Ogromnie zawiedliśmy się tym hotelem, mimo nisko postawionych oczekiwań. W generalnym ujęciu, absolutnie nie polecamy psuć sobie zapewne zasłużonego wolnego na spędzanie czasu w tym (...)
Ogromnie zawiedliśmy się tym hotelem, mimo nisko postawionych oczekiwań. W generalnym ujęciu, absolutnie nie polecamy psuć sobie zapewne zasłużonego wolnego na spędzanie czasu w tym hotelu. ⊕ W pokojach jest względnie czysto (jak na standard afrykański). Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane, wymieniana jest pościel i ręczniki. ⊕ Dwa duże baseny ⊖ Jedzenie: Niewielki wybór i do tego nie za bardzo smacznego jedzenia. W większości regionalna kuchnia w bardzo słabym wykonaniu, wręcz momentami obrzydliwym. Codziennie serwowane są „awaryjnie” pizza i makaron z sosem pomidorowym – które schodzą lepiej niż wszystko inne. Śniadania absolutnie okropne, lunche znośne, kolacje słabe. „Snack bar” codziennie polega na tym samym – do wyboru albo pizza (ta sama co na lunch i kolację) lub przydział dwóch naleśniczków. Woda w dystrybutorach do picia chyba uzupełniana na zapleczu z kranu bo baniaki bardzo zużyte … a nawet jeśli nie – plastikowe butelki też nie bez powodu mają swoją datę ważności. Obrusy na stolikach brudne, czasem nie wymieniane. O sztućce czasem trzeba specjalnie prosić. Desery to w większości albo suche ciastka kruche, albo (mimo tego że w 5 różnych kolorach) te same ciasta biszkoptowe. Wróciliśmy do Polski spragnieni jedzenia (po wakacjach all-inclusive!) ⊖ Obsługa: Obsługa praktycznie nie zna angielskiego, nawet w stopniu komunikatywnym. Komunikacja odbywa się na migi, więc zapomnijcie o rozwiązaniu jakiegokolwiek potencjalnego sporu. Jakakolwiek prośba (jakby nie była grzeczna) spotyka się z fochem i komentarzem pod nosem po arabsku – przynajmniej gdy prosi o coś Polak, ale o tym poniżej. Innym przykładem totalnego braku szacunku, jest to że animator podszedł do odpoczywającego na leżaku mnie, i postukał mnie w głowę knykciami mówiąc „wake-up” żeby namówić do udziału w animacjach dziejących się na terenie obiektu. Obsługa też nie zna słowa „nie” i nie namawia do zabaw, mimo jasnych komunikatów – także nie liczcie na odpoczynek w tej sprawie. Kultura pracowników hotelu jest naprawdę na bardzo niskim poziomie. ⊖ Drinki: Katalog „all-inclusive” śmiesznie mały – 3 drinki o stężeniu alkoholu mniejszym niż piwo oraz wybór alkoholi mocnych, które uprzednio zostają rozcieńczone z wodą. Drinki serwowane czasem w potłuczonych szklankach. Wielkość szklanek też patologicznie mała – 200ml? Lub do wyboru w trakcie lunchu/kolacji – kubeczki plastikowe o pojemności 150ml, gdzie 2/3 zapełnia nieschodząca piana powstała wskutek nalewania napoju. Dwa bary ledwo obsługują 700-800 gości, więc są długie kolejki. ⊖ Faworyzacja Francuzów: Wielokrotnie byliśmy świadkami, jak Francuskich gości prowadzono do pokoju po przybyciu do hotelu, nam go nikt nawet nie wskazał. Obsługa jest o wiele bardziej życzliwa do Francuzów. Warto zaznaczyć, że Francuzi dostają opaski w innym kolorze niż Polacy i Czesi, zapewne aby obsługa szybko oceniła z jaką narodowością ma do czynienia. ⊖ Łączność z Internetem: Mimo osobnej sieci wi-fi w lobby i osobnej przy basenach, sporadycznie w ogóle one działają, a jeśli już to bardzo wolno. ⊖ Kierownictwo hotelu: Nie można za wszystko winić pracowników, gdy pracują w nieludzkich warunkach. Dwukrotnie byliśmy bardzo desperacko proszeni przez sprzątaczkę o to, abyśmy przynieśli jej kawę – czy szef zakazuje obsłudze pić kawy w pracy? Dodatkowo – tą samą obsługę kuchni czy baru spotykamy przy otwarciu jak i zamknięciu tych obiektów, co wskazuje że Ci ludzie pracują srogo powyżej 13h dziennie.

