Pokój, który nam przydzielono po przyjeździe, w budynku nr 5 t totalna porażka. Naprzeciwko pokoju była usytuowana chyba pralnia hotelowa, bo było cały czas duży huk i nieprzyjemne zapachy.Następnego dnia po naszej interwencji, bo na pomoc kogoś z Itaki nie ma co liczyć, przeniesiono nas do budynku nr 1 i ten pokój był w miarę dobry, poza tym, że usytuowany zbyt blisko sali koncertowej gdzie do 23 odbywały się głośne imprezy, ale to pikuś. natomiast jedzenie, plaża, morze, baseny to prawdziwa rewelacja. Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna. Polaków mało ,było nas 4 osoby na prawie 1000, ale to chyba dobrze, ponieważ inne nacje w tym Argentyńczycy, Kanadyjczycy czy Francuzi, byli bardo mili. Już w samolocie opowiadały dziewczyny, które były w okolicy Punta Cana, że tam było 150 osób z Polski i były pijaństwa i rozróby.Hotel Iberostar Hacjenda Dominicus jest pięknie położony, ma wspaniały park przyrodniczy i jest godny po0lecenia. Położony jest nad morzem karaibskim, które jest piękne i ciepłe. Hotel; jak najbardziej polecam.

Wspaniały hotel, położony w tropikalnym ogrodzie - bardzo zadbanym. Obsługa bardzo przyjazna i cały czas uśmiechnięta. Pokoje sprzątane bardzo starannie- na jeden pokój sprzątaczki przeznaczały średnio 1 godzinę. W rzeczywistości hotel oferował dużo więcej niż było to podane w ofercie np.:darmowy mini barek w pokoju {codziennie sowicie uzupełniany], darmowy sejf w pokoju czy oryginalne alkohole . Wyżywienie zróżnicowane - co wieczór ciekawe nowe propozycje np. sushi czy ogromny wybór renomowanych szynek hiszpańskich i włoskich. Bardzo dużo różnorodnych owoców do wszystkich posiłków. Duża grupa animatorów proponujących różne gry i zabawy. Świetne były restauracje a la carte - szczególnie z kuchnią francuską. Super plaża- bardzo zadbana. Wi-fi było dostępne na terenie całego ośrodka.
