Hotel bardzo przyjemny, teren rozległy, piękna zieleń, nie ma problemów z leżakami ani na basenie ani na plaży (całe szczęście mało kto "rezerwuje" leżaki w ten okropny "ręcznikowy" sposób ;)). Duży wybór jedzenia, pięknie podane owoce (i przepyszne). Nie ma problemu z rezerwacją kolacji w restauracjach tematycznych, a warto skorzystać z tej możliwości. Nie ma wydzielonych potraw gluten free ani milk free co do zasady, ale po zgłoszeniu tego problemu w recepcji i każdorazowo w restauracji tematycznej - zawsze coś dla dziecka osobno było przygotowane (np. rolka sushi bez serka lub ryż i kurczak). Ogromny plus za informacje o alergenach przy każdej potrawie. Minus za brak pieczywa czy makaronu bezglutenowego. Dobry wybór alkoholi importowanych. Obsługa hotelowa miła i pomocna, jednak warto znać portugalski, bo angielski, włoski czy francuski nie znajduje zrozumienia :) natomiast nie ma problemu, aby porozumiewać się za pomocą translatora. Pokoje czyste, a balkon z hamakiem i widokiem na ocean - rewelacja! Plaża długa, bardzo ładna, można spacerkiem dojść do hotelu obok. Super atrakcja dla dzieci: np. można zamówić namiot do pokoju, pod którym śpi pociecha :) Szczególnie rano na terenie hotelu i na plaży jest idyllicznie, można spotkać małpki, piękne ptaszki i... pana ochroniarza (na plus, poczucie bezpieczeństwa w hotelu jest zapewnione).

Spędziliśmy w hotelu tydzień wraz z dziećmi 4,5 i 6 lat. Jeśli chodzi o pokoje to typowe dla tych kierunków. Niezbyt nowe. Ale czyste. Łazienki wykonane z marmurów, ale lata świetności tez maja za sobą. Jedzenie- jeśli ktoś lubi surowe ryby, owoce morza, ryby - papaje, ananasa i arbuzy to z pewnością będzie chodził najedzony. Jeśli fast Food tez :) świeże soki i pyszne omlety z tapioki warte spróbowania:) alkohole europejskie :) kilka basenów: są z muzyka od rana i te spokojniejsze - oczywiście rano wyścig z ręcznikami, ale nie ma opcji żeby komuś zabrakło miejsca. Plaża czysta i łagodne zejście , ale ocean wiec fale dość duże. Polecam spacer 6-7 rano - mnóstwo krabów. Jest tez wieczorne show :) i dużo rozrywek w ciągu dnia - bębniarze, człowiek kot, piana party :) restauracje la carta - chyba najlepsza choć nie pozorna - Meksykańska. I wielki plus za brak plastikowych butelek. Mnóstwo dystrybutorów z filtrowana woda. Największe minusy - raczej nikt nie zna angielskiego. Ale wszyscy się pięknie uśmiechają i są mili ;)

Hotel na najwyższym poziomie. Po porzuceniu przez Itakę i jej rezydentów pod hotelem , na początku recepcjonistka ,potem manager , następnie szef ochrony i kolejny pracownik , oraz prcownicy restauracji zainteresowali się naszym losem , bezpieczeństwem , możliwością skorzystania z toalety i propozycją jedzenia i picia. Przepiękny pokój cudowny widok. Budynki i pokoje nie są nowoczesne i ultra wyposażone , ale przestronne , idealnie wyposażone , codziennie uzupełniony miniar w wodę , colę i piwo .Na balkonie meble oraz wygodny hamak. Polskich kanałów w TV brak , ale bez zarzutu działający internet w TV - YT , itd. Jedzenie urozmaicone i jak się później okazało z tych lepszych jakościowo składników w porównaniu do innego hotelu. Bez porównania mega bary- obsługa - zawsze zadowolona, bezproblemowa ,każdy chętny do rozmowy mimo bariery językowej. Markowe alkohole do wyboru , do koloru , nie musisz się prosić o lepszy alkohol. Rzadko słychać polskie hity allinclusiv'u - więcej , dabel , noais ,itd. Tutaj wszystko jest z uśmiechem . Szampan w pokoju ( pewnie za niedogodność związaną z porzuceniem przez Itakę pod hotelem ,o czym mówili wszyscy pracownicy hotelu , współczując nam sytuacji ) . Najwyższy poziom. Co prawda zastanawiam się , czy warto dopłacać różnicę blisko 5000 PLN pomiędzy tańszym hotelem , ale różnica jest znaczzna , choć tam też jest OK.
