Pomimo dużej ilości gości, każdy mógł znaleźć miejsce do wypoczynku i relaksu. Wyżywienie fantastyczne - smaczne, świeże i różnorodne. Obsługa zawsze pomocna, miła i profesjonalna. Hotel czysty, zgodnie z ofertą. Zasługuje na swoje trzy gwiazdki. Łóżka mogłyby być złączone lub naprawdę podwójne, co poprawiłoby komfort i zapobiegło rozjeżdżaniu. Przenośny klimatyzator jest nieporozumieniem, bo wymaga otwarcia balkonu i jest głośny sam w sobie. Animacje głośne przy basenie, na szczęście nie trwały bardzo długo. Nie oceniam ich atrakcyjności, bo po całym dniu zwiedzania lub plażowania, w hotelu chcieliśmy tylko odpocząć. Szkoda, że strefa basenowa jest wcześnie zamykana, uniemożliwiło to nam korzystanie z basenu lub jacuzzi po kolacji. Jacuzzi z podgrzewaną wodą, w basenie woda chłodniejsza. Mieliśmy formułę all inclusive, ale korzystaliśmy tylko ze śniadań i kolacji. Duzy wybór jedzenia, z przeciętnej jakości składników, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Stołówka, jak już pisano w opiniach, dość głośna. Lokalizacja nie stanowiła zaskoczenia, jest zgodna z ofertą. Bus hotelowy mógłby jeździć częściej i ostatni kurs powrotny mógłby być później (obecnie 17:30). Pobyt bardzo udany.

Owoce, ciasta i lody. Napoje, wino, piwo i drinki. Pool bar w dobrym wydaniu. Jedzenie smaczne, estetycznie podawane i pod dostatkiem. Obsługa świetna. Pokoje duże i czyste. Sprzątane codziennie z wymianą ręczników, jeśli ktoś tego wymaga. Wszystko jest nastawione na wygodę i zadowolenie gości. Doskonałe miejsce na bazę wypadową. Hotel zasługuje na polecenie.

Hotel mě velmi příjemně překvapil, na 3*opravdu dobrý. Skvělý bod na poznávání ostrova. Měli jsme půjčené auto na celý pobyt, parkování je sice trochu složité, musí se hledat v okolních ulicích. Veškerý personál ochotný a usměvavý, celý hotel velmi čistý. Animační program bohatý a zábavný. Jídlo velmi chutné, velký výběr, ryby, plody moře. Na pláž je to sice trochu dál - cca 3 km, ale jezdí od hotelu bezplatný bus. Bazén jeden vyhřívaný + vířivka, velký bazén nevyhřívaný. Jen pokud nemáte rádi hluk tak raději pokoj s výhledem na bazén, některé pokoje jsou směřovány na dálnici a ta je opravdu hlučná. Jediné mínus je trochu starší vybavení pokoje, ale vše čisté, úklid i výměna ručníků denně. Ráda se vrátím.

