Jestem bardzo zadowolona z obsługi i jedzenia w hotelu, Plaża ładna,piaszczysta, wejście do wody w towarzystwie wodorostów. Pokoje czyste i zadbane, niestety łazienki pozostają wiele do życzenia, zdaje się nie były nigdy remontowane. Bez problemu w szczycie sezonu można znaleźć wolne leżaki, zarówno na plaży jak i przy basenach. Ogólnie pobyt był naprawdę udany .

Pokój codziennie sprzątany, kuchnia miejscowa oraz międzynarodowa, duży wybór każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Animatorzy codziennie organizowały gry, zabawy dla dzieci oraz dorosłych, co prawda codziennie te same playlisty grały ale były to zarówno utwory tamtejsze jak i francuskie a nawet polskie. Lokalizacja dobra boisko plaży oraz sklepów. Basen czysty, możliwa również gra w tenisa w hotelu.

Hotel zdecydowanie odbiega od zdjęć z oferty.. Przylecieliśmy z małymi dziećmi o 5 nad ranem i czekaliśmy na pokój do 13:00. Wszędzie są okrągłe klamki których dziecko nie potrafi obsłużyć,syn się zatrzasnął i nie potrafił wyjść z toalety. Hotel stary,toalety najgorsze w jakich byłam,straszny nieporządek na stołówce panował każdego dnia. Wąski kawałek plaży na której czuć odchody zwierząt . W pierwszym dniu pobytu syn wbił sobie kawałek szkła w stopę będąc w brodziku dla dzieci. Jedzenie było dobre, kawa nie koniecznie. Trzech animatorów,z czego tylko jeden nie był nachalny. W hotelu praktycznie 90% gości to rodziny z dziećmi,jednak animacje tylko dla dorosłych . Wieczorem mini disco na które córka nie chciała uczęszczać ,bo jeden z animatorów strasznie głośno krzyczał i zachowywał się bardzo nachalnie. Kiedyś prowadząc aqua aerobik uderzał makaronem z całej siły przed brzegiem basenu i tak jakby chciał kogoś biczować, połowa uczestników wyszła z wody zniesmaczona jego zachowaniem Nie wrócę z pewnością.

Plaża jest normalna, z parasolą i leżakami z materacami (bez opłaty), 3 min od hotelu,jest czynna od 8.00 do 18.00, jest napój bez opłaty.

Hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze jak na 3 gwiazdki w Afryce. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane i schludne. Baseny czyste, dużo leżaków. Co do jedzenia to spoko, można się najeść, ale trzeba znaleźć swój smak. Obsługa bardzo fajna i przyjazna, a największą robotę robili animatorzy. Przez cały dzień zapewniali jakieś atrakcje dla dzieci jak i dorosłych co było genialne. Plaża czysta, zejście do niej bardzo blisko hotelu.

Территория отеля очень красивая, кругом чистота. Номера требуют обновления, но это компенсируется тем, что постель и полотенца белоснежные. Обслуга очень приветливая. Скатерти на столах, рубашки официантов, колпаки поваров - всё сияет чистотой. Еды очень много, всем всего достаточно, и еды и напитков. Аниматоры это просто фантастика. Прекрасные развлечения, всегда со вкусом подобранная музыка. К пляжу есть претензии. Маленький и не всегда хватает зонтов и лежаков. Открыт с 8.00 до 18.00 Бассейны с 9.00 до 19.00. Нет возможности поплавать тем, кто встаёт рано. В целом впечатления прекрасные, воспоминания самые тёплые. Мы полюбили Тунис.

Panie sprzątające sie starają ale jest to hotel stary bardzo więc grzyb w łazience, wymaga remontu. wyżywienie może być ale niestety brud taki na stołówce ze idąc można było wejść w pomidora.….masa much. …poza hotelem wszędzie śmieci .plaza brudna chodzą konie i wielbłądy które się tam załatwiają. w wodzie bardzo cieplej wodorosty. no i disco do 24 codziennie. także hotel dla tych co lubią się bawić. i wszędzie papierosy można palić po prostu wszędzie. sami Francuzi co ma wpływ na to co jest serwowane np tylko bagietka z pieczywa i mnóstwo rogalików na śniadanie. kawa nescafe okropna. kelnerzy szybko zabierają talerz i szklanki bo im nie starczy dla wszystkich z walizka trzeba iść po schodach jeśli ktoś ma pokój na 1 piętrze. . .

Samolot miał opóźnienie, więc po przybyciu do hotelu, kolacja czekała na ans w pokoju. Pokój bardzo czysty, nie było problemu z wymianą ręczników czy sprzątaniem. Chętnie wrócę tam , kiedy będę potrzebowała odpoczynku i wyciszenia, bo bardzo rodzinna atmosfera sprzyja temu bardzo.

Hotel wspaniały w tej kategorii, czysto, przestronnie. Piękny , zadbany teren. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, wszyscy bardzo się starają. Uważam że za takie zaangażowanie warto a nawet należy zostawić jakieś napiwki. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Plaża czysta, piękna woda i piasek . Bardzo dużo animacji, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jak dla mnie bar mógłby być wcześniej zamykany a nie o północy. Goście to głównie Polacy, Czesi i Francuzi. Niestety brak suszarki do włosów i lodówki w pokoju. Ale to nie 5 gwiazdek, więc jest jak jest.

Then a passage over the largest salt lake in Tunisia - Chott el Jerid, which shimmers with salt crystals; short stop for photos. Arrive in the afternoon in the village of Tozeur - accommodation in 4* hotel. Lunch. Then a 4x4 jeep expedition to the mountain oases of the Atlas Mountains: Chebika and Tamerza, where scene to the movie "The English Patient" and "In the desert and wilderness" were shot.
