Hotel bardzo dobry. Bardzo duża zaleta, że nie były to pokoje tylko małe domki. Bardzo fajnie wyposażone, schludnie. Kuchnia z podstawowymi naczyniami, czajnik, kuchenka. Bardzo ładna przestronna łazienka. Sypialnia z dużą szafą wnękową oraz sejfem. Przyjemny taras z krzesełkami i stolikiem. Obsługa sprzątająca co 2 dni, więc porządek i czystość utrzymywana była naprawdę cały czas. Hotel zadbany. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, uśmiechnięta i kulturalna. Radosne podejście do turystów. Widać, że ta praca im sprawiała przyjemność a nie jak w innych państwach była karą. Kelnerzy pomocni, drink bary zawsze otwarte zgodnie z ofertą a nawet czasami dłużej. W ofercie all inclusive nie żałowano niczego. Piwo podawane w normalnych kubkach 0.5L a nie 0.2L. Wybór alkoholi lokalnych spory. Bardzo dobre tamtejsze whisky. Jedzenie podczas pobytu 2-tygodniowego może się znudzić trochę, ponieważ dania się już powtarzały, ale nie ma się co dziwić. Cisza, spokój, bardzo dobry standard jak za taką cenę. Bardzo blisko morza, około 100 metrów. Ładnie zagospodarowany teren, zadbany. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego miejsca i w przyszłości z pewnością skorzystamy z tej oferty. Bardzo dobre miejsce zarówno dla osób z dziećmi jak i ludzi młodych. W okolicy sporo restauracji, barów. Ładna plaża z pięknym widokiem na morze. Bardzo dobre miejsce jako pkt wyjazdowy do zwiedzania całej wyspy. Basen czysty, zadbany. Animacje były w październiku już tylko w języku angielskim, ale nie przeszkadzało. Animator starał się dogadać w różnych językach. Przekąski bez limitu, nie jak np. w Grecji chipsy i kawałek ciasta z dnia poprzedniego, tylko wszystko świeże, możliwość zamówienia za darmo hot-dogów, hamurgerów, frytek. Wszystkie napoje, lody czy piwo dostępne obok baru, więc nie trzeba było czekać na obsługę ani w kolejce.Bardzo dobrze wspominamy te wakacje i zapamiętamy na bardzo długo. Warte swojej ceny. Hotel bardzo ładny i zadbany. Przepiękne widoku. Warto wynająć samochód na 2-3 dni i pojeździć po całej wyspie. Prześliczne plaże na północy wyspy. Z przyjemnością tam wrócimy.

Jedzenie monotonne niezbyt ciepłe, warzywa rozgotowane, a mięso twarde jak skała. Jak na all inclusive szkoda, że napoje takie jak kawa czy drinki podawane w kubkach papierowych pepsi. Wszystko dodatkowo płatne (internet, telewizor, waga bagażowa).

Idealny dla średniowymagających. Jak najbardziej odpowiada przyznanym gwiazdkom. Polacy kwaterowani są wprawdzie najdalej względem odległości od plaży, ale nie robi to w praktyce wielkiej różnicy. Domki odremontowane, zadbane, dobrze wyposażone do self-cateringu. W restauracji hotelowej każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie; może wielkiego wyboru nie ma porównując z innymi hotelami trzygwiazdkowymi, ale jak najbardziej zjeść dobrze można. W mojej ocenie basen nie wypada atrakcyjnie, woda o nieprzyjemnym zapachu, ale osoby, które wolą plażować nie powinny przekreślać hotelu ze względu na basen. Najbliższa plaża jest najmniej wietrzna, ale plaże położone trochę dalej (miły spacerek w kierunku Sheratona) są za to atrakcyjniejsze: ładniejszy piasek, ładniejsze widoki. Polecam ten hotel i tę okolicę. Z początku myślałam, że feralnie trafiliśmy, ale po wyprawie wokół wyspy Costa de Fuste wypada bardzo dobrze. Na innych plażach wisiały ciągle czarne flagi a na tym wybrzeżu każdego dnia o każdej porze można było się bezpiecznie kąpać.

Plaża przy bungalowach bardzo słaba, kamienista; zapach przy plaży nieprzyjemny. Korzystaliśmy z plaży oddalonej o ok. 1 km. W tej miejscowości jest dużo ciekawych hoteli, ale ten do nich niestety nie należy.
