Hotel oceniony wg Itaki na 4,5 gwiazdki. Jednak moim zdaniem na tyle nie zasługuje. Pokój Superior to jedyny pozytywny aspekt tego hotelu, który zasługuje na wyróżnienie, jednak z widokiem na Morze, w przeciwnym razie, będziemy oglądać brzydkie drzewa. Obsługa nie miła, począwszy od menadżerów, kończąc na barmanach, którzy nie mal 'każą' dawać sobie napiwki. Na korytarzach brak klimatyzacji i zalatuje brzydkimi zapachami. Jeśli chodzi o restaurację, jedzenie świeże i różnorodne, ale niestety nie smaczne i nie zachęca do jedzenia, swoim wyglądem. Odradzam kupna All Exclusive Ultra, gdyż alkohole są słabe, wódka jedynie bułgarska i polska Extra Żytnia a cena wyższa o około 300zł. W hotelu bardzo dużo Niemców, którzy zachowują się dużo gorzej od Polaków. Zbyt mała liczba leżaków przy basenie, powodowała, iż trzeba było o godz. 7 wstawać by je zająć. Podsumowując, jeśli wycieczka nas wyniesie nie więcej niż 2tyś. to można jechać, jednak uprzedzam, aby nie wydawać takiej kwoty jak ja i gorzko się rozczarować.

Położenie hotelu rewelacyjne : wyjście z hotelu prosto na promenadę na której wiele atrakcji (sklepiki ,wesołe miasteczka ,sesje zdjęciowe ,mnóstwo knajpek i restauracji) i oczywiście piękna szeroka plaża.Leżaki ,materace i parasol płatne 30lv ,ale jeśli ktoś lubi opalać się na kocyku nie musi tracić pieniędzy.Jedzenie bardzo dobre ,obsługa miła i przyjazna .Pokój mimo tego ,że nie był z widokiem na morze spełniał nasze oczekiwania.Łazienka czyściutka ,ręczniki codziennie wymieniane .Jedyną rzeczą do której moglibyśmy się przyczepić to animacje.Wszystko praktycznie prowadzone w języku francuskim ,bo i hotel nastawiony typowo na Francję.

Pokój wyremontowany. Na począku nie było ciepłej wody, ale błyskawicznie naprawiono gdy poprosiłem. Obsługa recepcji dobrze mówi w paru językach i jest miła i co najważniejsze skuteczna. Windy faktycznie ciasne i wolne - chodziliśmy schodami na 3 piętro. Jedzenie niestety poniżej hotelowej średniej. Za to hotel ma super położenie, przy plaży, tak, że prosto z niej można skoczyć na drinka do hotelu. Przy promenadzie jest pełno restauracyjek, barów i innych atrakcji i miejsc na wydanie pieniędzy na rozrywki. Dla osób z dziećmi mankamentem jest to, że w pobliżu hotelu jest bardzo głośna dyskoteka do drugiej w nocy, co _może_ utrudniać zasypanie.

Jest duży, elegancki, pokoje są schludne i mają podstawowe wyposażenie (stolik w pokoju i na balkonie, lodówka, szklanki, telewizor z kablówką, w łazience suszarka do włosów). Wg mnie jak na tak duży hotel jest stanowczo za mało wind. Są dwie, jedna dojeżdża na 6 piętro, druga na 7, więc często robiły się pod nimi korki. Pokoje klimatyzowane. Restauracja spora, zawsze, bez względu na godzinę przyjścia, znalazł się wolny stolik. Obsługa hotelu miła. W recepcji panie dość pomocne. Kelnerzy słabo kontaktowi, czasami nie chciało im się pracować, ale ogólnie oceniam na plus. Panie sprzątające-zależy na jaką się trafiło. Jedne bardzo dokładnie sprzątały pokój, inne (mimo zostawionego napiwku), prawie nic nie robiły (zdarzyło mi się, że nie dostałam nawet rolki papieru toaletowego). Baseny są trzy (dwa normalne i jeden dla dzieci). Trochę za mało leżaków przy basenach. Mimo wszystko, hotel ogólnie oceniam na plus.

Hotel nie zasługuje na swoje gwiazdki.Warto przed rezerwacja powiedzieć o dużym zróżnicowaniu standardu pokoi,fatalne materace i nieświeże poduszki,łazienka pozostawia wiele do życzenia.Spanie dla dziecka na kanapie z materacem urągającym wszelkiemu wyobrażeniu o poprawności miejsca do spania. Obsługa hotelu naburmuszona jakby pracowali za karę. Jedzenia dużo ,ale bardzo monotonne.Zdecydowanie odradzam.

