Hotel przepiękny, bardzo czysty. Mieści się w ogrodzie pełnym kwiatów i palm i alejek spacerowych prowadzących do różny stref wypoczynku. W hotelu mieści się kilka basenów z podgrzewaną wodą tylko główny basen z widokiem na ocean nie jest podgrzewany ale w niczym to nie przeszkadza. Na terenie obiektu znajdują się bary, restauracje, sklepy oraz spa i solarium. Wszystko jest dopracowane, obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna.

Hotel jest ok - ładny zadbany ogród i otoczenie, w pokoju była trochę za duża wilgotność powietrza :/, a standard tak na 4*. Ten hotel ma w ich standardzie ocenę 4*+ (wersja Unique jest chyba na 5*). Nowym standardem "eko" jest brak na dzień dobry hotelowych klapek i szlafroków, trzeba o nie poprosić. Na plus, że ręczniki na basen i sejf są w cenie (bez kaucji, dopłat itd) - bardzo pozytywnie to oceniam. Z hotelu wyjście bezpośrednio na deptak koło latarni (super), spacerkiem pare minut na plażę i wydmy (magiczne miejsce). Hotel bardziej nastawiony na dorosłych niż rodziny z dziećmi (ale nie jest tylko dla dorosłych), mowie tutaj o tym ze nie ma tu jakiś zjeżdżalni na basenie i tak dalej - rodzin z dziećmi raczej mało. Jędzenie ok - każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie (jest dużo różnych wariantów). Z ciekawostek to to ze w ramach tego hotelu, możesz chodzić na kolacje do innych hotelów tej sieci :). Ogólnie udane wakacje, wypoczęliśmy w 100%!

Po raz pierwszy poinformowano nas, że zamiennie możemy korzystać z restauracji w sąsiednim hotelu Baobab Lopensan i Lopensan Villa del Conde w czasie kolacji, a także z udogodnień w tych hotelach. W naszej opinii kolację w Lopensan Costa Meloneras są najlepsze, ale dobrze że jest taki wybór. Super zajęcia sportowe, bardzo dobra siłownia, przemiła obsługa, wyjątkowa czystość.

Wyjątkowy hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie, możliwe że najlepszy w jakim kiedykolwiek byliśmy. Bardzo ładne i czyste pokoje (sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników możliwa codziennie), przepiękne wnętrza, wymarzone ogrody pełne roślin. Wiele basenów, bardzo dużo miejsc z leżakami (nigdy nie brakuje, chyba że w najbardziej pożądanych miejscach - nasze ulubione to taras z cudownym widokiem na ocean i palmy). Parę barów z fajnym menu. Restauracja ze śniadaniami i kolacjami jest bardzo ładna, bardzo duża ale klimatyczna. Wybór jedzenia i napojów jest ogromny i bardzo zróżnicowany! Aż trudno spróbować wszystkiego :) Bardzo dobrze wyposażona i czysta siłownia (ręczniki dostępne na miejscu). Jest też spa, korty tenisowe i do padla, pełen grafik animacji dla dorosłych i dzieci, ale z tego akurat nie mieliśmy okazji korzystać. Na terenie hotelu jest też mały, ale dobrze wyposażony market oraz inne sklepy. Obsługa hotelu zawsze przyjazna i pomocna. Hotel jest ogromy i gości bardzo dużo, ale zupełnie nie jest to odczuwalne bo hotel jest świetnie zaprojektowany - wiele przestrzeni, dużo obsługi, bardzo dużo zieleni, świetnie zrobiony projekt i oświetlenie wnętrz. Wybraliśmy tą lokalizację na urlop w lutym, bo jest to chyba najcieplejszy region w Europie w tym miesiącu (inne Wyspy Kanaryjskie mogą być w lutym trochę chłodniejsze, a na Gran Canarii było ok. 21-22 stopni). Hotel zapewnia naprawdę rajskie wakacje i z przyjemnością wrócimy tam nie raz!

Dobra, sprawna i uprzejma organizacja i obsługa. Położenie przy samych wydmach Maspalomas. Byliśmy z żoną z sześcioletnią córką i nie zauważyliśmy w hotelu wad. Szczerze polecamy.

Hotel jest doskonale położony, ma świetne baseny i bardzo zadbany ogród. Jest czysto i ładnie. Pokoje tzw. deluxe są przeciętne, niezbyt duże i bez specjalnych udogodnień. Raczej 3-4 gwiazdki niż pięć. Miałyśmy oprócz łóżek mały stolik i jeden fotel. Jedzenie w formie bufetu zróżnicowane i na ogół smaczne, choć bez rewelacji i nie zawsze odpowiednio gorące. Przy bufecie tłoczno. Część hotelu ma podwyższony standard, więc są dwie strefy "gorsza" i "lepsza", co nigdy nie jest miłe w obrębie jednego kompleksu. Generalnie jednak pobyt naprawdę udany.

Jedyne co jest na minus to serwis w restauracji, który jest dość powolny i bardzo długo czeka się na napoje przy kolacji ale jest to pewnie związane z ograniczeniami zatrudnienia i jest za mało osób na zmianie. Jako że byliśmy w wakacyjnych nastrojach to dłuższe oczekiwanie na napoje nie było aż takim problemem przy ogólnej pozytywnej ocenie hotelu który bardzo nam się podobały zdecydowanie go polecamy.
