Hotel zadbany. W dobrej lokalizacji .Bardzo dbają o czystość. Przemiła obsługa. Nawet wymienili nam niewygodny materac w łóżku. Jednak wyżywienie to porażka. Monotonne, niewielki wybór, nie doprawione. Każde mięso to suche wióry bez smaku. Aż szkoda drogich produktów takich jak na przykład kaczka, jagnięcina które nadawały się tylko do kosza. Kucharz beznadziejny.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Poziom obsługi był na wysokim poziomie, zarówno w pokoju, jak i w częściach wspólnych utrzymana była czystość. Menu oferowało szeroki wybór zróżnicowanych i smacznych dań. Dodatkowym atutem był fakt, że hotel przeznaczony jest wyłącznie dla dorosłych, co zapewniło spokojną atmosferę podczas całego pobytu. Bardzo polecam!

Hotel jest położony bardzo blisko lotniska, dlatego transfer jest bardzo krótki i jest to spory plus. Hotel znajduje się bezpośrednio przy promenadzie nad oceanem i widoki są bajkowe. Budząc się wcześnie można zrobić fantastyczne zdjęcia wschodu słońca, ma się centralną pozycję! Bezpośrednio przy promenadzie, hotel ma basen infinity, z którego można podziwiać ocean. Drugi basen jest położony na dziedzińcu hotelu i jest bardziej osłonięty od wiatru. Na dachu hotelu znajdują się trzy wanny jacuzzi. Niestety w czasie naszego pobytu jedna była totalnie wyłączona z użytkowania, a pozostałe dwie nie działały zbyt dobrze i mimo naszej prośby nie zostały naprawione w ciągu tygodnia. Na dachu jest też mała sauna, która też niestety nie działa zbyt dobrze. Plusem jest to, że na dachu jest sporo leżaków i super widok na miasteczko i ocean. Na dziedzińcu jest stół do ping-ponga, gdzie można pograć za darmo. Dodatkowo, hotel współpracuje z parą polskich masażystów, którzy mają gabinet na dziedzińcu hotelu. My skorzystaliśmy i uważamy to za super doświadczenie. Bufet nie jest zbyt zróżnicowany. Śniadanie jest podawane dopiero od 8:00, a mając plany zwiedzania jest to dość późna pora. Na obiady i kolacje jest podawana dobra ryba i niektóre owoce morza. W ciągu naszego pobytu było mało dań stricte hiszpańskich. Wiele potraw jest niestety gotowana pod Anglików, których jest około 3/4 ze wszystkich gości. Bar hotelowy jest otwarty od 10 do 18 i ma mało przekąsek, często coś co zostało z bufetu. Oferta all inclusive daje dostęp do wielu napojów, ale drinki robione są z automatu, a nie przez barmana. Przez to nie są one dobre, dlatego braliśmy często proste drinki typu vodka lemon, które podaje barman. Animacje wieczorne są zrobione pod Anglików i pod starsze pokolenia. Kończą się o 22:30. W ciągu dnia nie ma animacji, może dwa razy w ciągu naszego pobytu zrobiono aerobik w basenie. Pracownicy z recepcji są mili, ale wydali nam się trochę mało przejęci kiedy się coś zgłaszało. Personel w bufecie był miły. Również musimy pochwalić dwóch barmanów, którzy pracowali wieczorem. Pokój był dokładnie sprzątany każdego dnia, a pani która się tym zajmowała codziennie zostawiała nam czekoladki :) A propos pokoju, był on całkiem fajnej wielkości i miał spory balkon, na którym można było się opalać. Reasumując, nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. Udało nam się pozwiedzać wyspę, zrelaksować i zmienić otoczenie w czasie lodowatej polskiej zimy.

