Nowy hotel, położony przy pięknej, szerokiej plaży. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ogromne łóżka, wyposażenie bez zarzutu. Co ważne - w pokojach bardzo dobrze działa klimatyzacja, nie ma nieznośnego zapachu wilgoci, który jest częstym problemem w hotelach w tej części świata. Przemiła obsługa - personel pomocny, przyjazny i nienachalny. Zamiast wieczornych animacji lepiej wybrać Piano Bar (w hotelu), w którym codziennie są koncerty, muzyka bardziej kubańska, niż podczas przedstawień dla turystów, kameralna atmosfera i bardzo dobre alkohole w pakiecie all-in. Kuba nie słynie z dobrego jedzenia, więc na wielkie przeżycia kulinarne nie ma sensu się nastawiać. Internet dostępny w lobby - czasami działa, czasami nie, więc nie polecam tym, którzy muszą pracować podczas wyjazdu. Wrażenie bardzo pozytywne. Kuba zaskakuje na każdym kroku. Genialne plaże, przepiękna woda, soczyście zielona roślinność, tętniąca życiem Hawana. Ludzie są przyjaźni, otwarci, chcą dowiedzieć się jak najwięcej co się dzieje na świecie i jak się u nas żyje. Choć nie są zamożni, potrafią zarażać radością i optymizmem. Kubańska muzyka porywa nawet najbardziej drętwych imprezowiczów. Wyjazd zaliczam do bardzo udanych.

Hotel położony bardzo dobrze uwzględniając dojazd i plażę. Stan budynków i pokoi bardzo dobry. Wewnątrz terenu hotelowego piękna roślinność dobrze utrzymana . Plaża duża i ładna. Fatalny stan łóżek na plaży. Wspólna stołówka to żywieniowy hangar, jedzenie przeciętne z brakami w różnym czasie. Dinki w ramach all inclusive bardzo słabe ( rozcieńczane), kawa bardzo dobra.

Jestem osobą raczej subiektywną, więc nie uwierzę dopóki nie zobaczę, jednak jeśli chodzi o hotel Q10 Ocean Varadero EL Patriarca-nie rozczarowałam się. Hotel co prawda położony na półwyspie, jednak do miasta Varadero jest 40minut dwupiętrowym autobusem(jeśli objeżdża wszystkie hotele)jeśli nie to 20minut lub ten sam czas taksówką(polecam wycieczkę autobusem do Varadero -olbrzymia frajda) ! Hotel bardzo rozległy, pięknie zadbany, dla osób które kochają piękne krajobrazy, faunę i florę-hotel ten polecam jak najbardziej. Trzeba jednak brać pod uwagę, że mówimy o KUBIE, więc jak na ich realia, hotel odpowiada 4 gwiazdką(nie polecam hoteli poniżej 5gwiazdek).W hotelu El Patriarca można zobaczyć biegające po hotelu psy, koty czasem wielkie kraby (co dodaje uroku). W hotelu można spotkać się z przeróżnymi ciekawymi animacjami,koncertami na żywo, piękną muzyka śpiewaną i graną na różnych instrumentach, występy taneczne, pokazy cyrkowe oraz balet wodny. Hotel oferuje przeróżne zabawy np. piana party w basenie, konkursy i inne. Dla osób ćwiczących: jest siłownia(przyzwoite maszyny, ciężary, bieżnie, ping-pong, tenis, sporty wodne na plaży -windsurfing, kajaki, rowerki wodne),biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że poza miejscami turystycznymi nie spotkamy się z siłownią. Hotel posiada strefę spa, masaże (dodatkowo płatne),poza główną jadalnią, na obiekcie znajdują się 3 ekskluzywne restauracje(japońska, chińska i włoska)do których wpuszczane są osoby, tylko w eleganckich kreacjach-jeśli liczycie na świetną obsługę, najlepsze jedzenie i spokój-polecam. Na Kubie jedzenie dobre, jednak jeśli ktoś nastawia się na kuchnie szefa Amaro-to niestety, ale to nie te rejony, gdzie w sklepach znajdziemy wszystkie produkty z których można coś wspaniałego wyczarować. Jedzenie jest dobre -po prostu. Oprócz tego zachwycił mnie bar na środku basenu, gdzie śmiało można siedząc w wodzie popijać drinki. Na obiekcie znajdzie się coś również dla imprezowiczów-otóż club na środku hotelu gra codziennie od 22:30 do 3:00( chociaż barmani widząc pełen parkiet czasem potrafią zamknąć o 1).Hotel wystawia również telebim przed wejściem na plaże i organizowane są tzw. beach party. Internet-no i tu zaczynają się schody.na całej Kubie Internet to rarytas. W El Patriarca jest Internet, za który płaci się 2CUC(9zł) jednak korzystamy z niego tylko i wyłącznie godzinkę i to tylko w wyznaczonym miejscu. Sieć jest bardzo słaba, więc można ściągnąć książkę w pdf, przesłać kilka zdjęć i to wszystko-jeśli spodziewacie się niewiadomej ilości przesyłu danych, to przykro mi-filmik nawet 20ekundowy możecie przesyłać nawet 50minut. Obsługa bardzo miła, codziennie uśmiechy na twarzach-jednak Kubańczycy najbardziej cieszyli się z tzw.Tipów rzeczowych- szczoteczki do zębów(nowe),długopisy ,ubrania, buty, kosmetyki-jeśli potraktujesz ich jak ludzi, a nie popychadła, gwarantuję Ci, że odwdzięczą się za najmniejsza rzecz, jeśli jednak lubisz pokazywać jaki to nie jesteś ważny- nie oczekuj przychylnych zachowań. Zdarzały się pojedyncze przypadki, gdzie w pokojach pojawiały się karaluchy-kochani, to jest egzotyka. One wszędzie są! Dla bardziej brzydliwych panie sprzątaczki zrobią deratyzację|). Plaża-no tu mogę trochę napisać-codziennie na plaży odbywają się zajęcia 'joga, pilates, zumba, salsa, gimnastyka' i inne atrakcje, gdzie gra muzyka i jest wesoło, jednak ludzie lubiący spokój również znajdą dla siebie miejsce. Plaża piękna, piaszczysta, blisko bar, oraz restauracja, więc daleko nie trzeba chodzić. Plaża posiada swoje leżaki, parasole ze słomy-ale UWAGA -Plaża nie jest tak zaludniona jak 4gwiazdkowe hotele. W porównaniu do nich jest ciszej, spokojniej i więcej przestrzeni. I jedna z mniej przyjemnych- każdy klient otrzymuje plażowy ręcznik-(jeśli nie, należy się upomnieć)-gdyż finalnie za ukradziony, zgubiony ręcznik płaci się 13CUC-58zł-zdarzają się sytuacje, gdzie klienci swoje gubią, a potem kradną z balkonów, by nie musieć płacić-tak więc lepiej o tym pamiętać i nie zostawiać byle gdzie.! Jeśli chodzi o cały mój pobyt> Jestem bardzo zadowolona!
