Hotel podobał nam się. Pokój był bardzo przestronny, czysty, stosunkowo nowy, codziennie sprzątany. Pokój mieliśmy na poziomie 0 od strony ogrodu, więc mieliśmy wyjście na spory taras, który był poniżej chodnika i nie było tam dojścia, raz też widzieliśmy widok na morze z pokoju na przeciw i super to wyglądało. Lokalizacja hotelu super, niedaleko Spar, blisko plaża i promenada ciągnąca się 5km do samych wydm. Baseny super, mnóstwo atrakcji dla dzieci, leżaków ogrom, prędzej zabraknie miejsca w obiekcie niż leżaków - nie ma rezerwowania leżaków ręcznikami. Jedzenie dobre - była jedna podstawa plus każdego wieczoru lekka zmiana. Pewnie zależnie od kucharza jednego dnia ryba była lekko sucha, a innego fantastyczna. Nie mogę się za bardzo przyczepić, dołożyłabym tylko więcej warzyw. Snacki urozmaicone, na ogol w hotelach widziałam tylko frytki i hamburgery tutaj były rownież owoce itd. W barze niezle drinki, dla co bardziej wytrawnych smakoszy można bylo zamówić inne alkohole za dodatkowa oplata, na barze byly nawet loty na galki w cenie all in. Wszędzie bardzo mila i pomocna obsługa. Animacje super. Nie lubie i nigdy nie korzystam, ale tutaj chodziliśmy codziennie, bo ekipa przygotowywala nawet swoje spektakle, a z dodatkowych gosci jednego wieczoru byly 3 gimnastyczki (nie widzialam nigdy lepszego wystepu) i 2 innych wieczorów przy lobby byla muzyka na żywo. Sprzątanie codziennie, nie tylko wymiana ręczników. Na hotelu czysto. Jedzenie super(nawet szampan do śniadania jak ktoś chciał) i w dużych ilościach wszystkiego. Miejsca na stołówce zawsze było dużo. Na basenie i na trawnikach wśród palm leżaków wolnych było mnóstwo o każdej porze dnia. Jeden minus to to że woda była ciepła w basenie dopiero po południu( podgrzewana solarami), ale niektórym to nie przeszkadzało, zwłaszcza dzieciakom. AI 24h nie dotyczy mocniejszych alkocholi, ale piwo i wina( 3 rodzaje) dostępne z nalewaków o każdej porze. Hotel i obsługę oceniam na 6. Nikt nie wyciąga ręki po bakszysz jak w niektórych krajach a jesteś obsłużony jak każdy inny gość, z uśmiechem i kulturą.

Pierwsze wrażenie po zobaczeniu budynków hotelowych było trochę słabe ( obiekt ma już swoje lata ) , ale z biegiem czasu zyskiwał w naszych oczach. Pokoje bardzo przestronne, z garderoba czyste i sprzątane codziennie. W naszym wypadku znajdował się w budynku blisko basenu, wiec miejscówka tez była dobra. Za to ogród i baseny to bardzo duży plus. Ogród przestronny, ładnie urządzony z mnóstwem leżaków na każdym kroku ( nigdy nie było problemu ze znalezieniem sobie dogodnego miejsca o każdej porze ). Kilka barów na terenie ośrodka i w każdym polne wyposażenie odnośnie napojów. Automaty pepsi z pełna oferta swoich produktów plus woda gaz i nie gaz, piwo z nalewka, 3 rodzaje wina. Były również dostępne przekąski przez cały dzień. W barze serwowane drinki w olu z zamienników alkoholów ale ogólnie dobre. Obsługa bardzo mila i pomocna. Do oceanu było kawałek i to po 150 schodach, ale generalnie wskazany ruch po leżakowaniu :) Promenada bardzo ładna która można dojść do Maspalmas ( 4 km ). Polecam spacer bo trasa urokliwa. Animacje każdego wieczoru najpierw dla dzieci a o 21 dla dorosłych. Jedzenia dużo i urozmaicone, ale oczywiście jak zawsze pod koniec pobytu już się nudzi :) Generalnie pobyt bardzo udany. Polecam

Czystość - niestety pokój nie był odkurzany czy zmywany (podłoga), serwis ograniczony do wymiany ręczników i ścielania łóżka. Plaża - trzeba zaakceptować, że jest to plaża miejska i przede wszystkim wulkaniczna: ciemny piach i skały.

