Byłem w tym hotelu w 2019 r. i stwierdzam, iż nadal trzyma wysoki poziom. Bardzo dobry hotel, czystość hotelu i pokoi nie budzi żadnych zastrzeżeń. Miła i kompetentna obsługa, dobra jakość jedzenia. Praktycznie nie było żadnych kolejek w barach ani restauracjach. Niezłe położenie , blisko bazarki ( jak ktoś lubi ). Dojście do plaży przez promenadę, plaża bez kamieni, długo jest płytko, więc przyjemnie się pływa. Barek na plaży dobrze zaopatrzony , podobnie jak przy basenach. Nie ma walki o leżaki na plaży , na basenach niestety tak. Animacje wieczorne raczej średnie ale nikt się nie nudzi. Szczególnie polecam świeży serniczek w cukierni o 15.00. Warto wybrać ten hotel.

Posiłki bardzo dobre (jak w każdym tureckim hotelu 5 gwiazdek). Jeśli komuś zalezy na animacjach to tak codziennie. Blisko sklepy or tamtejszy bazar. PS na marginesie dla wszystkich, ktorzy czytają opinie i oceny. Powiem anegdotę jak klienci oceniają i od czego zalezy ocena. Proszę brać to pod uwagę Pewnego dnia do windy hotel wsiada para, Pan napisze bez ogródek otyły. Winda przekroczyła tonaż i zacięła się. Był to mój czwarty pobyt w Turcji i jestem nim rozczarowana. Pokój, jak i hotel nie spełniły moich oczekiwań. Był to mój drugi pobyt w hotelu sieci Trendy. Poprzedni pobyt w Trendy Lara był fantastyczny, stąd wybór padł na kolejny hotel tej samej sieci. Opis pokoju na stronie Itaki jest niedokładny. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z sytuacją, kiedy umywalka znajduje się pokoju zaraz po wejściu. Był także osobny prysznic, osobna toaleta z umywalką a między nimi matowa szyba tak samo przy wejściu do tych pomieszczeń - było to niekomfortowe. Rozwiązanie z umywalką w pokoju jest niewygodne wręcz uciążliwe. Umieszczenie suszarki do włosów blisko klimatyzatora stanowiło dyskomfort jej użytkowania. Klimatyzacja w pomieszczeniach ogólnodostępnych nie zapewniała komfortu. Pokój był sprzątany codziennie, zmieniano także ręczniki. Infrastruktura hotelu uboga w porównaniu do innych hoteli np. Trendy Lary. Duża zaletą hotelu była piaszczysta plaża z wystarczająca liczbą leżaków, łagodnym i piaszczystym wejściem do morza. Codziennie można było bez problemu wymienić ręcznik plażowy. Wyżywienie: można było codzienne coś smacznego zjeść nie mniej wybór dań był skromniejszy niż w Trendy Lara. Menu restauracji a'la carte nie zachwycało swoją ofertą stąd nie cieszyły się popularnością.

To już nasz 5 pobyt w hotelu Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach, uwielbiamy ten hotel i często do niego wracamy. Hotel położony jest w niewielkiej turystycznej miejscowości w bliskim sąsiedztwie Side. W pobliżu liczne sklepy, bazary i markety. Pokój codziennie sprzątany codziennie uzupełniany minibar. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie to jest przepyszne i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wieczorami kolacje z motywami przewodnimi, z pysznymi tradycyjnymi tureckim potrawami lub np. meksykańskimi. Jedzenie w beach barze również zawsze świeże i dobre. Dużym atutem hotelu jest piękna piaszczysta plaża, na której praktycznie o każdej porze dnia znajdzie się wolny leżak. Sporty wodne na wyciągnięcie ręki, zaraz obok plaży hotelowej. Baseny czyściutkie, zadbane, teren basenowy codziennie sprzątany. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje obsługa hotelowa, od pan sprzątających pokoje, po kelnerów, barmanów czy też obsługę techniczną, którzy zawsze chętnie służą pomocą. To w głównej mierze oni tworzą fantastyczną atmosferę tego hotelu.