Obsługa plażowa w wielu przypadkach bezcenna. Leżaki przy plaży i basenach codziennie sprzątane i rano rozkładane. Woda w basenach i otoczenie basenu bardzo czyste. Muzyka na basenach stonowana, tylko w czasie aerobiku pogłaśniana. Otoczenie hotelu tonie w zieleni bardzo ładnie utrzymanej.

Hotel zgodny ze standardem czterech gwiazdek w Afryce. Jedzenie urozmaicone, jednak odniosłem wrażenie, że oszczędnie używano przypraw w daniach mięsnych, wyjąwszy kurczaki, które były znakomite. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie z różną starannością w zależności od pozostawionego napiwku. Były też kłopoty z klimatyzacją w pokoju. Jednak baseny, rozległy teren ośrodka i wspaniała roślinność na obiekcie rekompensowała wszystko.

Sam hotel jest położony w pięknym miejscu, czystość na wysokim poziomie, jednak jedzenie okropne, kierując się opiniami byliśmy bardzo pozytywnie nastawieni, jednak na miejscu jedno wielkie rozczarowanie, stare pieczywo, niedoprawione jedzenie, ciągle jedno i to samo, wszystko albo bez smaku albo tłuste. Jedzenie nie zasługuje nawet na jedną gwiazdkę.

Hotel zrobił na nas wrażenie szczególnie ogród mnóstwo palm bardzo zadbany.Baseny super plaża wąska codziennie rano sprzątana woda czysta większość czasu spędziliśmy a plaży.Zakupiliśmy wycieczkę na lagunę od pana na plaży warto widzieliśmy mnóstwo delfinów podpływających przy motorówce a laguna piękna.Zapłaciliśmy po 30 euro od osoby.Jest też pan który robi profesjonalne zdjęcia wyszły pięknie za jedno zgrane na telefon 10 dinarów.Lot na lotni 30 euro niezapomniane przeżycie.Na krokodyle raczej polecam taxi wyjdzie dużo taniej.Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie dobre nikt nie chodził głodny.Personej bardzo miły nie narzucający się.Pokój sprzątany codziennie czysty.To były jedne z lepszych wakacji i będziemy je długo wspominać.

Hotel, pokój, plażę, położenie obsługę oceniam dobrze, natomiast wyżywienie było najgorsze jakie spotkałam podczas kilku moich pobytów w Tunezji. Wyżywienie podane w niedostatecznej ilości bufetów przy tak dużej ilości gości hotelowych, dlatego kolejki przed godziną posiłków, częste braki w uzupełnianiu poszczególnych dań, talerzy, nakryć stołowych, filiżanek, za mało pracowników w restauracji, nieład na stolikach, w ofercie podano, że napoje i lokalne wina serwowane do stolików co nie miało miejsca. Wyżywienie monotonne, niestarannie podane, brak owoców dostępnych na lokalnym rynku, brak możliwości wyboru i świeżego pieczywa.

Sahara - Top Tozeur (2 days) — Day 1: ferry passage from Djerba to the mainland. Visit to a traditional souk in Gabes. Free time. Then a passage over the largest salt lake in Tunisia - Chott el Jerid, which shimmers with salt crystals; short stop for photos. Arrive in the afternoon in the village of Tozeur - accommodation in 4* hotel. Lunch. Then a 4x4 jeep expedition to the mountain oases of the Atlas Mountains: Chebika and Tamerza, where scene to the movie "The English Patient" and "In the desert and wilderness" were shot. Tataouine - Chenini – departure towards Medenine on a road called "Roman", connecting the island with mainland since the antiquity. Exploring Ghorfas - olden fortified granaries. Then a visit to the city of Tataouine with a traditional market. Visit to the nearby Berber town Chenini, famous for its traditional handicraft. Ksar Ghilane — Roman road crossing between the island of Djerba and the mainland, in the direction of Medenine, where Ghorfas, the former fortified granaries, can be seen. Then a visit to Ksar Ghilane, the southernmost palm oasis with the ruins of a Roman fort. It is also a gateway to the Tunisian part of the Sahara. Rest in an oasis, relax in a thermal lake, lunch.
