Hotel czysty dość nowy i zadbany choć trafiliśmy np. uszkodzony zlew, czy niedomytą kabinę prysznicową. Dużo atrakcji wodnych dla dzieci, kuchnia dobra, dość urozmaicona, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ogromnym minusem jest nierespektowany zakaz palenia. Goście palą w obecności dzieci, czy na basenie, jest to nieakceptowalne. Plaża przestronna, czysta, nie brakuje leżaków. Niestety pomimo odczucia czystości i wysokiego poziomu higieny w obiekcie cała nasza rodzina zatruła się pokarmem, co zepsuło komfort pobytu i znacząco obniża opinię.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu tydzień we Wrześniu 2024. Hotel jest bardzo duży, z ogromną ilością pokoi. Pokój stosunkowo mały i ciasny, łazienka ciemna. Sprzątany codziennie. Obsługa hotelowa miła i pomocna. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie to najgorzej było ze śniadaniami, które były bardzo monotonne. Codziennie to samo. Snack Bar przy basenie to samo. Najlepiej było z kolacjami. Basen duży z podgrzewaną wodą. Na duży plus zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci i dorosłych :) Na plaże dostępny jest busik, ale i spacerkiem nie jest daleko. Plaża piaszczysta i czysta. Leżaki darmowe. Co do animacji są one typowo przygotowane dla Niemców to samo miniKlub dla dzieci, wszystko po niemiecku. Nawet na recepcji nie za bardzo mówią po angielsku. Niektóre rzeczy jak popcorn czy wata cukrowa dla dzieci są dodatkowo płatne. Hotel połączony jest z marketem, w którym można kupić pamiątki, odzież czy rzeczy spożywcze. W hotelu nikt nie przestrzega zakazu palenia i przy posiłkach na zewnątrz restauracji czy leżakach mnóstwo osób pali papierosy co może być męczące.

Nie czułam żeby ktokolwiek mnie nagabywał na napiwki.Chcesz to dasz .Nie to też nie ma problemu. Na przeciwko hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy dla busików do Side. Jedzenie smaczne ,jest w czym wybrać. Jedyny mały minus - obsługa i animacje są w języku niemieckim. Na szczęście po angielsku też można było się porozumieć. Mimo to chętnie wrócę tam ponownie;)Dzieci wiek 7 i 8 lat zadowolone.A to najważniejsze. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Hotel bardzo fajny, idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Jest dużo atrakcji dla dzieci: wodny plac zabaw, zjeżdzalnie, mini klub, wieczorne występy. Pokój dwuosobowy z możliwością dostawki był trochę mały dla naszej czwórki, może dlatego, że mieliśmy dodatkowo wstawione łóżeczko dla dziecka. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, wymieniane ręczniki i pościel, wyrzucane śmieci, uzupełniana lodówka w wodę i napoje, myta podłoga. Jedzenie ok, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, organizowane wieczory tematyczne, ale jak to w Turcji potrawy monotonne. Pyszny arbuz i oliwki :) Bary na AI otwarte do 24:00 w wielu miejscach w hotelu. Na basenie raczej nie ma problemu z leżakami, my codziennie jakieś znaleźliśmy. Do plaży 5 minut spacerem, można podjechać busem. Plaża ładna, piaszczysta, łagodne wejście do morza i długo płytko, woda zupka :) przy plaży bar, można się napić i zjeść. Do antycznego Side ok 25 minut dolmuszem, najbliższe "bazary" ok 10 minut spacerem lub 5 minut busem. Jedyny minus to hotel nastawiony w 90% na klientów z Niemiec, więc wszystkie atrakcje przygotowane są w ich języku i mało jest Polaków. Natomiast w recepcji, barach restauracji itp. w większości przypadków można dogadać się po angielsku. Ogólnie hotel godny polecenia.

Bardzo duży hotel, którego najsłabszym punktem jest jakość posiłków. Jedzenia jest dużo, ale jest monotonne i słabej jakości. Wszystko smakowało i wyglądało nijako, napewno nie była to kuchnia (...)
Bardzo duży hotel, którego najsłabszym punktem jest jakość posiłków. Jedzenia jest dużo, ale jest monotonne i słabej jakości. Wszystko smakowało i wyglądało nijako, napewno nie była to kuchnia turecka. Za jedzenie i restaurację duży minus. Hotel jest bardzo duży i pewnie jakość pokoi różni się w zależności od lokalizacji, ale nasz pokój był czysty i sprzątany co dziennie. Na terenie hotelu jest duży basen podzielony na dwie części i osobny brodzik dla dzieci. Dodatkowo jest dużo zjeżdżalni dla dzieci i dorosłych, za te atrakcje i basen oraz serwis ręcznikowy duży plus. Oczywiście pomimo wyraźnych instrukcji umieszczonych w wielu miejscach, że nie wolno rezerwować leżaków przy basenie byli goście, którzy już przed śniadaniem rezerwowali leżaki i byli to goście z różnych krajów. W hotelu są goście z różnych krajów, ale najwięcej niemieckojęzycznych, którzy potrafią być bardzo głośni. Z hotelu na plażę jest około 250m, ale i tak w ciągu dnia co 10 minut kursuje autobus z hotelu na plażę. Przejście spacerkiem z hotelu na plaże to dosłownie chwila i tylko pierwszy raz skorzystaliśmy z busa, bo nie mieliśmy pojęcia, że to tak blisko. Na plaży jest bar dla gości hotelu, można tam zjeść i napić się. Na plaży jest dużo wolnych leżaków i znacznie ciszej niż przy hotelowych basenach. Zdecydowanie bardziej polecam odpoczynek na plaży niż baseny. Chyba już ostatnia sprawa, to palacze, nie wiedziałem, że jeszcze tyle osób pali papierosy i e-papierosy. W hotelu jest zakaz i nie czuć dymu, ale na zewnątrz ludzie wszędzie palą i jest naprawdę dużo palaczy.
