Hotel idealny dla rodzin :) bardzo duży teren z wieloma atrakcjami - w tydzień nie daliśmy rady ze wszystkiego skorzystać. 2 place zabaw, miniklub po polsku z cudowną Julią, którą serdecznie pozdrawiamy, baseny, zjeżdżalnie, tenis, bilard.…. I co komu się wymarzy a do tego z widokiem na ocean. Duży plus za bezpłatny autobusik na 2 duże plaże choć i ta najbliżej hotelu bardzo fajna / ciemny piasek więc nie brać jasnych strojów kąpielowych ;) Sprzatanie codziennie, wszędzie dbają o czystość - to duży hotel dużo dziecię więc wiadomo jest co robić - wieczorne animacje przez utalentowaną lokalną ekipę - wszyscy bardzo przyjaźni. Jedzenie : różnie piszą w opiniach ale my zawsze coś dla siebie znaleźliśmy / polecam sery i quacamole mają pyszne. Pokój mieliśmy z widokiem na ocean - wygodny z 2 sypialniami i mała garderoba + taras :) drinki pyszne aaa i pogoda idealna bez uporczywego upału a za to z przyjemnym wietrzykiem cuuudo !

Hotel bardzo fajny , czysty , obsługa bardzo miła :) niestety monotonne jedzenie typowo pod Anglików , ale można coś dla siebie odnaleźć :) ciężko wypowiedzieć mi się co do pracy pani rezydent , bo nie miałam z nią kontaktu .… dla mnie dużym plusem były czyste baseny , non stop ktoś chodził z obsługi i zbierał szklanki jak ktoś zostawił , więc to było bardzo spoko . Hotel położony na wzgórzu , widok bardzo fajny , jednak do poruszania się jak kto lubi , nam się nie przeszkadzało w zupełności .

Jeśli traficie na taki pokój, to od razu warto spróbować zamienić na inny. Obsługa grzeczna, uśmiechnięta i bardzo pomocna. Zwłaszcza pani Slavka z recepcji. Jedzenie smaczne, duży wybór dań, soków. Teren hotelu duży, kilka basenów, sporo leżaków. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Witam, moje wakacje uważam za bardzo udane, hotel czysty, park palmowy umozliwial wybor odpowiedniego miejsca dla każdego, stołówka i bary ze smacznym i różnorodnym jedzeniem i piciem, dostępne przez cały czas ( zamiennie), obsługa stołówki i barów bardzo przyjazna. Animacje troszkę inne niż zazwyczaj w innych hotelach, taniec w wodzie a nie gimnastyka, wystepy dla dzieci i dorosłych ok, ale troszkę brak ogólnej muzyki w " tle" na calym obiekcie parkowym czy przy barze " nocnym" na małe potańcówki ;), ale nie oceniam tego na minus bo ogólnie rozrywka była, tylko troszkę w innym wydaniu ;). Do plazy blisko w każdą stronę, aczkolwiek mozna wybrac drogę schodami dla spalenia kalorii po przebogatym wyżywieniu, co tez jest bardzo dobrym rozwiazaniem dla obżarciuchów :))) fajna oferta atrakcji turystycznych, rezydentka miła,pomocna i konkretna, Czas na wakacjach minął bardzo przyjemnie .

Hotel zadbany, pokoje na poziomie, teren hotelu wysprzątany. Duży wybór jedzenia - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na terenie hotelu są dostępne leżaki - z Naszych obserwacji ludzie schodzą się ok 10-11 i wtedy jest już full także najlepiej w okolicy 9 iść i zacząć odpoczynek. Jakieś 500 m od hotelu jest zejście po schodach na plażę publiczną gdzie można położyć się na swoim ręczniku bądź wypożyczyć za opłatą leżak. Z faktów, które Nas zaskoczyły to opłata depozytu przy recepcji w dniu zakwaterowania w wysokości 50 euro - jest ona zwracana w dniu odjazdu no chyba, że ktoś je wyda na drinki czy dania zamawiane do pokoju. Za wymianę ręczników plażowych na świeże opłata 1 euro. Sejf dodatkowo płatny. Jesteśmy zaskoczeniu dużą ilością rodzin z dziećmi - może nie doczytaliśmy przed rezerwacją na ten temat, także jeśli ktoś chciałby ciszę i spokój oraz preferuje wypoczynek bez dzieci to chyba radziłabym wybór innego hotelu, dla samych dorosłych. Na koniec taki pro tip - warto zabrać ze sobą bidon, ponieważ butelki z wodą są dodatkowo płatne, a podczas posiłków na stołówce można sobie dolewać wodę :) Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z wakacji!

Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Piękny ogród, baseny, wyżywienie były najmocniejszymi stronami. Czystość i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, również wygodne pokoje. Dojście do plaży schodami pozwoliło na podziwianie pięknych widoków. Jeżeli jednak ktoś oczekuję atrakcji wieczorem to niestety ani animacje , które były słabe ani okolica nie oferowały rozrywek.

Po naszym tygodniowym pobycie w hotelu z całą pewnością możemy go polecić. Położenie hotelu bardzo nam odpowiadało, wprawdzie na wzniesieniu ale dla nas to akurat na plus.Jedzenie przepyszne i różnorodne. Czystość bez zastrzeżeń, pokoje codziennie sprzątane przez przesympatyczny personel. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy ale były. Plaża, no cóż, nie wiem o której napisać bo jest ich tyle i co jedna to piękniejsza. Najbliższa znajduje się 500 m od hotelu, szeroka z leżakami, ratownikiem, barami i restauracjami. My korzystaliśmy z dzikiej plaży znajdującej się 1,2 km od hotelu. Bajeczne miejsce, które najczęściej odwiedzali lokalni mieszkańcy. Do dalej położonych i znanych plaż można dojść promenadą(polecam, świetny spacer) lub dojechać autobusem, przystanek 800m od hotelu. Bilet 1,4e kupujesz u kierowcy do maspalomas czy playa del ingles. Hotel ciekawie położony z dużą ilością roślin. Do plaży czarnej zejście schodami, powrót pod górę, albo schodami albo ulicą. W basenach zimna woda, pomimo dużej ilości dzieci. Ratownicy nie zwracali uwagi na skaczące do wody, dzieci. W oceanie raczej kąpiele ograniczone, często była czerwona flaga. Na terenie ośrodka pełno osób palących tytoń wszędzie, pomimo wyznaczony miejsc. Co dziennie sprzątane pokoje i wymieniane ręczniki. Duży wybór potraw dla dorosłych i dla dzieci. W restauracji porządek i miła obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Animacje dla dzieci odbywały się w ciągu dnia na dwóch scenach. Wieczorami także rozrywka dla dorosłych m.in. spektakle muzyczne przygotowane przez animatorów. Wycieczki fakultatywne bardzo dobrze zorganizowane, szczególnie do destylarni rumu z degustacją.
