Hotel w stylu kanaryjskim, zakwaterowanie w domkach w dolnej części to okno w sypialni sięgające samej podłogi. Nie można zostawić otwartego bez nadzoru, chyba że na pionowy uchył. Przy zamkniętym cały dzień oknie dość szybko robi się niemiły stęchły zapach. Zrobienie przeciągu to najlepsza opcja jednak trzeba pilnować okna w sypialni przez które bez trudu można wejść do apartamentu. Sprzątanie dość pobieżne ale jak się nie brudzi zanadto przez tydzień jakoś wystarczy. Obsługa komunikatywna i pomocna. Jedzenie nie takie najgorsze jak wynikałoby z opinii – śniadania pod Anglików jedzących na śniadanie ziemniaki, boczek, groch i frytki w takiej kompozycji ale można cos wybrać – zawsze ser i wędlina, coś na słodko, smaczne chrupiące bagietki wieloziarniste. Jak na 3 gwiazdki wyżywienie naprawdę dobre porównując inne hotele Itaki w Hiszpanii o równorzędnym standardzie. Plusem jest zawsze ryba na obiad i kolację jeśli ktoś nie jada mięsa. Co do deserów to odradzam lody – lodówka słabo chłodziła w efekcie zawartość kubeczków przypominała płynną masę. Pomijając walory smakowo-estetyczne jest to ryzykowne – wielokrotne rozmrażanie i zamrażanie grozi zatruciem albo przynajmniej bólem brzucha. Niektórym to jednak nie przeszkadzało bo lody znikały ;-) Napoje all inclusive to iluzja soku – przy 1 łyku czuć chemię i sztuczność ale w 3 gwiazdkowym hotelu nie oczekujmy świeżo wyciskanego soku ;-) Wino z dystrybutora to najlepsza opcja ale uwaga na niezbyt dokładnie domyte kieliszki. Do innych napojów używa się jednorazowych kubków zamiast szkła więc te są czyste. W basenach zewnętrznych nie jest sterylnie czysto ale spora w tym zasługa gości hotelowych. Nieraz pływały wrzucone jednorazowe kubki. Ale mając nie tak daleko piękną plażę Playa Dorada szkoda moczyć się w mocno chlorowanej wodzie. Kto nie korzysta z obiadów w opcji all inclusive z powodu wyjazdów na wycieczki istnieje możliwość zamówienia lunch pakietu. Trzeba to zgłosić dzień wcześniej na recepcji. Uwaga na rezydentkę, która twierdzi że absolutnie nie ma takiej możliwości! Wystarczy to uzgodnić z recepcją. Również uwaga na informacje podawane przez rezydentkę – na Lanzarote istnieje możliwość wykupienia karty abonamentowej na komunikację miejską BONO BUS – nie miała o tym pojęcia twierdząc, że nie ma czegoś takiego. Kolejna nieprawdziwa informacja to możliwość dojazdu autobusem do Papagayo. Do szutrowego parkingu nie dojeżdża żaden autobus – jedynie taksówki i auta osobowe z wypożyczalni. A info że można podejść zamówić taksówkę z Papagayo do najbliższego hotelu to też lekkie nieporozumienie – aby dotrzeć do rzeczonego hotelu trzeba się wspinać po miejscami stromym klifie a idąc za drogą dla aut trwałoby to wieki. Podsumowując całokształt wszystko zależy od ceny. W ofercie z last minute można na mankamenty przymknąć oko. Regularna katalogowa cena nieadekwatna do standardu.

Jedyne co mi się nie podobało to wieczorne animacje, które były dostosowane tylko dla dzieci, przez co wiele osób dorosłych narzekało na brak zajęć.

Miejscowość, jak i cała wyspa polecana raczej dla osób starszych, z uwagi na brak atrakcji - praktycznie zero klubów. Sama Playa Blanca ładna, długa promenada, dużo restauracji, uliczka z perfumeriami (ceny w większości mało atrakcyjne). Hotel skromny, czysty, duże 2 baseny, w październiku większego problemu z leżakami nie było. W większości niestety Anglicy i Niemcy, którzy istotnie wpływają na niższy komfort odpoczynku, ale to chyba wada wszystkich wysp. Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre, do pięknej plaży Playa Dorada blisko (komplet leżaków z parasolem 9euro). Niedaleko miejscowości piękne plaże Papagayo, na które warto się wybrać (raczej autem). Wypożyczenie auta na 2 dni to około 70e. Największy minus hotelu to jedzenie. Może i urozmaicone, ale w większości niesmaczne, niedoprawione i permanentnie zimne! Najgorsze były śniadania, typowe pod Anglików z tymi ich fasolami i bekonami, cała kuchnia typowo pod nich. Jak ktoś się wybiera smakowac owoców morza i hiszpańskiej kuchni to stanowczo będzie zawiedziony. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy, ale były, chociaż animatorka niezbyt ciekawa. Rezydentka fatalna, interesuje ją tylko nagabywanie na wycieczki, nurkowanie z zaprzyjaźnioną firmą i to tyle. Z wielką łaską odpowiadała na pytania o wyspie i biletach do zwiedzania. Jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie wyspy, to polecamy park Timanfaya, ogród kaktusów, Mirador del Rio z genialnym widokiem na sąsiednią La Graciosę. Układ lotów super, już o 10-30 na miejscu, wylot 22-40 i w Polsce o 5. Doba hotelowa kończy się o 11 i trzeba zdać pokój (można przedłużyć dobę o 20e, o ile są wolne pokoje, u nas nie było), opaski all zabierają (wykupienie 15e/os). Genralnie wakacje udane, ale dla młodych ludzi raczej nie polecamy Wysp Kanaryjskich, chyba że Teneryfę. Lanzarote jest piękna, ale nastawiona tylko i wyłącznie na odpoczynek.

Hotel położony na dużym terenie,ciekawa architektura.Panie w recepcji miłe i pomocne.Jedzenie smaczne i urozmaicone ale obsługa pół godziny przed zamknięciem restauracji okazuje zniecierpliwienie za to rano piętnaście po ósmej jeszcze nie ma wystawionych wszystkich dań.W restauracji podczas posiłków nie była włączana klimatyzacja co było dość uciążliwe.Obsługa w barze hotelowym na piątkę z plusem.Mamy jeszcze jedno zastrzeżenie do pań sprzątających.Było czysto jak przyjechaliśmy i tyle dobrego można powiedzieć o ich pracy.Krem do opalania który się wylał w pierwszy dzień pobytu wytarłam czwartego dnia sama.Ogólnie wrażenia z hotelu i z całego pobytu bardzo dobre. Z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić hotel, Lanzarote i oczywiście ITAKĘ.

Do plaży jest może 600 m ale jakby nie było po drodze żadnych przeszkód w postaci innych hoteli itp. Ogólnie bardzo fajnie.

Pokój ładny, bardzo dobra obsługa, jeśli chodzi o posiłki to zawsze można było wybrać coś dla siebie, brakowało podwieczorku pomiędzy 15 a 18 - gdy chciało się zwiedzić wyspę, spędzić trochę więcej czasu na plaży, ciężko było wrócić na 15 do hotelu żeby zdążyć na obiad - ale to już bardziej kwestia warunków niż samej obsługi. Bardzo dobra komunikacja. Plaża koło hotelu - Playa Dorada - dość blisko, ale też mocno oblegana. Osobiście woleliśmy bardziej dziką Papagayo - dogodny dojazd taxi.
