Hotel nie jest bardzo duży, na zdjęciach wydaje się większy, ogólnie zadbany. Pokój duży, czysty, dokładnie sprzątany, ręczniki zmieniane każdego dnia. Położony był na parterze, bez widoku na morze, przy cichej, bocznej uliczce wiodącej do plaży. Położenie pokoju gwarantowało ciszę wieczorem, jednocześnie było blisko i do basenu i na plażę. Basen czysty, duży, o ciekawym kształcie z barem do korzystania z lądu i wody. Trawniki przy basenie i na terenie całego hotelu są bardzo dobrze utrzymane i ustawienie na nich leżaków było bardzo dobrym pomysłem. Wypoczynek na trawce jest przyjemniejszy niż na podłożu betonowym. Animatorzy bardzo się starali i zachęcali do różnych form aktywności. Wieczorami organizowali różne rozrywki. Nie brałam w nich udziału, więc nie wiem na jakim były poziomie. Występów artystów profesjonalnych nie było. Plaża piękna, długa i piaszczysta ale zbyt rzadko sprzątana. Były dni kiedy morze było czyściutkie i w pięknym turkusowym kolorze, ale były też dni kiedy woda przy samym brzegu była gęsta od alg morskich. Baru na plaży nie ma, ale jest blisko do baru basenowego. Leżaków przy plaży nie brakowało. Przy basenie, atrakcyjnie położone leżaki były zajmowane od rana. Jedzenie nie jest mocną stroną tego hotelu. Jest go dużo i nie ma mowy żeby być głodnym, ale jest mało smaczne bo nie doprawione. Był grill, ale obsługa nie potrafiła grilować i jedzenie było albo spalone, albo surowe i ogólnie bez smaku. Słodycze były w dość dużym wyborze, ale niezbyt smaczne. Lody cieszyły się największym powodzeniem. Owoców sezonowych (arbuzy, melony, śliwki, brzoskwinie i inne) było pod dostatkiem. Śniadania każdego dnia takie same. Smaczne były: omlety, naleśniki, różne świeże wypieki z ciasta francuskiego i mocna kawa.

Hotel jest zadbany i bardzo czysty. Otoczony piękną zielenią, przez co wspaniale się wypoczywa.Pokoje bardzo ładnie urządzone, przestronne, sprzątane codziennie, chyba, że sobie ktoś nie życzy. Szampon i żel pod prysznic uzupełniane. Wyżywienie wspaniałe. Wybór dań ogromny, wszystko smaczne, gorące, uzupełniane cały czas. Na śniadanie m.in. jajka w każdej postaci (pyszne omlety), sery, wędliny, parówki, dżemy, mleko, płatki w dużym wyborze, naleśniki na gorąco i pyszne ciasteczka francuskie prosto z pieca. Na obiad frytki, ryż, makarony, warzywa duszone, różnego rodzaju mięsa, drób, ryby, surówki, dwa rodzaje zup. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Kolacja najbardziej wystawna z różnymi rarytasami typu sushi, krewetki, langusty, raki i wiele innych pyszności. Owoce dostępne przy każdym posiłku (m.in. arbuzy. melony, winogrona, figi, daktyle, pomarańcze, śliwki, morele itd.). Fontanny z czekolady i lody do obiadu i kolacji, nie wspominając o przepysznych ciasteczkach. Do obiadu i kolacji serwowane piwo, białe lub czerwone wino, fanta, cola czy mineralna. W hotelu można zarezerwować restaurację włoską a la carte lub śródziemnomorską w hotelu sąsiednim. Obsługa hotelowa dba o gości cały czas z uśmiechem na twarzy. Mimo ramadanu każdy pracuje na 100 %. Wszyscy bardzo mili i się starają (chociaż pewnie liczą napiwek). Byłam mile zaskoczona, gdy na powitanie kelnerzy częstowali nas kolorowymi koktajlami i zimnym piwkiem. Serwis przy basenie i na plaży zawsze służy pomocą. Każdy zagaduje, pyta, czy wszystko w porządku, co początkowo działało wręcz onieśmielająco. Kelnerzy cały dzień wędrują między leżakami zbierając zamówienia. Baseny piękne, z jacuzzi. Płytki wokół basenu myte codziennie. Leżaki, materace i parasole bezpłatne zarówno przy basenie jak i na plaży. Dostępne cały czas, bez konieczności zajmowania wcześnie rano, jak to jest w innych hotelach. Leżaki przy basenie ustawione na milutkiej trawie. Brak zjeżdżalni do wody. Dla dzieci jedynie plac zabaw miniklub. Animacje prowadzone są codziennie od 10.00 z krótkimi przerwami do późnych godzin wieczornych. Animatorzy bardzo się starają, aby zachęcić do uczestnictwa w grach i zabawach. Hotel jest ładnie położony. Blisko do portu i mediny z licznymi butikami, restauracjami i aquaparkiem, ale mimo wszystko poza hotelem mało rozrywek. Ulice opustoszałe tak w ciągu dnia, jak i wieczorem. Wszyscy czekają na klientów i zaczepiają, żeby wstąpić do ich sklepu. W pobliżu znajduje się sklep JOY'S z ustalonymi cenami, w którym można kupić prawie wszystko, bez targowania się. Do starego Hammametu dobre połączenie autobusem 115, który odjeżdża co pół godziny (najtańszy środek lokomocji), tuk-tukiem lub taksówką. Przy wjeździe do miasta stoi policja i kontroluje wszystkich wjeżdżających, oprócz autobusów turystycznych. Ogólnie jest bezpiecznie. Plaża bardzo ładna, piaszczysta i szeroka. Znajduje się bezpośrednio za żywopłotem oddzielającym od terenu przy basenie. Na plaży nie było baru, ale dochodzili kelnerzy z baru przy basenie. Sprzedawcy na plaży nie są nachalni, bo ochrona nie pozwala im podchodzić do leżaków. Co kilka metrów dostępne sporty wodne typu skuter, czy lot spadochronem.

