Mimo zapewnień ze strony BP Itaka hotel nie jest całkowicie wyremontowany. Trafiliśmy do pokoju bez działającej klimatyzacji, łazienki w opłakanym stanie. Wiatrak na suficie naprawiliśmy z pomocą pana sprzątającego nasz pokój. Krany zardzewiałe i cieknące. Wanna obita i zardzewiała. Po dwóch dniach przyszedł pan do klimatyzacji. Uruchomił, owszem, ale i tak nie chłodziła pokoju tylko huczała.

Najlepsze jednak jest to, że pokojówki kradną!!!!!!! Podczas pakowania w drogę powrotną okazało się ile rzeczy zniknęło z szafy. Szok!!!! Daje się niemałe napiwki a człowieka okradną. Nigdy więcej do tego hotelu! Poza tym jedzenie w miarę dobre . Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa. Polecam niesamowitą plażę. Wszystko wynagrodzi i pozostawi mega miłe wspomnienia.

W pokojach mini barki, które każdego dnia były uzupełniane w napoje( 7up, Pepsi, woda) - oczywiście wszystko w opcji all inclusive. Cudowna plaża, wspaniałe jedzenie, bardzo duży wybór. Hotel wyśmienity, wielkość w sam raz, z pokoju można w kilku minut dostać się na plażę i do bufetu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, animacje na miejscu na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługa dobra. Przepiękna i czysta plaża. Widać że czystośc na zewnętrz jest priorytetem. Trudno się do czegokolwiek doczepić Nieporozumieniem jest pokój. W budynku 25 pokoje nadają się do generalnego remontu. Standardem pasują do schroniska a nie hotelu 4*. W naszym pokoju mieliśmy rozwalone meble, dywan na którym nie wszedłbym bosą stopą. Najgorsza była łazienka. Smaczku dodawały też biegające karaluchy.

Nie było problemu z dostępnością leżaków ani na plaży ani na basenie. Animacje ciekawe i dla dzieci i dorosłych, dodatkowo w ciągu dnia nauka tańca, joga, fitness, gry zespołowe itd. Plaża szeroka, czysta. Największy minus hotelu to pokoje - wymagają remontu -stare meble, brzydka łazienka.