OBSŁUGA: Bardzo miła obsługa, nie narzucali się i szanowali prywatność, błyskawicznie sprzątali ze stołów brudne talerze - praca na najwyższych obrotach. Serwis pokojowy w porządku - nic nigdy nie zginęło, ale dla ostrożnych jest możliwość dopłacenia za sejf (2,5 euro/dobę). JEDZENIE: Różnorodne, zawsze coś dla niejadków - spaghetti i frytki, wymyślniejsze dania na ciepło , dużo ryb i owoców morza, sałatki do skomponowania samemu lub gotowe wykonane przez kuchnię. Różne desery, często lody. Śniadania najczęściej powtarzalne, ale na tyle różnorodne, że można coś znaleźć dla siebie: musli do skomponowania (różne rodzaje mleka - również roślinne i bez laktozy), świeże pieczywo, tosty, british breakfast z fasolką, różne wędliny w tym hiszpańskie, kiełbaski, sery, pasty kanapkowe, naleśniki, gofry słodkości. Pozwolono zrobić sobie kanapki na samolot, tylko zawijaliśmy je w serwetki :) Można nalewać napoje do butelek na wynos. RADA: Mały ruch na śniadaniu o 8 i o 10, największy ruch o 9 -wtedy jest duża kolejka po kawę z ekspresu, więc warto napić się kawy filtrowanej z nalewaka, która jest smaczna i gorąca. Piwo bez alkoholu dostaniesz w barze w restauracji i przy basenie też. PICIE: Kawa i herbata w stołówce jest tylko przy śniadaniu, do obiadu i kolacji tylko napoje gazowane, piwo, wino i woda. W dowolnej chwili za dnia kawa i herbata dostępna jest przy barze przy basenie. Drinki jak to drinki przy all inclusive - raczej delikatne ale można się uśmiechnąć do barmana. Przy basenie również lody i slushie. W pokoju hotelowym znajduje się czajnik z herbatami, kawą rozpuszczalną i można poprosić o przyniesienie małej butelki wody. WYPOSAŻENIE HOTELU: Pokoje są czyste, jest niezbędne minimum tj czajnik i suszarka do włosów, szafa, sejfik, lustro, wanna z prysznicem, taras ze stolikiem i 4 krzesłami, mini suszarka na pranie na tarasie, TV, Wifi, pościel wymieniana na bieżąco przy sprzątaniu. Oprócz tego w hotelu znajduje się sklepik, w którym można znaleźć pamiątki i podstawowe artykuły higieniczne, gry - wszystko w zaskakujących cenach (ja kupiłam karty do gry za 2 euro z rewersem Gran Canaria oraz cążki do paznokci za 2,5 euro, a w aptece obok były za 7 euro, więc w hotelu wyszło taniej). ANIMACJE i ROZRYWKA: Fajne animacje przy basenie dla dorosłych i dzieci - fitness, quizy, a nawet warsztaty ze składania ręczników hotelowych. Nagrody w postaci flaszki. Wieczorem występy akrobatyczne, taneczne, koncerty muzyki na żywo. Można pośpiewać i potańczyć. Szeroki przekrój wczasowiczów - dużo Brytyjczyków - ale też Polaków, Niemców, Hiszpanów w różnym wieku - rodziny z dziećmi, samotne pary, seniorzy. Basen duży - niepodgrzewany, mniejszy basen i jaccuzi - podgrzewane. Autobusy woziły na plażę Maspalomas, która jest piękna i szeroka, blisko sklepiki i wydmy, zazwyczaj autobusy były na czas. Fajnie byłoby gdyby jechał chociaż jeden autobus po lunchu. 10 min drogi pieszo od hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy linia L01, którą pojedziesz np do Arguineguin za 1,40 euro (płaci się kartą). Do Las Palmas można dojechać za 4 euro. Podsumowanie: Jeden z bardziej ekonomicznych hoteli a stosunek jakości do ceny dobry :) Polecam!!

Dużo komentarzy zachwalających jedzeniem. Dziwne. Jedzenie jest monotonne, w większości przypadków bez smaku. Ogólnie na stołówce bardzo głośno. Pokoje zdecydowanie wymagają remontu. Obsługa super. Lokalizacja spoko. Na plażę jeździliśmy taxi, autobus który jeździ ostatni kurs ok 12.30. Czy wybrałbym się jeszcze raz do tego hotelu? Raczej nie. Po drodze mijaliśmy dużo fajniejszych hoteli niewiele droższych. W mojej opinii warto dopłacić.

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Personel bardzo uprzejmy, jedzenie smaczne i duży wybór posiłków. Pokój baaardzo czysty każdego dnia. Ciepła woda w basenie również na plus (27stopni). Jedyny minus to wczesne rezerwowanie leżaków poprzez zostawienie ręcznika przez gości hotelowych. Idąc na śniadanie przed godziną 9, 70% leżaków była już pozajmowana pomimo że w strefie basenowej przebywało 5osób. Gdy po południu przychodziłam z mężem na basen były wolne tylko pojedyncze leżaki, na większości zamiast ludzi leżały ręczniki :/

Jedzenie jak na hotel 3 gwiazdkowy - super. Pokój zawsze posprzątany i czysty . Cała obsługa ciężko pracuje na nasz dobry wypoczynek. bardzo sprawnie działająca recepcja. Jedyny minus to niestabilnie działajacy internet ( do odebrania poczty i przeglądania www wystarczy). Podsumowując idealny stosunek jakości do ceny.

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Hotel położony ok 40 min spacerem od pięknej szerokiej plaży, ale jeździ bezkarny autobus. Na plus dość zróżnicowane menu, wieczorki tematyczne (azjatycki, śródziemnomorski itp) z małym gotowaniem na żywo. Pokoje schludne, rzeczywiście miejscami mogą wymagać odświeżenia, ale jest ok. Na minus psujący się ciągle sejf. Jeśli chodzi o obsługę- zależy na kogo trafimy, część bardzo profesjonalna i uprzejma, niektórzy mniej sympatyczni. Różnorodne animacje, dużo dla dzieci, ale dla dorosłych był np koncert the beatles. Blisko hotelu jeździ bardzo dużo autobusów komunikacji miejskiej, więc bez problemu można poruszać się na wyspie samemu.

Obsługa hotelowa bezproblemowa. Hotel i pokoje utrzymane w czystości, natomiast pokoje i łazienki wymagające już szlifu remontowego - to jedyne do czego można mieć uwagi. Bus bezpłatny na wydmy Maspalomas jeździ kilka razy dziennie w obie strony. Hotel godny polecenia!
