Dzień dobry. Hotel na pierwszy rzut oka bardzo przyjemny. Obsługa w recepcji sprawnie po angielsku. Pan co przywiózł walizki strasznie nachalny na napiwek. Piękny hol, lobby, windy czysto. Korytarze prowadzące do pokoji wykladzina do wymiany. Pokoje jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo dobrej jakości zasłony mieliśmy pokój od strony wschodniej słońce nie przebijało. Jedzenie w hotelu bardzo dobre, ale mimo wszystko zaraziliśmy się wirusem w hotelu.

Hotel godny polecenia szczególnie pod kątem jedzenia i organizacji - obiekt bardzo duży ale nie tworzyły się jakiś duże kolejki. Atrkacje sa dla mniejszych jak i większych dzieci, a i dorosły na zjeżdzalniach w Aqua Parku może doswiadczyć nieco przyjemności. Obiekt ma juz jednak swoje lata i widać ząb czas; czy to w łazienkach ( zniszczenia, ubytki), pokojach ( słabe podłogi, zużyte łóżka mocno wygniecone materace, słabe sprzątanie) przy basenach brudne leżaki, porwane osłony od słońca, strasznie brudne i zaniedbane schody na duże zjężdzalnie. Same ślizgi a Aquaparku też dają się odczuć na łokciach i ciele, dlatego dobrze że sa tez pontonowe zjeżdzalnie. Z dużych minusów, chcąc przedłużyć dobe w pokoju ( nocny transfer z 2 dzieci ) pytając już na początku pobytu o możliwości otrzymywałem informacje że tylko w dniu wyjazdu, a w dniu wyjazdu oczywiście nie było takiej możliowści jak to menadżer recepcji stwierdził "nic mi nie może zaproponować". Nawet prosząc wcześniej rezydenta o wsparcie - brak chęci. Pokoje ze strony wschodniej skierowane na meczet i dyskotę więc od 5 rano pierwsze bardzo głośne modlity już przebijają się przez bardzo słabo wyciszone szyby balkonu. Dla odmiany do 3 nad ranem bardzo głośna dyskotek ( po za poniedziałkami). Nie polecam wyboru pokojów od wschodu! Hotel w 90% nastawiony na Niemców - co powodowało bardzo nonszalnckie zachowanie tych ludzi którzy czują się chyba jak u siebie i uważaja że wszystko mogą nie potrafiąc nawet zrozumieć czegokolwiek po angielsku.

Na plus pokoje prosiliśmy o dwa pokoje koło siebie ( wyjazd z dziećmi i dostaliśmy takie dodatkowo połączone małym przedpokojem pod tym aspektem super)

Ponadto w pokoju dwuosobowym do łóżka dwuosobowego dostawiono jeszcze jednosobowe łóżko, co było zbędne ponieważ byliśmy z mężem we dwoje. Przez dodatkowe łóżko było ciasno i był problem z jednej strony ze schodzeniem z łóżka dwuosobowego. Okno i balkon naszego pokoju był od strony basenowo sportowej, gdzie codziennie do godziny 23 odbywały dyskoteki i głośno grała muzyka. Ponadto w budynku po sąsiedzku trzy razy w tygodniu odbywały się bardzo głośne dyskoteki do godziny 3 nad ranem, które utrudniały nam sen. Ponadto jedzenia dużo i różnorodne. Basenów aż siedem, ale to wcale nie za dużo do takiej ilości gości. Bardzo dużo rodzin z dziećmi, więc bardzo głośno, ponieważ dzieci trzepały się w basenach. Bardzo fajne zjeżdżalnie, dużo atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych także wieczorami. Hotel nastawiony głównie na turystów niemieckich, chociaż bardzo dużo polaków. Było gorąco ale klimatyzacja działała dobrze. W hotelu bary i restauracje, nawet przy basenie., stały dotęp do wody mineralnej i innych napoi (drinki trochę rozwodnione. Podczas posiłków miła obsługa obsługa donosiła napoje jakie się chciało. Do morza codziennie dowoził bus co 15 minut. Nad morzem leżaki osłonięte zadaszeniem oraz bar, gdzie serwowano wodę i napoje, więc nie trzeba było wracać na posiłki do hotelu.

