Byliśmy w tym hotelu od 10-17.06. Hotel absolutnie nie jest w standardzie 5 gwiazdek. Nie wiem kto i za co je przyznał, tak jak nie rozumiem dlaczego Itaka je pod takim standardem sprzedaje. Przy 40 stopniowych upałach w częściach wspólnych oraz przede wszystkim w głównej restauracji nie była włączana klimatyzacja. Ochłodzić się można było tylko w pokoju. Obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i kierownik sali w restauracji opryskliwa i nieuprzejma, żeby nie powiedzieć, że chamska. Pracująca jak za karę, reagująca na prośby i uwagi ironicznymi uśmieszkami i wzruszaniem ramion. Obsługa hotelowa nie jest absolutnie przygotowana na obłożenie w pełni sezonu. Notoryczny brak ręczników plażowych (swoją drogą bardzo małych rozmiarów), talerzy, sztućców. „Myte” a raczej płukane szklanki i filiżanki często były brudne, nie nadające się do użytku. Akcesoria łazienkowe mocno zużyte. W częściach wspólnych wieczny brak papieru czy mydła w toaletach. Tak jakby na wszystkim oszczędzali. Po interwencji u głównego menadżera hotelu i zapewnieniu, że wszystko będzie poprawione niewiele się zmieniło. Klimatyzację włączono częściowo w lobby i w restauracji tylko do kolacji i to też nie wszędzie. Ogólnie podejście do gości hotelowych na poziomie średniej klasy greckiego hotelu. Na plus smaczne jedzenie i duży wybór (o ile obsługa dołoży, bo z tym też jest różnie), pokoje czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Transfer na plażę non stop, co kilka minut hotelowym meleksem co też było super rozwiązaniem bo do plaży kawałek drogi jest. Serwis przy plaży bez zastrzeżeń, obsługa robiła co mogła żeby wszystko było ok. Podsumowując, pomimo, że hotel jest ładny, w dobrej lokalizacji i ze smacznym jedzeniem, nie jest to standard 5*, max 3*
