Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania, wygląda dokładnie tak samo jak na zdjęciach z oferty, jedyne zastrzeżenie co do tego że pomimo dwójki dzieci w wieku 14 i 8 lat nie był przygotowany na nasz przyjazd - brakowało jednego łóżka, jednak po interwencji w recepcji szybko dostawiono kolejne łóżko. Pokój hotelowy bardzo przestronny, wystarczający dla 4 osób.

Hotel położony jest obok drugiego innego hotelu co skutkuje tym że można z niektórych pokoi rozmawiać z sąsiadem z innego hotelu położonego z boku .jeżeli chodzi o basen to jest obrzydliwy często pływają w nim włosy ,ślina z smarki ,basen był czyszczony tylko jeden raz. Leżaki na basenie jak i na plaży były brudne nie były myte. Basenów tak jak podaje hotel że ma cztery tak naprawdę jest jeden basen ,Brodzik dla dzieci i drugi malutki basenik w hotelu. Wyżywienie było super tak jak i w hotelu jak i na plaży ,bar restauracja była w skali od jeden do sześciu na piątce a nawet na szóstke ,codziennie były lody ,animacje były przy plaży,codziennie coś innego …przy plaży był również plac zabaw dla dzieci tzw. małpi gaj ,była cały czas tam jakaś pani opiekunka dla dzieci .przy plaży były różne atrakcje wodne -płatne Z hotelu na plażę było około 300 m piękna alejka którą można było dojść w 2-3 min . oczywiście też jeździ busik na plażę co parę minut tak nie było z tym kłopotu. Pokój był przestronny Pokój był sprzątany na życzenie i tym samym była uzupełniana lodówka czyli coca-cola i Fanta + woda. Plaża piękna kolejek po jedzenie jak i po drinki praktycznie brak. Jedynie gdzie były kolejki to były kolejki po frytki:)

Hotel bardzo fajny. Dużym plusem były uzupełniane codziennie napoje w lodówkach pokojowych ( coca-cola, fanta, soki i woda mineralna). Brak problemów z leżakami przy basenach i na plaży - zawsze były dostępne. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. WiFi w hotelu i na plaży bez większych problemów. Jedyny mały mankament to opcje wyżywienia all inclusive np. śniadanie w godz 7:00-10:00. Niestety po godz. 9:30 nic już nie było uzupełniane, a wręcz część produktów zbierane przez obsługę i wynoszone do kuchni. Podobna sytuacja była w porze obiadowej i kolacyjnej.

Hotel zaraz od wejścia robi bardzo dobre wrażenie i im dalej tym lepiej. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, uśmiechnięta, komunikatywna. Pokoje regularnie sprzątane, codziennie zmiana ręczników i w tygodniu pościeli. Mini barek bezpłatnie uzupełniany przy tej okazji w napoje, kawę, herbatę. Wyżywienie różnorodne i smaczne, natomiast a la carte w naszym wypadku meksykańska bez szału. Może inne lepiej wypadają ale to jest kwestia gustu i smaku. Na plażę można dostać się hotelowym busem ale spacer jest dość krótki i w przyjemnej scenerii. Ogólne wrażenia bardzo pozytywne i uważam, że hotel godny polecenia;-)

O trunkach nie wspomnę, bo raczyłem sie jedynie czystą pyszną Tequilą. Baseny umiarkowanej wielkości ale woda o różnych temperaturach zadowoli każdego. 4 zjeżdżalnie dopełniają radochy dla dużych i małych. Plaża i leżaki dużo i super. A obok scena z wieczornymi występami dużej klasy.
