Hotel bardzo elegancki i szykowny,godny polecenia,obsługa bardzo miła,pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta.Rezydentka i przewodnicy Itaki to zwykła prowizorka,nie mają kompletnie zielonego pojęcia o niczym.Na dodatek rezydentka mówi (zmyśla) że mieszka od 9 lat w Zjednoczonych Emiratach Arabskich,a nie potrafiła odpowiedzieć na żadne moje pytanie na temat Dubaju,a przez swoją kompletną niewiedze niepotrzebnie wprowadza wczasowiczów niejednokrotnie w błąd.Ale rozdaje bardzo dobre mapy i w zasadzie samemu wraz z mapą można zwiedzić to fascynujące miasto,nie wydatkując się niepotrzebnie na potworne drogie wycieczki z ludzmi,którzy o Dubaju nic nie wiedzą.W hotelowym palmowym ogrodzie doskonale można wypocząć pijąc zimny soczek wprost z kokosa.W Dubaju w sezonie letnim panują gigantyczne upały wraz z wilgotnym gorącym powietrzem.Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wczasów w Dubaju,polecam hotel Sheraton,a Rezydentkę proponuję traktować z przymróżeniem oka.
