An extensive complex consisting of low-rise apartments surrounded by a green garden, located close to a nice, sandy beach gently sloping into the sea. It is a real paradise for families who want to not only relax, but also spend time actively. The hotel is famous for its well-prepared, entertaining animations, and there are also activities in the mini-club for children. The most important place in the hotel are beautifully arranged swimming pools, including one with 3 slides and sunbathing terraces. Guests have at their disposal 3 restaurants and 2 bars, where you can, among others, try some local delicacies. There is also a spa center on site - a perfect place to relax after an eventful day. O czystość w naszym pokoju dbała pani Maria - przemiła osoba, z uśmiechem do każdego, choć miała dużo pomieszczeń do sprzątania. Jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie, to z żoną mówimy BARDZO SMACZNE, duży wybór dań . Ten duży wybór mnie poraża pod jednym względem - ludzie nakładają pełne talerze, potrawy są smaczne i duża część się marnuje, ale za to nie można obwiniać obsługi hotelu. Mili i sympatyczni młodzi ludzie bardzo pozytywnie wpływają na klimat, serdeczność panującą w czasie posiłków, choć ich praca do lekkich nie należy. Dbanie o czystość na terenie całego hotelu zasługuje na godną pochwałę.

Położenie hotelu na plus, blisko hotelu bazarki , sklepy i knajpki. Jedzenie w porządku , jedynie śniadania mógłby by być bardziej urozmaicone , pozatym obiady i kolacje bardzo dobre, doprawione. Pyszne gozleme , i bardzo dobre racuchy. Baseny czyste , na plus dostępność leżaków , zawsze były jakieś wolne . Minus za kafelki przy basenie głównym które były bardzo śliskie, kilkukrotnie dziecko się poślizgnęło a i dorośli się ślizgali. Bardzo duży nacisk na niemców. Animacje po niemiecku , widać było różnicę w obsłudze, Niemców a Polaków, ale to pewnie za sprawą dużych napiwków . Piwo dobre , drinki bardzo słodkie , i mały wybór, minus za kawę z automatu z mlekiem w proszku , za to barman z witaminki robił bardzo dobre drinki i koktajle bezalkoholowe, oczywiście dodatkowo płatne . Ogólnie polecam, choć w tej cenie można znaleść dużo lepszy hotel .

Jestem zadowolona z pobytu w hotelu Serra Garden. Pokoje ładne, schludne, sprzątane codziennie, faktycznie potrzebują odświeżenia, ale było czysto, to najważniejsze, jedzenie monotonne, ale smaczne i doprawione co było dużym minusem dla mnie podróżując do innych hoteli z opcją all, ale w Serra Garden nikt nie wyjdzie głodny i znajdzie coś dla siebie. Minusem są soki i napoje typu cola, sprite z automatu, sam cukier, farbują język i usta, nie polecam, aczkolwiek woda butelkowana jest w lodówkach i przy barach dostępna bez ograniczeń, więc z wielką chcecie z tego korzystałam. Blisko do plaży, która jest szeroka i duża, w barze na plaży dostępne jedynie piwo z opcji all. Obsługa miła, aczkolwiek wszystkie animacje prowadzone w języku niemieckim, czuję się lekko zdyskryminowana, bo niestety znając swój ojczysty język i język angielski, który jest uważany za międzynarodowy nie byłam w stanie brał udziału w zabawach czy oglądać przedstawień na scenie, bo po prostu nic nie rozumiałam. Obsługa hotelu do kolacji nosiła napoje gością z Niemiec, łączyła stoły, które sypała płatkami róż i dekorowała kwiatami, a my siedzieliśmy obok przy zwykłym stoliku czasem musząc samemu zorganizować sobie sztućce, bo obsługa była zajęta gośćmi z Niemiec. Wydaje mi się, że mają taki odgórny przykaz, bo kelnerzy bardzo mili i uprzejmi aczkolwiek gość z Niemiec to świętość w hotelu Setra Garden.

Hotel oceniam pozytywnie. Czysto, uprzejmy personel. Jedyny mankament to brzydki zapach w łazience wynikający z tego, że odpływ z umywalki do kanalizacji zrobiony giętką rurką bez syfonowania. Efektem tego wyziew z kanalizacji. Zgłosiłem to z uwagą aby po naszym wyjeździe dokonać naprawy. Zapytano, czy chcę zmienić pokój. Powiedziałem, ze wytrzymam - w samym pokoju nie śmierdziało. Sama plaża, wiadomo jest pod koniec sezonu, piasek niezbyt czysty. Na tablicy na lotnisku 60 samolotów (w tym 12 do Polski ! ) i tylko Szymany, w obie strony opóźnienia.

Na posiłkach na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Potrawy smaczne urozmaicone. Wieczorne animacje na hotelowej scenie skierowane dla turystów z Niemiec, lecz miło usiąść przy stoliku posłuchać muzyki i wypić wieczornego drineczka lub piwko. Basen i wokół niego czyściutko. Plaża i woda w morzu petarda. Nawet na obiad nie trzeba iść do hotelu można zjeść w restauracji przy plaży. Było bardzo fajnie. Serdecznie polecam.

Pokoje czyste i codziennie sprzątane , wyżywienie wystarczająco zróżnicowane , obsługa jak zwykle miła i pomocna witająca nas od wjazdu ( poznają stałych gości co jest bardzo miłe ) . Jeżeli będziemy wybierać się ponownie do Turcji to najprawdopodobniej wybierzemy ten hotel ponownie . Tam naprawdę odpoczywamy i nawet nie brakowało nam intensywnych animacji . :) :) :)

Pokój oceniam na słabe 3, nie jest tak jak przedstawiony na zdjęciu...mrówki w pokoju, widok z balkonu mnóstwo kotów, obawiałam się, że za chwilę wejdą do pokoju, więc drzwi balkonowe były cały czas zamknięte. Koty pożerające szczury taki miałam widok przez okno. Sfąt wilgoci w całym pomieszczeniu. Jedzenie paskudne, nie doprawione, nieopisane po polsku. Jedliśmy z mężem tylko sery, jajka, drób, owoce, warzywa i ciasta, nic więcej nie nadawało się do jedzenia. Polak traktowany jest jak intruz, mimo, że 60% to sami Polacy..tylko Niemcy są tolerowani daje się to odczuć pod każdym względem i jest to bardzo przykre. Jeśli ktoś z Polski byłby alergikiem np. seler, orzechy itd. nikt by nawet nie doszedł do tego jak pomóc, ponieważ nie jest opisane po polsku co jemy...i jeszcze wiele innych aspektów... na pewno nigdy już nie odwiedzimy tego kraju.. pazerność i zachłanność przerasta ich samych. Dodam jeszcze, że wszystko jest bardzo drogo..tylko się oglądają na każdym kroku jak wyciągnąć pieniądze, jest to przerażające...
