Jedzenie dobre i w miarę urozmaicone , dużo owoców Hotel nie jest obiektem z przeznaczeniem dla najmłodszych gdyż brak tu atrakcji z których mogły by skorzystać

Byliśmy z mężem koniec lipca początek sierpnia. Pierwsze wrażenia podjeżdżając do hotelu okropne, recepcja też odstrasza... po otrzymaniu koperty z kluczem do pokoju i opuszczeniu recepcji szybko się zmienia zdanie. Magiczny ogród, którym idzie się w stronę plaży i na stołówkę, wygląda przepięknie, zadbany i codziennie pielęgnowany i sprzątany. Pokój mieliśmy na piętrze blisko plaży, codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki codziennie wymieniane. Czytałam wcześniej o jakiś nieprzyjemnych zapachach w pokojach - u nas tego nie było. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie uważam, że każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie, na uwagę zasługują makarony przygotowywane na bieżąco przez Włocha naprawdę godne polecenia. Minus za brak kawy z ekspresu do śniadania. Obsługa miła, pomocna, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Baseny 3 na terenie hotelu: 1 magiczny przy samym oceanie, 2 w ogrodzie i 3 między pokojami hotelowymi - nie wypowiem się na ich temat bo nie korzystałam, ogólnie widać było, że są sprzątane i cieszą się powodzeniem. Plaża czysta, małe przypływy i odpływy można pospacerować... Blisko brzegu piękne widoki dla snurkujących. Na terenie hotelu jest też baza nurkowa PADI. Korzystaliśmy - polecamy. Reasumując - hotel godny polecenia, kiedyś jeszcze tam wrócimy. Muszę jeszcze dodać jedno zdanie na temat bezpieczeństwa w wodzie. Ogromny minus dla wszystkich hoteli! za brak wydzielonej strefy dla snurkujących i pływających.... skutery, łódki, łodzie pływają wręcz po plecach..... nikomu się nic nie stało, ale to jest strasznie stresujące. Dziwię się właścicielom, że jeszcze o to nie zadbali. Zaznaczam, że w żadnym hotelu obok nas nie było wydzielonej strefy dla pływających.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Pokoje czyste, ogród przepiękny. Baseny codziennie sprzątane, leżaków dla każdego starczyło, Plaza przepiekna, turkusowy ocean bez odpływów, Masajowie przy plazy swrdeczni. Z hotelu blisko do akwarium z plywajacymi zolwiami ok 2 km plaza na północ, wstep 10 dolarow, obok jest zoo z malpkami, sa tez zowlie Aldabra lądowe, wstep 10 dolarow. Ok q.5 km na lewo plaża jest mozlwosc poplywania przezroczystymi kajakami. Zachody słońca przepiękne. Jedynie posiłki są mało urozmaicone, choć ciasta są dobre i filet z grilla. Kawa tylko lokalna, brak ekspresów do latte. Warto odwiedzić szkole Last of Hope, gdzie uczą się już nawet 3letnie dzieciaczki i zabrać im jakieś przybory szkolne. Polecam Hotel i okolicę.

Zakwaterowano nas w pokoju z którego nie byliśmy zadowoleni- nieprzyjemny zapach i łazienka której wygląd pozostawiał wiele do życzenia, polozony bardziej na uboczu.Na naszą prośbę dokonano zamiany pokoju- ten byl polozony bardziej w centralnej części hotelu.Zarówno jeden jak i drugi pokój były pokojami typu standard a zdecydowanie się różniły.Drugi pokój całkowicie spełniał nasze oczekiwania i naszym zdaniem odpowiadał swoim czterem gwiazdkom.Mielismy szczęście że były wolne pokoje i można było dokonać zamiany.

