Jak dla mnie hotel o standardzie góra dwóch **. Czystość na korytarzach i stan mebli w pokojach pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Sprzątanie każdego dnia, ale polegające tylko i wyłącznie na wymianie ręczników i pościeli. Obsługa miła pod warunkiem, że coś dostanie. Plaża koszmar - brudna, stare zniszczone leżaki. Baseny - mogą być ale parasole przy basenie nie były czyszczone przez wiele lat. Przy basenie toaleta nie sprzątana przez cały dzień. Brak światła w toalece i mydła nie mówiąc o płynie do dezynfekcji rąk. Stoliki i krzesła w zonie animacji klejące się od brudu. Na jedzenie nie można narzekać.
Czystość na mogła by być nieco poprawiona. Obsługa szybko i skutecznie reagująca na ewentualne problemy. Jedzenie częściowo nie pasujące w gusta kulinarne naszej rodziny, ale o gustach się nie (...)

Rezydenta widziałam w pierwszy dzień,zresztą był na zastępstwie więc nieswiele wiedział o hotelu...Podróż bez problemu,w Tunezji już czekali rezydenci . Kierowca wysadzał przed hotelem i zameldować musisz się już sam no i dalej sobie radzić..Ogólnie kolejne wakacje z Itaką zaliczam do udanych.Miejscowość z dużym potencjałem.

Generalnie hotel bardziej 3 gwiazdkowy jeśli chodzi o nasze europejskie standardy, ale pokoje były czyste, obsługa całkiem miła, plaża po drugiej stronie ulicy. Jedzenie było dobre, chociaż w restauracji panował duży chaos, warto przychodzić na początku. Ogólnie wakacje na plus. Rezydent kontaktowy, wycieczkę fakultatywną niestety odwołano nam z powodu problemów z autokarami. Warto rozejrzeć się po okolicy, w hotelu stacjonują lokalni przewodnicy którzy oferują różne dodatkowe atrakcje- warto skorzystać. Przed kupieniem pamiątek czy czegokolwiek lepiej sprawdzić ceny w markecie, bo jeśli nie ma ceny, to krzyczą sobie 3x więcej! Ale idzie wytargować.