Hotel nastawiony głównie na Niemców , wszystkie animacje po Niemiecku . Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła . W hotelu większość rodzin z dziećmi . Hotel z dużą ilością basenów , basen dla mniejszych dzieci ze zjeżdżalniami bardzo przyjemny , co prawda mogą być problemy ze znalezieniem leżaka przy tym basenie . Jedzenie bardzo dobre i różnorodne ale tylko na kolacjach , śniadania i przekąski w ciągu dnia codziennie te same . Do plaży hotelowej ok. 1 km , ale codziennie jeździ bus , który kursuje bardzo często . Dużo leżaków na plaży , plaża piaszczysta .

Wysoka dostępność do barów przy basenie, jednakże w nich zbyt mała różnorodność przekąsek. Nieograniczona ilość lodów dla dzieci i napojów. Pokój ładny, systematycznie uzupełniany minibar, super działająca klimatyzacja ;) Plaża niedaleko hotelu - dobra komunikacja z bardzo dostępnym busem jak również przyjemną trasa spacerowa. Dużo atrakcji na plaży. Atrakcje basenowe przy hotelu niezastąpione dla dzieci - różnorodny wybór zjeżdżalni zarówno dla najmniejszych jak i trochę starszych.

Pijalne tylko piwo i raki. O dziwo - całkiem się broniła restauracja. Oczywiście o jakiś fajerwerkach nie ma mowy, ale było smacznie i spory wybór. Partnerka zadowolona ze SPA. Kolkludując... nie wrócę :)

Hotel na pewno dla osób które lubią korzystać z atrakcji wodnych, park wodny jest na prawdę urozmaicony zarówno dla dorosłych jak i maluchów. Wyżywienie okej, dużo urozmaiceń, w ciągu dnia można zjeść sushi, snacki, naleśniki tureckie, gofry itd. Tu muszę niestety zaznaczyć że sporo osób w trakcie naszego pobytu również moja żona miała problemy (jeden dzień stracony na wymioty) inni też mieli podobne problemy. W kwestii barów, każdy rządził się swoimi prawami i wszystko zależało od barmana, wbrew informacjom ze strony wszystkie bary kończyły pracę o 24, nie było baru z którego można skorzystać po północy. Pokój raz był sprzątany raz nie był sprzątany, podobnie sytuacja z uzupełnianiem kino baru, poziom sprzątania był typowy dla Turcji. W kwestii samej obsługi hotelowej, większość obsługi witała się po niemiecku i zadawała pytania też w tym języku, angielski raczej był mniej powszechny. Większość gości również stanowią Niemcy. Plaża hotelowa z leżakami piaszczysta, obok dostępne atrakcje wodne za dodatkową opłatą. Bar na plaży równie dobrze wyposażony co w hotelu, obiady serwowane bardzo urozmaicone można śmiało jeść na plaży bez konieczności powrotu do hotelu. Busik na plażę co 15 minut z pod hotelu. W samym hotelu można znaleźć kilka sklepów + jeden duży z odzieżą i obuwiem. W okół sklepu liczne stragany oraz dwie „galerie handlowe”.

Nasz pokój był czysty, przestronny i doskonale urządzony, a widok z balkonu zapierał dech w piersiach. Śniadania były pyszne i zróżnicowane, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Dodatkowo, lokalizacja hotelu jest doskonała – blisko centrum, ale jednocześnie w cichej okolicy, co sprzyjało relaksowi. Korzystaliśmy również z spa, które oferowało świetne zabiegi i relaksującą atmosferę. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel dla osób szukających komfortu i wysokiej jakości usług!"
