narożne (co związane jest z hałasem) i od północy ciemne,a tu zima i chciałoby się słońca.Widok w tego typu pokoju bardzo nieciekawy .My otrzymaliśmy właśnie taki pokój mimo ,że prosiliśmy o pokój z widokiem na ogród,też typu standard(tylko pokoje z widokiem na morze były za dopłatą).Pomimo ,że było dużo wolnych pokoi takich jak byśmy chcieli proponowali nam inne pokoje ale oczywiście na parterze,narożne i od północy.Osoby ,które z nami się kwaterowały otrzymały identyczne pokoje.Nie możemy zrozumieć dlaczego przy wolnych pokojach nie umożliwiono nam zamiany. .Łazienki w tym hotelu wymagają odnowienia. Drugi ogromny minus to brak podgrzewanej wody w basenach ( w ofercie hotelu jest informacja o 2 basenach z podgrzewaną wodą .Ponoć już nie było w ubiegłym roku o czym na miejscu poinformowali nas goście ,którzy byli w lutym 2013.W związku z tym faktem złożymy stosowną reklamację. Hotel nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek a mamy orientację gdyż dużo podróżujemy po całym świecie , w Egipcie byliśmy już 6 raz.

Obsługa super, zarówno na recepcji jak również w restauracji i w serwisie plażowym.To nasz kolejny wyjazd do Egiptu więc mamy porównanie. Dostaliśmy super pokoje ale najpiękniejszą częścią kompleksu jest jego ogród. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Świetny rezydent Tomek a także opiekun w drodze do Kairu ,, Rambo'. Obsługa restauracji postarała się o dekoracje Wielkanocne choć w hotelu wielu polaków nie ma. To było bardzo miłe.

Welcoming a unique sunrise and climbing down the mountain hill to St. Catherine's monastery, which was erected in about 530 B.C. It belongs to the Greek Orthodox church and has valuable collections: Bizantine mosaics from the 6th century, a collection of icons of St John the Baptist and the Virgin Mary. OWD diving course for beginners — in 3 or 4 days, under the supervision of a Polish instructor you can take an OWD diving course, with PADI certificate. Price approx. 300 USD, plus PADI OWD certificate - approx. 40 USD, book - 40 USD. For those who have a license also Advanced Water Course - approx. 300 USD, Scuba Diver - approx. 150 USD, night diving - approx. 35 USD. We cooperate with a diving centre that has 5* in PADI scale.
Dahab Safari — a wonderful expedition to the heart of Sinai. Quad ride through the desert and a visit to the Bedouin village, a short stop for photos. Then return to the main road. Short break in café. After rest, drive to the Blue Hole National Park and free time for snorkelling on the shore of the Blue Hole. Lunch in a restaurant. Then a drive to the Wadi Guney valley at the southern gate of the city of Dahab. Wadi Guney is a beautiful valley located among mountains, where you can see a wonderful, small oasis. Relaxation and rest on one of the wild beaches in Dahab, ride on camels, snorkelling. On the way back, time for shopping in Dahab. Return to hotel.
