Hotel jest kameralny, położony na uboczu, co mi bardzo odpowiada.. Ocena, jak zawsze zależy od naszych potrzeb i oczekiwań. Ja jestem zadowolona - dobrze odpoczelam. Biuro Itaka w pełni wywiązało się ze zobowiązań. Wyżywienie w hotelu jest zadawalające.

Hotel nie nadaje się do przyjęcia turystów z Europy. Standard hotelu nie jest adekwatny do ceny. Pokój: odpadający tynk z powodu wilgoci, nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny, zamknięte na stałe drzwi na taras (nie naprawiono pomimo zgłoszenia). Awarie urządzeń zasilających: spłuczki przeciekające, zalewane łazienki. Złe sprzątanie, brak czystych ręczników do późnych godzin wieczornych.Monotonny jadłospis, brak odpowiedniej ilości sztućców i nagminny brak filiżanek do herbaty/kawy (wyszczerbione). Brak herbaty po trzech dniach pobytu (serwowano tylko rumianek). Brudne, klejące się stoły w restauracji, na stołach przesiadujące ptaki. 23 z 24 osób z Polski miało kłopoty żołądkowe. Brak możliwości kąpieli w morzu, brudny basen (czyszczony był tylko dwukrotnie w trakcie pobytu (złapano siatką duże pływające paprochy). Brak przekąsek w restauracji przy plaży od 11.00 do 17.00. Serwowano tylko hamburgery i dwukrotnie hot dogi od 16.00 do 17.00. Brak disco-baru oraz restauracji a la carte. Bar na plaży nazywany był 'budą'. Mała różnorodność drinków, o palemkach można zapomnieć. Dostępne były tylko na zdjęciach przy barze na basenie. Obsługa hotelowa nie znała żadnego języka poza hiszpańskim. Wielkie rozczarowanie moje i pozostałych uczestników wyjazdu. Część osób po przyjeździe płakała a 4 osoby żądały natychmiastowego wyjazdu pierwszym samolotem. Wszystkie uwagi miały być przekazane przez pilotkę Magdalenę do organizatora wyjazdu.

Tragedia.Hotel brudny,obsługa bez znajomości jednego słowa po angielsku,jedzenie ciągle to samo, na śniadanie jeden rodzaj wędliny konserwowej i ser żółty brak herbaty kubków do kawy i herbaty,obiad codziennie ten sam wołowina na wpół surowa kurczak i to samo na kolację . Pokoje brudne jadalnia i stołówka z zamieszkałymi na stale ptakami. Ogólnie nie polecam. Ponadto to co dzieje sie w trakcie odpraw celnych na granicy to zniechęci nawet najbardziej spokojnego turystę. Przy wyjeździe byliśmy 4 godziny przed kontrola trwała bardzo długo i szczegółowo sprawdzono zawartość wszystkich naszych bagaży podróżnych następnie ponownie sprawdzano dokładnie nasz bagaż podręczny i na koniec nawet luki bagażowe samolotu co opóźniło nasz wylot o ponad 1 godzinę.tak że na lotnisku w Porlamar spędziliśmy czas od 20,00 do 2,00 w nocy . Naprawdę należy się zastanowić wybierając ten kraj na urlop. Osobiście nigdy więcej tam moja noga nie stanie.

Restauracja nie przygotowana na taką ilość gości brak wystarczającej ilości naczyń. Do napojów podawane naczynia:kiepskiej jakości zarówno do zimnych jak i gorących. Jak można pić wino do kolacji .w cienkim kubeczku platikowym?

Hotel położony na pustkowiu,mizerny sklepik nawet bez pocztówek.W recepcji nawt nie można zostawić kartek do wysłania.Jedzenie codziennie to samo,napoje łącznie z winem w kubkach plastikowych,to samo dotyczy drinków w barach.Leżaki na plaży połamane,okazało się,że są materace,ale pokazały się dopiero po przyjeździe niemieckich turystów i po ich wyjeździe zniknęły .Przez cały pobyt ani razu nie zmieniono pościeli a o zmianę ręczników trzeba było się upominać.Łazienka wogóle poniżej krytyki ,brudna z ciągle stojącą na podłodze wodą.Kilka razy dziennie brak wody w kranie. Stojący na balkonie klimatyzator hałasujący tak,że sen był niemożliwy. Kto w ofercie Itaki zakwalifikował hotel jako 4*,jeśli wg.nas kwalifikuje się max.do 2-ch?

Jeep Safari - a trip to the south of the island, where there is Macanao Peninsula, characterised by a hilly, semi-desert landscape. Here is one of the greatest attractions of the island - La Restinga lagoon, which area is a national park which is home to flamingos, herons, parrots, pelicans and hawks, as well as marine species, such as sea horses and oysters. Along the coast extends the largest on the island 22-km strip of sandy beach. The programme includes a boat trip on the calm, beautiful lagoon, bathing by the beautiful Punta Arenas beach and lunch (in the afternoon hours). Passage through the La Sierra mountains, from where there is a wonderful view of the entire Macanao Peninsula. Day trip, in 4WD vehicles. Coche Island - a trip to the neighboring islet of Coche. After breakfast, transfer to the port from where a catamaran sails out and a pleasant, approximately 1-hour cruise to the scenic, snow-white Caribbean beach of the island of Coche.