Mój lazur, mój błękit, mój turkus, MY BLUE! Czwarty raz z Itaką na Zanzibarze, drugi raz w tym hotelu, na pewno nie ostatni. Już w 2021 miałam do powiedzienia wiele pozytywów, ale pobyt w marcu 2024 przebije je wszystkie. Widać, że hotel przeszedł mały remont, co oczywiście jest dużym plusem. Nowa restauracja ogólna, przy plaży, z widokiem na ocean to był strzał w dziesiątkę, po prostu pięknie! Zanim pojechaliśmy w tym roku, poczytałam trochę na włoskich forach i dowiedziałam się, że hotel zatrudnił nowego szefa kuchni, Włocha. Pan zbudza swoim wyglądem respekt, ale to co podaje na talerzu przeszło nie raz moje oczekiwania! Makaron z szafranem, poezja! Staram się odwzorować od dwóch tygodni. Polepszyły się śniadania, kolacje stały się niemal wyborne, a organizowane dwa razy w tygodniu kolacje na plaży to już kulinarna przygoda! Pokoje czyste, zadbane, w przypadku jakiegokolwiek "ale" zgłoszonego na recepcji obsługa reaguje natychmiastowo, bez zbędnego pole pole. Bary świetnie wyposażone, lokalne alkohole naprawdę dobrej jakości, drinki w barze przy plaży bardzo dobre, przygotowywane ze świeżych owoców. Obsługa to kategoria A+, uśmiech nie schodzi im z twarzy, są przyjaźni i pomocni. Pół wyjazdu starali się znaleźć moje zgubione klapki. My Blue to naprawdę świetny wybór, w rozsądnej cenie. Hotel jest w niskiej zabudowie, można poczuć afrykański klimat, bez zbędnego betonu, zadbany zielony ogród. Jako miłośniczka Zanzibaru, zakochana w nim po uszy polecam z czystym sercem. PS. Jeżeli urodziny, to tylko tam! Hotel wrzucił moją urodzinową fotkę, mina odzwierciedla każde powyższe słowo!

Wspaniały hotel, mili i uczynni ludzie z obsługi, piękna piaszczysta plaża z malutkimi odpływami. Jedzenie może i skromne ale każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie- wspaniałe owoce i soki. Aby nie było rozczarowań warto wejść na stronę hotelu gdzie są podane wszystkie pokoje i zasady panujące w obiekcie ( nie wszystkie informacje są zawarte na stronie Itaki ). Akurat jak my byliśmy był remont jadalni przy recepcji w związku z tym wszystkie posiłki były serwowaneerow restauracji przy plaży na piasku.

Hotel bardzo fajny, kameralny. Bardzo dużo zieleni na terenie hotelu. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie wszyscy bardzo ale to bardzo mili. Jedzonko w porządku nie było jakiegoś mega wyboru, ale głodny nikt nie chodził. Plaża i ocean no przepiękny widok najładniejszy na świecie. Woda w oceanie ciepła. Na plaży dużo Masajów, którzy zapraszają nas do sklepików które znajdują się z boku hotelu. Idąc plażą dłuższą chwilkę są sklepiki i można sobie coś kupić.

Stone Town and Spice Tour — city of stone is a presentation of the rich culture and history of Zanzibar, where little has changed in the past 200 years. Here, every building, every window and door tells its own story. The city is a symbol of the fight against slavery, as it was one of the main centres of slave trade in East Africa. A stroll through the narrow streets of Stone Town, a visit to the urban market, visiting the Museum in one of Sultan's Palaces, free time for shopping. Then, the programme includes visiting one of the largest plantations in Zanzibar, where cloves, vanilla, coconut nuts, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, herbs, ornamental plants and tropical fruits are cultivated. Josani Forest and Prison Island — a trip to Josani National Park. A walk along the natural trail through the forest, full of rare species of exotic birds, butterflies and endangered western red colobus (Colobus badius) with characteristic long hair on their head. This is one of the few places where you can encounter them. The forest is tropical in nature due to the persisting high humidity from the sea and a lot of rainfall during the rainy season, which diversifies vegetation. There are palm trees, fig trees, mahogany, ferns and mangrove trees. A visit to Prison Island, where tortoises live. There is a small beach and a reef here, excellent for snorkelling. In the local restaurant you can try i.a. seafood (for an extra charge). Day trip. Price - approx. 85 USD.
Safari Blue — an expedition on a traditional dhow boat. Sail out from the small fishing village of Fumba, which is the perfect place to start your adventure. Exploring part of the beautiful Menai Bay. While sailing on the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, you can admire the wonderful sandy shores of the islands and lagoons, as well as encounter bottlenose dolphins. Stopover on one of the heavenly beaches, time for snorkelling in the transparent waters of the ocean and admiring the rich coral reef. Then a real treat with seafood, fish, lobsters. A walk to the tropical forest, where you can see a 500-year-old boabab. Short boat cruises, swimming in a lagoon and relaxation. Day trip. Price - approx. 100 USD (includes lunch and drinks).
Sunset Cruise - Setting Sun — a wonderful, romantic adventure. A cruise by local dhov boats from the village of Nungwi with one of the most beautiful beaches in Zanzibar. Safari in Tanzania - Selous (2 days) — great landscapes and nature at your fingertips. Airplane safari to Selous Park - the largest African reserve, which accounts for 5% of Tanzania's area. The main attraction of Selous park is the elephants. Here you can also meet hippos, crocodiles, lions, antelopes, and some of the last surviving black rhinos. Overnight stay in lodges on the banks of the river Rufiji, which is home to hippos and crocodiles.
