Hotel częściowo po renowacji ale mimo wszystko widać dość duże zużycie szczególnie pod prysznicem, w łazienkach. Brak animacji i jakichkolwiek rozrywek oferowanych przez hotel. Jedzenie ogolnie smaczne lecz śniadania monotonne, zbyt mało owoców. Brak baru przy plaży, ogólnie bary skromnie wyposazone, mimo to zawsze dostępne woda i piwo. Brak zniżek dla gości hotelowych na leżącym obok polu golfowym i parku wodnym. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo profesjonalna i pomocna.

Hotel jak na Hiltona przystało przedstawia bardzo wysoki standard. Obsługa tak miła że aż czasami zbyt miła. Pokoje duże przestonne, klimatyzowane, wyposażone w telewizję cyfrową (TVP Polonia jest dostępna), czajnik, lodówkę, sejf, suszarkę, deskę i żelazko. W łazience prysznic i wanna, na wyposażeniu pantofle jednorazowe i szlafroki oraz codziennie uzupełniany zestaw kosmetyków. Jedzenie może nie smakować każdemu ze względu na specyfikę smaków kraju arabskiego (podobnie jak np. w Egipcie), oprócz standardowego zestawu codziennie na lunch zestaw tematyczny zgodnie z ulotką otrzymaną na recepcji, możliwość rezerwacji miejsca w jednej z kilku innych restauracji w hotelu (dodatkowo płatne). Może zdarzyć się problem z miejscem w restauracji głównej i trzeba oczekiwać na zaproszenie w lobby (stoliki wskazuje obsługa, nie ma dowolności śniadania). Według mnie zbyt agresywnie chłodząca klimatyzacja w całym obiekcie przez co wielu gości chodzi zakatarzonych mimo temperatury zewnętrznej na poziomie 30*C. W marcu brak animacji (nie wiem jak w sezonie letnim). Jeśli ktoś ma ochotę nauczyć się gry w golfa wokół hotelu rozciąga się ogromne pole golfowe na którym jest możliwość wykupienia kursu choć jest on stosunkowo drogi. W hotelu obowiązuje od marca podatek turystyczny emiratu Ras Al Khaima w wysokości 20 dirhamów/noc/pokój.

Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre, plaża piaszczysta ,wystarczająco szeroka, czysta.Nigdy nie brakowało leżaków zarówno na plaży czy też przy basenie. Pokój nasz był duży ,czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Obsługa pomocna i bardzo miła.Jedyny minus jeśli chodzi o obsługe to przy przyjeździe czekaliśmy cztery godziny za ręcznikami dodatkowym łóżkiem dla dziecka, które dostaliśmy dopiero po mojej interwnencji .Brak animacji jest dla mnie plusem. Ogólnie polecam wszystkim ten hotel szukającym ciszy i spokoju i dobrej bazy wypadowej do Dubaju.

Autobus ze śmierdzącą, zagrzybioną klimatyzacją. Obiad w hotelu gdzie kierowca krążył przez 90 minut bo nie znał drogi.

Polecam hotel dla ludzi szukających spokoju i wypoczynku w pięknym miejscu z pięknymi widokami. Jeżeli lubicie grać w golfa jest obok hotelu kilka pól golfowych o czym Itaka nie informuje. Z hotelu 2-3 razy w tygodniu jeździ bus do Dubaju w fajnych godzinacj więc można rozłożyć zwiedzanie . Wifi , które jest bezpłatne w lobby praktycznie działa w pokojach , na plaży więc zanim wykupicie płatne wifi sprawdzćcie czy bezpłatne działa. Niedaleko hotelu jest duża galeria handlowa ( ok.20 min spacerkiem ) . Ceny są wyższe niż w Polsce .

Hotel naprawdę warty polecenia. Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko czy to do Dubaju na plażę czy lotnisko. Miła rodzinna atmosfera ,smaczne jedzenie, hotel ten daje możliwość dobrze zagospodarowania wakacyjnego czasu. Hotel ten również przyjazny maluchom. Nasz trzy latek świetnie się w nim czuł .W mojej ocenie 10/10. Na pewno tam wrócę.