Zaskoczyło nas że kikla osób z obsługi mówiło trochę po polsku:) no i bez problemu można się porozumieć po angielsku (wbrew pozorom na Dżerbie było to niezwykle trudne). Niemiło zaskoczyły nas animacje: pomimo dużego potencjału (ogromna sala konferencyjna, miejsce przy basenach itp) niewiele się działo. Animatorzy - z wyjątkiem zajęć w ciągu dnia na basenie b. mało aktywni. Tak naprawdę przypadkiem dowiadywaliśmy się o tym co i gdzie się będzie działo. Piękny basen. Plaża piaszczysta, ale czasie naszego pobytu na plaży było mnóstwo glonów, utrudniało to dostęp do morza.

Hotel Iberostar Averroes jest położony w bardzo spokojnej i zacisznej okolicy, co pozwala na doskonały wypoczynek. Bardzo ładnie urządzony, teren wokół hotelu jest utrzymany w doskonałym porządku. Plaża przed hotelem również jest czysta i przyjemnie się na niej wypoczywa i spaceruje. Pokoje przestronne, piękne i urządzone tak, że człowiek się nie męczy zbytnim przepychem, tylko może się zrelaksować. Wystarczająca ilość miejsca na ubrania i bagaże. Łazienka i toaleta przestronne i bardzo czyste. Ręczniki wymieniane są codziennie. Pokoje również sprzątane są codziennie. W całym hotelu, jak i w pokojach, jest porządek i jest czysto. Od połowy czerwca jest uruchamiana klimatyzacja, która działa bardzo dobrze. Obsługa dba o to, by w pokojach nie było żadnego robactwa, co jest bardzo dużym plusem. Restauracja hotelowa jest przestronna, bardzo gustownie urządzona. Jedzenie wygląda i smakuje niesamowicie, co sprawia, że nawet gdy nie odczuwa się głodu nie można nie jeść. Oczywiście potrawy się powtarzają, ale jest ich tak dużo, że zawsze można spróbować czegoś nowego i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Nie ma mowy o jakimś zatruciu pokarmowym, ponieważ obsługa dba o to, by wszystkie potrawy były na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Obsługa hotelowa jest przesympatyczna i przemiła, zawsze służy pomocą i uśmiechem, a także potrafią sprawić, by każdy gość poczuł się wyjątkowy. Z każdym problemem można zgłosić się do recepcji, której pracownicy szybko go rozwiązują. By umilić czas gościom organizowane są różnego typu atrakcje, dzięki czemu wszyscy świetnie się bawią. Woda w basenie jest czysta, bardzo przyjemnie się w nim pływa i można się schłodzić. Ręczniki plażowe można wymieniać codziennie na stanowisku przy basenie. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest bar w basenie oraz kelnerzy, którzy chodzą między leżakami i zbierają zamówienia, dzięki czemu nie trzeba chodzić po napoje do hotelu. Muzyka przy basenie nie jest puszczana zbyt głośno, co nie przeszkadza w odpoczywaniu. Wypoczynek w takim miejscu to czysta przyjemność.

W hotelu jest czysto, jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone-słodkości przepyszne. Kelnerzy , barmani mówią w 5 językach są mili i uprzejmi, jak dostaną napiwek to służą cały wieczór. Piękny, duży hotel, czysto, świetne i bardzo urozmaicone jedzenie (żaby, małże i krewetki, dużo wina, świeży sok i desery plus lody - wszystko super pyszne), jedzenie dostępne między posiłkami - nie ma opcji być głodnym! Fajne drinki, spokój i rozrywka w jednym. Miła obsługa. Bardzo piękna plaża. Pokój duży, elegancki i przytulny. Łazienka z dużą wanną, toaleta oddzielna z łazienką. Duże bardzo wygodne łóżko, plus za balkon (jest gdzie otrzepać piasek:-) Idealne wakacje z małym dzieckiem (3Y).

Hotel pieknie położony,czysto,sympatyczna obsługa,animacje dzienne okey,nieco niższy poziom wieczornych.Pokój przestronny w budynku recepcji na 4 piętrze z bocznym widokiem na port i morze[bez dopłaty za widok} bardzo wygodny,duzo szafek z szfadami ,lodówka ,sejf,duży balkon od północy co b pożyteczne latem przy upałach. Wyżywienie w porządku ale bez szału. Kłopoty przy podróży w drodze powrotnej,duże opóznienie ,bez wyjaśnień na lotnisku w Monastyrze w porze nocnej .Podróż do Polski od 22 - giej [wyjazd z hotelu] do 11,30 [w Bydgoszczy] następnego dnia ,tj 12 godzin tj o 8 godzin dłużej niż w rozkładzie. Lot liniami tunezyjskimi z polską obsługą .Pogoda w pierwszym tygodniu września była deszczowa przez cały czas pobytu. Ogólna ocena hotelu jednak dobra.
