Oczywiście nie można oczekiwać złotych klamek , krewetek itp. Wszystko było na przyzwoitym poziomie. oprócz wykładzin w korytarzach, które obecnie były w podobnym stanie jak 13 lat temu. Wymagają bezwzględnie wymiany. Poza tym czysto. Brak robaków, insektów itp. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, ręczniki także wymieniane. Obsługa hotelowa, poza postawnym panem w recepcji, który sprawiał wrażenie pana i władcy, na 6. Kelnerzy, barmani, animatorzy wszyscy starali się umilić pobyt gościom hotelowym. Uśmiechnięci, pomocni. Duży wybór jedzenia, przekąski poza godzinami posiłków głównych. Nikt nie miał żadnych problemów żołądkowych. Plaża szeroka,piaszczysta, przy samym hotelu. Z hotelu bezpiecznie można wyjść do miasta . W lewą stronę do centrum Sousse ok 3 km, w prawą, najlepiej taksówką za 10 TND pojechać do Portu El Kantoui. Taksówkę można zamówić w recepcji. Z centrum Sousse można wrócić do hotelu spacerem brzegiem morza. Polecam hotel , oczywiście trzeba być świadomym, że nie będzie to standard europejski. Ogólnie pobyt na 5+.

Hotel robi pozytywne pierwsze wrażenie. Jest zaprojektowany w ładnym stylu. Niestety dawno nie było przeprowadzanego gruntownego remontu, czyszczenia wykładzin, wymiany uszkodzonego sprzętu sanitarnego w pokojach. Jedzenie powtarzalne, ogromne ilości ciągle tego samego mięsa, bardzo mała ilość dań wegetariańskich. Duża ilość dań ostrych. W hotelu była duża liczba natrętnych animatorów, którzy nie rozumieli nie.

Hotel wygrywa idealnym położeniem i cudowną obsługą. Plażą można dojść do Susa, zwiedzić Ribat, czy pospacerować po medinie. Klimat tej miejscowości jest niesamowity.

Smaczne i różnorodne posiłki, napoje do obiadu i kolacji nalewają kelnerzy, szybko i z uśmiechem na ustach (b ciężko pracują w trybie przyspieszonym). Wszystkie napoje są w oryginalnych butelkach, często odkręcanych przy gościu. Obrusy przekładane z lewej na prawą stronę ale to może taki ich zwyczaj. Tylko na początku nas zadziwiało ale z czasem można przywyknąć. Pokój otrzymaliśmy po lekkim remoncie, czysty z widokiem na morze i basen. Poranki piękne ale wieczory...Animacje są przy basenie do 24 godz choć miały być do 23 godz. Bez zatyczek do uszu musi się w nich uczestniczyć. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, zabierane rano i dostarczane po południu. Sprzątanie pokoju takie arabskie. Nam to nie przeszkadzało. Obsługa hotelowa b miła i pracowita zwłaszcza w barach. Plaża przy hotelu ale miejsca mało i tam są najgorzej przez nas ocenami pracownicy. O godz 7:15 już nie ma wolnego leżaka na plaży. Obsługa plaży rezerwuje leżaki recznikami i następnie je za pewną opłatą je udostępnia. Były skargi do menadżer hotelu ale nic się nie zmieniło. Ogólnie oceniam hotel na b dobry- organizacja plaży na minus. Myślę że za rok tam wrócimy.

Pobyt 6-13 czerwca 2024r Na początku ta opinia jest na plus ,oczywiście jak ktoś chce się rozdrabniać w wyliczeniach negatywów to się znajdą punkty które są na nie ,ale pozytywy :PANI MENADŻER super załatwia wszystko od ręki ,obsługo w restauracjach bardzo pomocna ,miła i uprzejma pozdrawiamy Fauziego, w barach też super niczego nie żałują i są pracowici ,obsługo na plaży na początku z małym ninusem ,ale z dnia na dzień zyskiwał w oczach (dajcie mu szanse ) . Animatorzy są wszędzie starają się przez cały dzień a wieczorem też doją czadu super. Teraz rażące negatywy : obsługa w recepcji ,cóż umieją mówić przyjdź później czyli jak się zmienią żeby ktoś inny miał z tobą problem ,ręczniki zabierane dopołudnia oddane po południu ,pokuj posprzątany przez tydzień naszego pobytu tylko raz ,co do pokoju ok tam się czasu nie spędza za dużo ,łazienka :) wanna stanowi problem dla osoby starszej i niepełnosprawnych tutaj chyba największy minus. Podsumowując to polecam ten hotel naprawdę obsługa nadrabia minusy ,które widzi się na początku pobytu na koniec wcale ich nie widzisz.

