Hotel oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Pokój (5 piętro w budynku głównym) nawet z dostawką i łóżeczkiem niemowlęcym był przestronny i ładnie urządzony. Łazienka również przestronna z dużym prysznicem, spokojnie na 2 osoby :) Całość codziennie sprzątana, czystość bez zarzutu. Łóżka dość twarde ale wygodne. Bardzo duży wybór jedzenia, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, różne kuchnie w tym zawsze coś lokalnego. Bardzo duży wybór deserów i owoców. Lody dziwnej konsystencji (jakby z żelatyną), ale przy dzieciach się to sprawdzało super bo nie kapały. Jedzenie w barach przy basenie i na plaży wystarczająco zróżnicowane i sycące, żeby nie było trzeba przebierać się na obiad w restauracji głównej. Duży wybór jedzenia dla dzieci, nawet z najbardziej wybrednym dzieckiem nie powinno być problemu. W restauracji dla dzieci dostępna mikrofalówka, czajnik i blender. Napoje bezalkoholowe smaczne, pyszna kawa mrożona, alkohole raczej z niskiej półki, ale spory wybór. Baseny świetne, dużo leżaków (większość zadaszona), pełno zjeżdżalni do wyboru, nowe zjeżdżalnie dla dorosłych na pontonach i bez. Na zjeżdżalniach poza najmniejszym brodzikiem, w tym na dużym kompleksie dla dzieci, ograniczenie wiekowe 10 lat, ale nikt tego nie respektuje i nawet malutkie dzieci mogą zjeżdżać z rodzicami. Plaża ok ale bez szału. Też pełno leżaków , wszystko zadaszone. Gruby piasek z kamykami, da się bez butów ale wygodniej mieć. Niestety bardzo szybko robi się głęboko. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, nikt nie domaga się napiwków na siłę. Na duży minus transfer do hotelu, który 5 min przed celem stoi kwadrans pod sklepem.

W hotelu czysto, wyżywienie bardzo dobre, dużo wodnych atrakcji dla dzieci i dla dorosłych, w pobliżu hotelu jest piękna plaża - warto mieć obuwie do wody, gdyż jest to plaża piaszczysto-żwirkowa. Nad morzem można pojeździć na jet-ski, crazy sofa, banan, parasailing. Dostępne są też kursy motorówką do miasta Side po wcześniejszym umówieniu. Codziennie jakieś animacje w amfiteatrze po kolacji - jak byliśmy to był cyrk z Mongolii, pokaz tańca afrykańskiego z akrobacjami, talent show, w piątek zorganizowany był Oktoberfest. Ogólnie pobyt udany i hotel jak najbardziej do polecenia. Hotel jest trochę na odludziu i oddalony od lokalnych bazarów, przystanków, ale ma to też swoje plusy.

Niesamowity hotel, ilość atrakcji od rana nie pozwala na nudę, plaża z kuchnią i barem, zawsze dostępne leżaki. Obsługa na medal, pokoje codziennie sprzątane pokoje, różnorodność jedzenia niesamowita, nie do przejedzenia. Byliśmy 2 razy w tym hotelu i kolejny urlop również spędzimy tutaj. Nie ma lepszego miejsca niż ten hotel. Gorąco polecam !!!

Byliśmy w hotelu na wakacjach z rodziną 2+2 (4 lata i 2 lata). Ogólnie oceniamy hotel na bardzo dobry. Pokój dostaliśmy bardzo kiepski - w budynku głównym, okna wychodziły na parking, wjazd do hotelu. Zaraz pod oknami mieliśmy miejsce rozładunku dostaw, transportu pracowników. Było bardzo głośno. Okna były w ogóle nieszczelne i nawet jak były zamknięte to było w pokoju głośno. W nocy nie było szans na otworzenie okien, żeby dzieci mogły spokojnie spać, przez co było duszno. Łazienka w pokoju dziwnie zrobiona - nie było normalnych drzwi tylko szklane drzwi do toalety i do kabiny prysznicowej, które nie były zamykane, a jedynie lekko zasłaniające, przez co jak dzieci poszły spać kiepsko było żeby się wykąpać itd. Nie wiem kto to projektował. Ale pokój sprzątany codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Z budynku głównego, aby dojść do restauracji lub na baseny musieliśmy pokonać dwa budynki i dwie windy, co powodowało, że z dwójką małych dzieci była to wyprawa. Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne, codziennie na kolację inna kuchnia tematyczna. Śniadania monotonne, ale bardzo duży wybór i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Basenów sporo, atrakcji dla dzieci na basenach dużo (pełno zjeżdżalni itd). Jednak żeby znaleźć fajne leżaki trzeba wstać chyba o 6, bo ludzie sobie rezerwują od świtu leżaki, więc jak raz przyszliśmy o 11 to już mieliśmy leżaki w bardzo kiepskim miejscu i pełnym słońcu. Obsługa bardzo miła, do dzieci zawsze super, nie przejmowali się, że przy jedzeniu jest trochę bałaganu przez dzieci czy to że dzieci biegają między nogami. Zespół animatorów bardzo średni, w ogóle ich nie było widać, w kids clubie animatorki przewracały oczami. No byliśmy w hotelach różnych i tutaj animatorzy byli najsłabsi. Plaża z lekkim żwirkiem, choć przy placu zabaw na plaży bałagan. Ogólnie do najczystszych plaża nie należy. Nie mieliśmy jednak wygórowanych wymagań, dzieci były zadowolone, a to najważniejsze, udało się odpocząć i uważam urlop za udany

Hotel sprawiał średnie wrażenie, na pewno nie na 5 gwiazdek.
