Obsługa w hotelu to jakaś porażka, barmani jakby za karę, nie potrafili nawet prostego drinka zrobić.Sami też nic nie zaproponują bo nie mają pojęcia o swojej pracy. Niby trzy bary, a co 5 minut (...)

Niby trzy bary, a co 5 minut w którymś barze karteczka PAUZA.. Nie wspominając że bar miał być czynny do 23 a 22: 40 już sprzątane i zamykane. Recepcjonistka ma swój świat ... Na klucz można było czekać po kilkanaście minut chociaż siedziała i patrzała w monitor.. Przy zakwaterowaniu rozmawiając z Panią w recepcji po rosyjsku, nagle ona chce coś powiedzieć po angielsku, tylko , że to językiem angielskim nie było.Położenie bardzo fajne, blisko plaży i głównego deptaku. Ogólnie wakacje fajne, wszystko fajnie pozałatwiane przez biuro. Żadnych problemów. Największym mankamentem pokój i obsługa w hotelu.

Hotel położony blisko plaży i centrum co jest na pewno zaletą. Jednak wymaga natychmiastowego remontu(bardzo słaba klimatyzacja w pokojach, odpadające flizy w łazience, brak jakiejkolwiek półki na kosmetyki w łazience, w apartamencie w większym pokoju jest tylko jeden punkt świetlny na ścianie powoduje to że jest mrocznie i o czytaniu nie ma mowy, dostawka to raczej dla dziecka do max 5 lat, potargane firanki w oknach, zepsute drzwiczki w kabinie prysznicowej woda wyciekała na zewnątrz. Basen fajnie skonstruowany, lecz w basenie były poodpadane kafelki a schodki do wyjścia z basenu były niestabilne nie dokręcone. Obsługa w restauracji jest dobra, nie licząc tego że kelner w barze przy basenie zachowywał się jakby był pod wpływem alkoholu albo narkotyków obsługiwał klientów bez koszuli w samych majtkach zaczepiał gości, potrafił wskoczyć do basenu wyjść i dalej taki mokry obsługiwać klientów) Hotel słabo oświetlony na klatkach schodowych nie były włączone światła (chyba z oszczędności). Do hotelu wchodzili ludzie z zewnątrz i oglądali animację nie było żadnej kontroli. Leżaki przy basenie są uszkodzone i już wiekowe i jest ich stanowczo za mało. Pomimo pewnych niedogodności wakacje uważamy za udane. Zdaniem naszej rodziny hotel jest w takim stanie że lepiej by było dla biura ITAKA żebyście Państwo zrezygnowali z tego Hotelu.(unikniecie problemów ) Standard uważamy na max 2+. W hotelu działała bardzo dobra grupa animatorów, sympatyczni młodzi ludzie starali się zapewnić atrakcję dla każdego. Przewoźnik (czeskie linie) dwukrotnie spóźnił się z odlotem o 1 godz.!!!