Hotel leży w najlepszym, z możliwych, miejsc w Złotych Piaskach. Z jednej strony jest bardzo blisko do centrum, z drugiej nie ma tłoku na promenadzie. Pokój, który dostaliśmy był bardzo komfortowy i duży. Ultra All Inclusive to najlepsza opcja wyżywienia na wakacjach i to był to jeden z największych atutów hotelu. Dostęp do ciepłych posiłków i baru przez całą dobę idealnie pasuje do temperamentu miasta. Jesteśmy młodą parą i poza wylegiwaniem się na plaży interesowały nas inne - głównie nocne - atrakcje Złotych Piasków. Wiele wskazówek dali nam animatorzy, którzy z ogromnym zaangażowaniem umilali nam urlop. Gospodarowanie wolnym czasem nie ograniczało się wyłącznie do gier i zabaw w ciągu dnia i wieczorem. Na naszą prośbę jeden z Animatorów zabrał nas na krótką, objazdową wycieczkę rowerową po najciekawszych miejscach w miasteczku, a jego sugestie sprawdzaliśmy konsekwentnie co wieczór. Najwięcej frajdy i przyjemności dawało spędzanie wieczoru/nocy w jednym z krytych strzechą barów na plaży. Genialna sprawa i przemiłą obsługa, która tuż po północy włączała się do zabawy. Wszystkich odwiedzających Bułgarię w tamtym rejonie gorąco zachęcamy do odwiedzenia Warny. Poza malowniczymi widokami na zatoczkę i post-komunistycznym duchem miasta (co jest komplementem, bo daje odczuć minione czasy osobom urodzonym po przemianach ustrojowych), Warna oferuje najlepsze ostrygi na świecie w rewelacyjnie niskich cenach. Za równowartość paru złotych można tam spróbować całego menu. Przy samym hotelu znajduje się piaszczysta, złota plaża, a kąpiel w niektóre dni dostarczała sporo emocji za sprawą wysokich fal. Jeżeli planujecie urlop w Bułgarii, to hotel Kaliakra Palace będzie doskonałym wyborem. Gorąco polecamy! P.S. Jeden minus za transfer, który trwał całą wieczność. Z jakiegoś powodu wypoczynek w Złotych Piaskach rozpoczął i zakończył na lotnisku w Burgas, zamiast w leżącej blisko Warnie.

Obsługa nie zna języka angielskiego, a przynajmniej połowa z nich. Jedyny plus to plaża po przeciwnej stronie, miała być bezpłatna, niestety nie. We wszystkich lokalach płatne toalety.

Pierwsze wrażenie pozytywne. Po zakwaterowaniu i kolejnych dniach pobytu ocena spada. Niewydolny lobby bar (oczekiwanie na obsługę około 10 minut), niewydolne windy (dwie małe windy, z których jedna co jakiś czas była niesprawna), \'dziwne\' zakazy, przede wszystkim posiłki do znudzenia monotonne (jakość bez zarzutu - ale wybór praktycznie żaden, co dziennie prawie to samo). Natomiast bardzo ładny, przestronny pokój (mowa o superior), codziennie dokładnie sprzątany z wymianą ręczników, miła obsługa sprzątająca). Dobre baseny, w szczególności odrębny basen dla dzieci ze zjeżdżalnią. Jednak ogólna ocena negatywna - z pewnością drugi raz tego hotelu nie wybiorę.

Balchik - White City — afternoon trip to the town of Balchik called the White City due to the colour of the stone that was once used to erect houses. Visiting the Quiet Nest - the summer residence of the Romanian queen Mary and the botanical garden situated right next to it with 3 thousand species of plants, including 250 species of cacti. Drive and walk around the picturesque cape of Kaliakra, the monumental cliffs where there was an enormous fortress located at the farthest point. Kaliakra, in free translation "wonderful cape", once a great inspiration for artists, today is the most beautiful part of the Bulgarian coast. In the evening, a traditional, rich in wine and Rakia Bulgarian feast combined with a folklore programme and show of "Nestinarka dance” on burning coal. Ancient Nessebar — a trip to the historical Nessebar, scenically located on the peninsula, inscribed onto the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. The architecture of the city, one of the oldest in Europe, is considered to be the best-preserved medieval building in the Balkans. Nessebar, called the pearl of the Black Sea and the symbol of the Orthodox civilization, is the biggest attraction of the coast. A walk through the labyrinth of colourful cobblestone streets, visiting for instance the church of St. Stephen and St. Spas, lunch at restaurant, free time. Day trip. Varna - Dolphinarium — a trip to the dolphinarium in Varna combined with a panoramic tour of the city.