Mój pobyt w hotelu był fantastyczny! Pokoje były przestronne, czyste i bardzo komfortowe, co zapewniło idealne warunki do odpoczynku. Wyżywienie było doskonałe, z dużym wyborem smacznych i świeżych potraw. Lokalizacja hotelu to duży atut – zaledwie kilka kroków od pięknej plaży, co pozwalało na relaks nad morzem bez konieczności długiego dojazdu. Personel był uprzejmy i pomocny. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka idealnego miejsca na wakacje.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny i godny polecenia - zadbany, czysty, kameralny, spokojny. Blisko lotniska, bardzo szybki transfer. Porządnie sprzątany, spory pokój, z zestawem do herbaty i wygodną szafą (mało wieszaków). Dość niekomfortowe mleczne, cienkie drzwi do łazienki wychodzące wprost na łóżko. Ręczniki wymieniane wg potrzeb. Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne, bardzo duży wybór, nie daliśmy rady skosztować wszystkiego. Wszystko bardzo smaczne i ładnie podane. Zaskakująco dużo pysznych ryb, owoców morza, mięs z grilla, makaronów, kuchni lokalnej ale również sporo dań pod angielskich gości. Wspaniałe słodkości, sporo lokalnych owoców. Do posiłków piwo i niezłe wino butelkowane białe i czerwone (do samodzielnego nalewania). Niestety kieliszki i i filiżanki myte za krótko, czasem ciężko było znaleźć egzemplarz bez odcisku szminki. W ramach all hotel poza posiłkami i barami nie zapewnia nieograniczonej wody butelkowanej, ale to nie problem, bo dokoła jest kilka sklepików. Załoga wyjątkowo uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Sporo leżaków (brak parasoli) w kilku punktach hotelu + na dachu, zajętych od wczesnego ranka przez ludzi albo ręczniki, ale zawsze dało się bez problemu znaleźć miejsce również przy najbardziej obleganym basenie infinity lub w cieniu. Woda w basenach nie podgrzewana lecz idealna do schłodzenia się/pływania (styczeń). Klientami są głownie angielscy emeryci - cisza, spokój, na szczęście brak łupiącej muzyki i męczących animacji. Hotel udostępnia duży, wygodny, bezpieczny schowek dla rowerów i przechowalnię bagażu. W barach spory wybór w ramach all, kawa, drobne przekąski. Z hotelu kilka kroków na publiczną plażę w zacisznej zatoce, warto skorzystać z serwisu: 2 leżaki z parasolem -10,50 euro, 1 osoba- 7. Na plaży bezpłatne super czyste wc, bar. W okolicy sklepy, kawiarnie, restauracje, przystanek, promenadą można dojść do sporego centrum handlowego.

W hotelu Ereza Mar spędziłam razem z mężem okres świąteczno-sylwestrowy. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona i polecam osobm o średnich wymaganiach. Położenie hotelu i słoneczna pogoda sprzyjała długim codziennym spacerom i wygrzewaniu na przestrzeni około hotelowej. W tym hotelu byli raczej osoby starsze i sporo osób z jakimiś dysfunkcjami.

Hotel przeznaczony jest dla osób dorosłych. Większość wczasowiczów to emeryci, głównie z Anglii, chociaż zdarzają się ludzie młodsi. Ciekawa architektura budynku. Pokoje duże i czyste. Niestety w okresie zimowym woda w basenach nie jest podgrzewana i zimna. Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, przy promenadzie i praktycznie w mieście. Miejscowość niewielka, która może nie odpowiadać ludziom młodym oczekującym rozrywek takich jak dyskoteki. Plaża bardzo ładna oddalona od hotelu około 5 minut spacerem. Sam hotel położony jest bezpośrednio przy oceanie ze skalistym brzegiem. Wyżywienie to kwestia gustu i oczekiwań. Według nas śniadania słabe ( brak twarogów), lunche i kolacje dobre, dużo ryb i innych owoców morza. Kawa - mamy wątpliwości czy to jest w ogóle kawa, to samo w barze. Snack bar - drinki ok, przekąski słabe. Animacje w ciągu dnia słabe, wieczorem adekwatne do wieku wczasowiczów. Ogólnie hotel zasługuje na 4*. Pogoda jak na przełom roku bardzo dobra. Możemy polecić ten hotel.
