Zalety + smaczne jedzenie, w niektóre dni była kuchnia tematyczna, np. meksykańska czy japońska, nigdy nie widziałem sushi, nachosów czy japońskich makaronów w ramach all inclusive, więc było to pozytywne zaskoczenie, czasami zdarzało się pojedyncze niedbale wykonane jedzenie, ale było tak dużo jedzenia, że codziennie każdy znalazł coś dla siebie +Dobre desery, dużo ciast i lodów +Duże, przyjemne baseny + dwie fajne żółte zjeżdzalnie, o niebieskiej napisałem w wadach. + pepsi, 7up itp. nie były rozwodnione, jak w wielu innych hiszpańskich hotelach all inclusive, smakowały dobrze + pokoje i łazienka są ogólnie w porządku, poza kilkoma rzeczami, o których napisałem w wadach + duży plus za kolacje do 22, pozwalało to na późny powrót ze zwiedzania + Ogród był ładny + klimatyzacja działała dobrze + napoje były dla mnie w porządku Wady -największy minus hotelu to problem z miejscami parkingowymi wokół niego, wiele razy musiałem parkować dalej niż 1 km od hotelu ze względu na brak miejsc i traciłem trochę czasu (ponad 30 minut dziennie) na szukanie miejsa i dojście w obie strony z hotelu na parking, codziennie widywałem wiele wypożyczonych samochodów mających ten sam problem, ponadto na hotelowym parkingu jest około 10 miejsc i pytając w recepcji wiele razy o nie w różne dni, zawsze mówiono mi, że są zajęte, ale przynajmniej połowa z nich wydawała się zawsze pusta, sprawdzałem w różnych godzinach i dniach, dlaczego???? - NIEBIESKA ZJEŻDZALNIA WYMAGA RENOWACJI, SZCZELINY POWODUJĄ BÓL PLECÓW PODCZAS ZJAZDU!!, jaccuzi powinno być cieplejsze - dość niestabilne łóżka, ale ogólnie materace są wygodne, drzwi wydają się mieć kiepskie wyciszenie, słyszałem dużo rozmów, śmiechu, późno w nocy, które pochodziły z korytarza, schodów i windy - w restauracji była strefa dla rodzin, ale wiele rodzin tego nie respektowało i siedziało w innych miejscach, a obsługa nie reagowała, więc słuchaliśmy krzyku i płaczu dzieci Podsumowując jest to bardzo dobry hotel z kilkoma wadami do poprawy. Ogólnie miałem dobre wakacje, hotel wydawał się troche lepszy niż inne hotele w Hiszpanii, w których byłem, w podobnej cenie, więc polecam go innym

Hotel spełniał nasze oczekiwania zgodnie z ofertą, pościel zmieniali prawie co drugi dzień, ręczniki codziennie, panie sprzątające bardzo się starały, a mimo to jeszcze chodziła za nimi ich Szefowa i sprawdzała czy wszystko dobrze zrobione, najmniejsze zgłoszenie do recepcji (np. urwany wieszak), załatwiane w kilka minut. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone i pyszne, ponadto jak przystało na wrzesień owoców wielki wybór, a wszystkie pyszne. Baseny czyste i leżaków pod dostatkiem, do plaży wiedzie 54 schodki bardzo strome, sama plaża z "czarnym" piaskiem, ogólnie zgodnie z opisem.

Na terenie hotelu jak i w pokojach było czysto. Niestety zdarzyło się kilka razy zobaczyć na korytarzu jak i na stołówce karaluchy. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, drinki z automatu niestety niezbyt dobrej jakości. Za lepsze drinki należało zapłacić. Animacje w ciągu dnia jak i wieczorem słabe, nie działo się nic ciekawego. Brak hotelowej plaży.

Łóżka 2 pojedyncze złączone razem, które rozjeżdżały się. Drinki robione z maszyny, słabe, zero alkoholu albo śladowe ilości. Przy barze duże kolejki. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Czytając opinie miałam mieszane uczucia co do tego hotelu, jednak zdałam się na biuro podróży i wcale się nie zawiodłam! Pokój totalnie jak ze zdjęcia! Duży z tarasem, gdzie ustawione są dwa krzesełka i stolik. Na ścianie suszarka na ubrania. Łazienka kompletnie wyposażona - ręczniki, żel i szampon, odżywka do włosów, mydło w płynie, krem do ciała i nawet czepki do kąpieli. Czystość na wysokim poziomie - codziennie po śniadaniu przychodziliśmy do czystego pokoju - wymienione ręczniki i idealnie pościelone łóżka. W pokoju był sejf - dodatkowo płatny 2 euro za dzień. Pobierają to z depozytu, dostaniesz kartę od recepcji. Nikt tam głodny nie chodzi, do 23 był stały dostęp do jedzenia. Śniadanie, obiad, kolację podawali jako szwedzki stół - każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Codziennie coś innego. Oprócz tego przy barze basenowym jakieś szybkie przekąski i stały dostęp do owoców. Soki z automatów, ale jeśli chcesz świeżo wyciskany dopłacasz i masz. Drinki z all inclusive są mega słodkie i robione z automatu, jeśli chcesz lepszy też trzeba dopłacić. Sangria wymiata - nalewasz sam z kurka. Animacje rozpoczynają się przed południem i można brać udział w konkursach, wygrywać nagrody. Wieczorem po animacjach dla dzieci organizują wieczór dla dorosłych - konkursy, karaoke, występy itp. Animatorzy mówią w różnych językach, po polsku także. Plaża San Agustin - idziesz w stronę miasta i po lewej stronie stoi kierunkowskaz - 153 schody w dół. 15 minut spacerem na autobus, którym też dojedziesz gdzie potrzebujesz. Jeżdżą praktycznie co chwilę.
