Jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakich byłem, tym lepsze zaskoczenie że w takim kraju jak tunezja. Cały wyjazd same uśmiechnięte twarze, animatorzy robią świetną robotę, jedzenie na prawdę dobre, przy każdym posiłku przynajmniej kilkanaście dań które miałem chęć skosztować, pyszne desery, lody.Pokoje urządzone w świetnym stylu jak i cały hotel. Ktoś tam pisał o karaluchach, no tak zdarzyło się na terenie hotelu że przebiegł, taki klimat i jak komuś to przeszkadza niech jedzie do władysławowa. Na plaży sporty wodne, korzystaliśmy ze skuterów, wycieszki motorówką (połowa ceny od rezydenta). Hotel bardzo zielony, pełno palm, roślin. Na plaży glony zbierały się nocą, rano je koparką usuwali i było czyściutko. Ogólnie to widać że bardzo dbają o reputację i się starają, na terenie kilkunastu ochroniarzy. Nie daleko hotelu sklepik z bardzo wesołym starszym panem, ceny lepsze niż na mieście w zarziss. 6+ ode mnie

Ogólnie hotel bardzo fajny ale nie polecę go nikomu, najgorsze wrażenie robi obsługa restauracji przy basenie dla mnie do zwolnienia, obsługują wyłącznie Francuzów ( i boję się że któregoś razu pocałują któregoś w jego 4 litery ) na trzy dni zamówień musieliśmy się wręcz prosić o menu nie mówiąc o jakim kolwiek zamówieniu, trzy dni z rzędu zapomnieli o zamówieniu mojej żony to już w ogóle masakra (później tłumaczyli się że nie znają angielskiego ale co mnie to obchodzi, jak obsługa jest tak słaba że pokazujesz palcem po menu nawet dziecko by to zrozumiało) . Przy kolacji to samo siedzisz, czekasz na kelnera wchodzi para Francuzów to oczywiście kelner od razu leci do nich nie ważne czy dasz napiwek czy nie . Dlatego dla Polaków odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu chyba że będziecie udawać Francuzów

Ogólnie hotel super, sprzątany był codziennie, codziennie świeże ręczniki, ładny zapach, jedzenie urozmaicone i w ogromnych ilościach - pyszne !!!

Jak zwykle z Itaką, ( przynajmniej w naszym przypadku ), wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Za to dziękujemy. Jeśli chodzi o hotel, to również bez zastrzeżeń. Usytuowany w rewelacyjnym, ogromnym palmowym ogrodzie, super jedzonko ( mnóstwo owoców morza, różnorodne mięsa doskonale doprawione ), super pokój oraz bliskość plaży robi naprawdę dobre ogólne wrażenie. Jedyny minus w trakcie pobytu to... i tu uwaga !! jak na dziesięciodniowy pobyt, to zbyt mało słońca, deszcz i burze, co wydaje się w tym miejscu nieprawdopodobne, a jednak miało miejsce ( cóż, natura płata różne figle )

Hotel bardzo zadbany, cały codziennie sprzątany łącznie z zamiataniem i grabieniem wszystkich powierzchni. Jedzenie pyszne. Bardzo duża różnorodność. Na obiedzie i kolacji były po 3-4 potrawy regionalne, więc można było pokosztować tunezyjskich potraw. Dużo owoców morza: kraby, krewetki ośmiornice. Szeroka oferta all in, nawet w kawiarniach, które miały być ekstra płatne, była część karty w pakiecie all in. Uśmiechnięta i pomocna obsługa począwszy od osób sprzątających na animatorach kończąc. Dużo basenów a wokół ich leżaki. Plaża czysta codziennie sprzątana z wodorostów które niestety szczególnie rano woda wyrzucała na brzeg. Za to z pomostu wchodziło się do czystej, nie za głębokiej wody. Pokoje również czyste chociaż łazienki niestety wyglądały na stare, może to wina ich wystroju. Niestety jednego dnia znaleźliśmy ogromnego karalucha, chociaż trzeba przyznać ze był tylko jeden na 11 dni pobytu.

Jedzenie średnie ale tego się można było spodziewać. Sprzątanie pokoju to raczej wymiana ręczników. Lejąca się z sufitu woda z klimatyzacji na podłogę po zgłoszeniu do recepcji jednego dnia brak reakcji, dopiero ponowna interwencja kolejnego dnia skutkowała przysłaniem kogoś do usunięcia usterki . Niestety pomogło na dwa dni potem znowu ciekło fakt mniej . Obsługa oprócz paru wyjątków niezbyt miła , jedynie część animatorów ratowała sytuację .

Hotel wymaga odnowienia. Teren wokół hotelu bajeczny, nie brakuje leżaków, jedzenie smaczne, dużo owoców morza, plaża codziennie sprzątana, podczas przypływów morze wyrzuca na brzeg mnóstwo gnijących roślin. Obsługa miła. Język dominujący to francuski, wszystkie animacje w języku francuskim.

Sahara - Top Tozeur (2 days) — Day 1: ferry passage from Djerba to the mainland. Visit to a traditional souk in Gabes. Free time. Then a passage over the largest salt lake in Tunisia - Chott el Jerid, which shimmers with salt crystals; short stop for photos. Arrive in the afternoon in the village of Tozeur - accommodation in 4* hotel. Lunch. Then a 4x4 jeep expedition to the mountain oases of the Atlas Mountains: Chebika and Tamerza, where scene to the movie "The English Patient" and "In the desert and wilderness" were shot. Return to hotel, dinner, overnight stay. Day 2: breakfast. Visiting the town of Tozeur, the programe includes among others: the old town, market hall, minaret of the Great Mosque (from outside). Ksar Ghilane — Roman road crossing between the island of Djerba and the mainland, in the direction of Medenine, where Ghorfas, the former fortified granaries, can be seen. Then a visit to Ksar Ghilane, the southernmost palm oasis with the ruins of a Roman fort. It is also a gateway to the Tunisian part of the Sahara. Rest in an oasis, relax in a thermal lake, lunch.