Sam hotel w porządku. Jednak brak informacji ze doba hotelowa nie jest do końca pobytu tylko do dnia wcześniej ( wylot był o 2 w nocy ) musieliśmy się szwendać po hotelu bez pokoju od 12 do 22.

W hotelu byliśmy w terminie 24-31. 07.2024 w 5 osób (2 dzieci, 1 senior, 2 dorosłych). Ofertę hotelu Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach wszyscy oceniamy bardzo wysoko. Architektura hotelu jest stonowana i elegancka oraz zaplanowana w taki sposób, że ważne miejsca są oddalone raptem o kilka minut spacerem, co robi różnicę kiedy wraca się z basenu czy plaży z całym " ekwipunkiem" a na zewnątrz jest 40 stopni. Hotel jest zadbany i czysty. Codziennie widziałam personel sprzątający części wspólne. Pokoje także codziennie były sprzątne. Obsługa w barach miła i przyjazna. Nie było problemu, kiedy prosiłam o nietypowe mleko do kawy, co bardzo doceniam. Jedzenie - śniadania raczej stałe, ale z dość dużym wyborem różnych dań i produktów więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, dla dzieci na plus - naleśniki, gofry i pancake. Obiady i kolacje codziennie miały coś wymiennego w ofercie, więc nie bylo monotonii. Baseny- na pierwszy rzut oka wydawało się, że będzie ich mało, ale w zupełności wystarczyło na nasze potrzeby. Zjeżdżalnie są 2 i sprawiają wiele radości zarówno dzieciom jak i dorosłym;) uwaga na leżaki przy zjeżdżalniach - tatusiowe czasami rywalizują, kto bardziej efektownie wpadnie do wody i pierwszy oraz drugi rząd leżaków jest moczony ;) Podczas naszego pobytu korzystaliśmy też z basenu wewnętrznego, bo była w nim nachłodniejsza woda. Plaża hotelowa jest oddalona od terenu hotelowego o jakieś 3 min spacerku. Jest piękna, piaszczysta - również na wejściu do wody (jedna z najpiękniejszych jakie mieliśmy na wakacjach). Przy plaży jest możliwość korzystania z atrakcji wodnych oferowanych przez prywatne firmy, więc jeśli ktoś lubi takie atrakcje to będzie zadowolony. Jadąc z dziećmi, warto zabrać foremki i wiaderko bo piasek na plaży doskonale nadaje się do budowania zamków itp. Hotel oferuje animacje dzienne i wieczorne, które podobają się gościom. Minusem jest sąsiadujący hotel i jego animacje - bardzo głośne, ale o godz 23 się kończą. Tutaj wystarczy wziąć pokój od innej strony i nie będzie problemu. W hotelu jest też mini club oraz duży, płytki i co ważne ZACIENIONY basen dla najmłodszych. Generalnie wyjazd zaliczamy do bardzo udanych. To drugi nasz pobyt w sieci hoteli Trendy i możemy potwierdzić, że ta sieć hoteli trzyma poziom. Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach określiłabym jako bardziej kameralny, co dla mnie jest dużym plusem. Nie jest on typem molocha na kilku hektarach. Goście w hotelu pochodzą m.in. z Polski, Słowcaji, Węgier, Czech, Francji, Belgii, Niemiec, Anglii, Rosji. Bardzo polecamy ten hotel szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi, seniorów i osób z ograniczeniami ruchowymi ( lnie ma barier architektonicznych i odległości nie są dalekie).

Hotel położony jest w spokojnej, hotelowej części miejscowości- w pobliżu znajdują się liczne sklepy, bazarki i dwa duże centra handlowe. Pomimo tego, że hotel jest bardzo dużym obiektem, to jest przytulny, a bardzo profesjonalna obsługa dodatkowo sprawia, że człowiek nie czuje się tam zagubiony. Hotel oferuje komfortowe, klimatyzowane pokoje, a ich największym atutem jest nowoczesna aranżacja oraz funkcjonalne wyposażenie zapewniające gościom najwyższy standard. Pokoje są oczywiście codziennie sprzątane, a na łóżku za każdym razem pięknie ułożona pościel.