Hotel ogólnie oceniam na 7/10. Zdecydowanie polecam hotel rodzinom z małymi dziećmi-takich rodzin jest w hotelu bardzo dużo więc trudno o ciszę i spokój, jeśli ktoś jej poszukuje :) My na wakacje wybraliśmy się rodziną 2+1 z niespełna 2 letnim dzieckiem na początku marca. Transfer z lotniska trwał około 25 minut, hotel był pierwszy na trasie. Hotel położony dość wysoko, więc często po południami było wietrznie i pochmurno, mimo że niewiele dalej ale niżej położonym Maspalomas świeciło pełne słońce. Miejscowość San Agustin to spokojna miejscowość, bez tłumu turystów, bazarów i sklepików- dla nas to był plus, ale wiem że nie będzie dla każdego, bo ciężko tu o dodatkowe rozrywki. Najbliższy sklep około 7 minut spacerem, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony. Do plaży na około (bez schodów) około 15 min spaceru lub po schodach (jest ich około 100) około 8 minut. Plaża z czarnym piaskiem, leżaki i parasole dosyć zaniedbane, ale mimo tego plaża zrobiła na nas dobre wrażenie. Około 10 min drogi od hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dojechać we wszystkie kluczowe punkty wyspy. Pokój początkowo dostaliśmy z balkonem w budynku numer 5 i było tam okropnie głośno, ze względu na położenie przy zapleczu kuchni i prasce na śmieci. Po rozmowie i prośbie na recepcji wymieniono nam bezpłatnie na pokój rodzinny (dużo większy i lepiej wyposażony) w budynku numer 2 na parterze z ogródkiem i z niego byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni (proponuje prosić o ten budynek od razu przy meldowaniu)! Jedyny mały minusik to gdzieniegdzie grzyb na płytkach w łazience oraz fakt, że przysługuje na pokój jedynie jedna butelka wody na wyjazd. Największym minusem hotelu jest jedzenie- bardzo monotonne (codziennie to samo) i kiepskiej jakości (np. owoce z puszek, mieszanki mrożonych warzyw). Brodzik dla dzieci i jeden duży basen podgrzewane, nie są bardzo ciepłe ale przy słońcu można się śmiało w nich kąpać. Animacje dla dzieci świetne, dużo aktywności za dnia i mini disco co wieczór. Animacje dla dorosłych też całkiem ciekawe. Obok hotelu jest też wypożyczalnia samochodów, wypożyczaliśmy na jeden dzień (50 euro) i wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo. Po przeczytaniu opinii w Google bałam się karaluchów w hotelu, w pokoju nie spotkaliśmy żadnego, widzieliśmy dwa martwe na recepcji i we wszystkich częściach wspólnych czuć zapach środku przeciw karaluchom (mocno cytrynowy). Karaluchy to jednak problem wszystkich wysp kanaryjskich i nie ma co się tym mocno przejmować :) Pomimo wymienionych niedogodności hotel polecam :)

Bardzo fajny hotel z brodzikiem dla dzieci i strefą zabaw wodnych. Smaczne i świeże jedzenie, ciekawe animacje. Jedyny minus to, że trochę daleko do plaży, ale atrakcje w hotelu to wynagradzają.

Hotel jak najbardziej na plus. Teren wokół hotelu przepiękny, zadbany, mnóstwo zieleni. Baseny też super. Widok z basenu przepiękny. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, różnorodne, nie sposób wszystkiego spróbować. Jeśli chodzi o pokój to też ok, jedyny minus to w pokoju dwuosobowym dwa łóżka i materace zamiast jednego dużego. Strach było kłaść dziecko pomiędzy gdyż łóżka się rozjeżdżały.