Nie wiem dlaczego ale wykładzina w korytarzach przez cały tydzień nie była odkurzana, jest bardzo brudna, wymaga wymiany.

Ostatnio spędziłem wakacje w Tunezji i chciałbym podzielić się moją opinią o hotelu, w którym się zatrzymałem. Plaża przy hotelu była naprawdę wspaniała - czysta, przestronna i idealna do relaksu. Jedzenie również zasługuje na pochwałę, było smaczne i różnorodne. Dodatkowo, animacje w hotelu były świetne i zapewniały wiele rozrywki dla gości. Niestety, nie wszystko było na równie wysokim poziomie. Pokoje pozostawiały wiele do życzenia pod względem czystości. Sprzątanie było niedokładne, a ręczniki zabierano na cały dzień, co było dość niewygodne. Dodatkowo, w pokojach z widokiem na morze było bardzo głośno, co utrudniało odpoczynek. Obsługa recepcji także nie spełniła moich oczekiwań - pracownicy byli mało pomocni i niezbyt uprzejmi, co stanowiło kontrast do kelnerów, którzy byli bardzo uprzejmi i profesjonalni. Podsumowując, hotel ma swoje plusy w postaci pięknej plaży, dobrego jedzenia i świetnych animacji, jednak standardy czystości, obsługi recepcji oraz hałas w pokojach z widokiem na morze mogłyby być znacznie lepsze.

Niestety usterka z drzwiami powtarzała się codziennie, sam dokręcałem śróbę aby okno balkonowe zatrzasnęły się. Jeżeli nikomu nie przeszkadza brak czystości to należy nastawić się, że 4 gwiazdki hotelu nie są odzwierciedleniem 4 gwiazdek w Polsce.

Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, świeże, gotowane na bieżąco, codziennie coś nowego można znaleźć. Obsługa pomocna, miła. Rewelacyjni animatorzy! Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Wiadomo, hotel ma już swoje lata więc wymaga odświeżenia, np. wymiana dywanów wskazana. Największy minus to ciemne łazienki. Ale pokoje przestronne, w większości z pięknym widokiem na ogród palmowy, basen i morze. Rewelacyjny basen z palmowymi wyspami. Ogólnie hotel z klimatem.

Wyżywienie dobre, różnorodne i estetycznie podawane. Każdy znajdzie dla siebie coś kulinarnego. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna i uczynna. Hotel ma swoje lata i to widać po stanie np. wykładzin na korytarzach hotelowych. Ma natomiast zdecydowanie swój urok. Moje potrzeby spełnił niemalże w stu procentach.

Fajnie gdyby sprzątnie pokoju (również takie jakie zastałam) nie kończyło się na wymianie ręczników, dołożeniu papieru i pościeleniu łóżka, np. były stoliki na balkonie ale bardzo brudne, a podłoga przez tydzień nie zamiatana. Gdyby poprawić ten aspekt, to hotel super!

Hotel wart polecenia. Dobre wyżywienie, miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokoje i toalety sprzątane codziennie. Piękna plaża i basen. Doskonała lokalizacja- blisko do centrum i starego miasta - bazaru. Byłyśmy we dwie z nastoletnią córką i codziennie chodziłyśmy na spacer do starej część Sousse. Czułyśmy się bezpiecznie. Należy wziąć pod wagę że 4 gwiazdki w Tunezji to nie są cztery gwiazdki w Polsce jednak wartość ceny do standardu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.
